Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2001;0(09):-
Objective:To separate and purify polysaccharide MP-Ⅰ from Mytilus coruscus and to investigate its in vitro anti-tumor activity. Methods: The crude polysaccharide was extracted from Mytilus coruscus with hot water and the protein was removed using Sevage method. The polysaccharide MP-Ⅰ was purified using DEAE-Sepharose and Sepharose CL-6B column chromatography.Monosaccharides analysis was carried out using thin-layer chromatography and gas chromatography. The in vitro anti-tumor activity of MP-Ⅰwas assessed using MTT method. Results: The yield of MP-Ⅰwas 2.14%.MP-Ⅰ is mainly constituted by glucose.MP-Ⅰ(at 0.5,0.1,0.02 mg/ml) had different degrees of inhibitory effects on HO-8910,MCF-7, K562,and SMMC-7721 tumor cells in vitro(P
2.Effect of roasting with bran on chemical constituents of Radix Aucklandiae
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
AIM:To study the difference of the chemical constituents between raw Radix Aucklandiae and Radix Aucklandiae roasted with wheat bran.METHODS:UV,HPLC and TLC were performed to analyze the chemical constituents before and after the processing. The constituents absorbed by wheat bran during the processing A.lappa.were isolated by silica gel CC.Their structures were identified by spectral analysis.RESULTS:The result of UV,HPLC and TLC showed that change of the chemical constituents in after the roasting had taken place. Two major chemical constituents absorbed by wheat bran were dehydrocostus lactone and costunolide.CONCLUSION:The difference in sesquiterpeneoide before and after the processing of Radix Aucklandiae may be the evidence that the roasting with bran is to the benefit of therapeutic effect.

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the effects and possibility of nitroglycerin on Pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) treatment Methods In comparision with the third trimester normal pregnant women (Normal group) (n=11), 34 moderate/severe PIH cases were divided into three groups: PIH treated only with magnesium sulfate (Mg group) (n=11); PIH treated only with nitroglycerin (Ng group) (n=11); and PIH treated with Mg+ Ng (Combination group) (n=12). The endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) in placenta was investigatd immunohistochemiscally and quantitatively. Data such as platelet aggregation (PAg), umbilcal artery of S/D ratio and resistance index (RI) with color Doppler and the effect of decrement of blood pressure on PHI groups were evaluated. Results In comparision with Normal group, (1) the quantity of eNOS of PIH cases was signaficently lower (P

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(03):-
The relationship between blood pressure and various risk factors were investigated in 54 cases of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) with stepwise regression analysis. After evaluating the influence of age, course, body mass index (BMI), fasting and postprandial blood glucose, serum IRI, C-peptide, HbA1c, plasma lipids (Ch, TG, HDL-C. LDL-C). ApoA1, ApoB2, 24h urine Alb/Cr, NAG/Cr. TRF Cr and RBP/Cr levels on blood pressure, the following results were found: 1) NIDDM patients had a two-fold increased risk of hypertension than normal population. 2) Among the 21 risk factors analysed, 6 variables were strongly correlated with blood pressure, i. e. , age, postprandial blood glucose, serum IRI, blood total cholesterol, 24h urine Alb/Cr and TRF/Cr level. 3) Postprandial hyperglycemia was the most important variable positively correlated with hypertension, followed by 24h urine Alb/Cr and plasma total cholesterol.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(5):704-706
Objective:To assess the impacts of feeding type and non-nutritive sucking activity on occlusion in deciduous dentition in WeiFang city. Methods:The occlusion of 958 children aged 3 -5 years old in WeiFang city and their feeding types as well as the non-nutritive sucking habit during the first 1 2 months after birth were investigated by questionaire study.Data were statistically ana-lysed.Results:The prevalence of malocclusion in non-nutritive sucking habit group and non-habit group was 42% and 22% respec-tively(P =0.000 2).The type of feeding did not have effect on occlusion and openbite. The prevalence of openbite in the children with sucking habit and in those without habit was 17% and 4% respectively(P <0.000 1 ).The prevalence of posterior crossbite in the chil-dren with bottlefeeding and those with breastfeeding was 1 1 % and 4% respectively(P =0.000 2).The prevalence of posterior crossbite in the children with sucking habit and those without habit was 9% and 4% respectively(P =0.036 7).Conclusion:Non-nutritive sucking habit rather than feeding type in the first 1 2 months after birth is the main risk factor of malocclusion, breastfeeding is the pro-tective factor to occlusion.

Objective:To establish an Ehrlich reaction-colorimetry method for determining furostanol saponins in saponins extract from Radix Asparagi. Methods: Based on the coloration reaction between furostanol saponins and p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde,a colorimetry method was established to determine the content of furostanol saponins in saponins extract from Radix Asparagi at 510 nm.Saponins AC-9 was measured as reference in the determination. Results: The standard curve of saponins AC-9 showed good linearity in the range of 0.08-0.40 mg and the average recovery was 99.79%(RSD=(1.05%).) Conclusion: This method is rapid, accurate and easy to be carried out,and it can be used to control the quality of Radix Asparagi.

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 1995;0(04):-
To investigate the effect of pancreatic elastase on diabetic nephropathy,104 cases of type Ⅱ diabetic patients were selected as control group and group treated with elastase separately for a course of 6 months. The results showed that pancreatic elastase reduced microproteinuria significantly, especially mi- croalbuminuria and microtransfer rrinuria which reflect the glomerular filtration rate.It was concluded that elastase could improve early diabetic nephropathy and might have some protective effect as well.At the same time, elastase had some good effect on lipid and lipoprotein metabolism.

Objective To make a systematic review of pressure ulcers risk factors in critically ill patients. Methods We systematically reviewed all articles related to the pressure ulcers risk factors in critically ill patients. The Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science Core Collection, CNKI, WANFANG and SinoMed were searched to August 2016. Results In total, 13 eligible articles were included. These studies included 18, 184 critically ill patients, six studies were classified as high quality, and seven were classified as moderate quality. Risk factors for the development of pressure ulcers include age, ICU stay, diabetes, mean arterial pressure<60-70 mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), mechanical ventilation and mechanical ventilation, drugs, sedation and postural changes. Conclusions There is no single factor that can explain the occurrence of pressure ulcers. So it is in a variety of factors interaction, the occurrence of a significant increase in risk.
