Background Isoliensinine(IL) is a kind monomer alkaloid of double benzyl group quinoline separated from Plumula nelumbinis,which has been speculated to have antiarrhythmic effect,Ca~(2+) and?1-receptor blockade, and reversal the left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).It has been reported the activity of Sarco/Endoplasmic reticulum Ca~(2+)-ATP_(ase)(SERCA) in essential hypertention(EH)/LVH patients was lower than that of healthy people. Objective To investigate the effects of Isoliensinine on left ventricular hypertrophy and activity of SERCA in 2 kidney 1 clamp(2K1C) hypertensive rats.Methods 2K1C hypertensive rats were randomly received Isoliensinine (RHR-IL,5 mg/kg per day p.o,n=16) or placebo.Blood pressure,left ventricle mass index(LVMI) and the activity of myocardial SERCA were measured after 10 weeks treatment.Six untreated SD rats were served as control. Objective:To explore the combined application effect of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis (RCA) in IV infusion risk management of pediatric outpatient so as to enhance the quality of care and ensure the safety of outpatients.Methods: For this exploration, a special analysis team was established and the flowchart was drawn up, and the potential failure modes were listed by using FMEA. And the RCA was used to analyze and evaluate the key mode in these potential failure modes so as to find the root cause might affect the safety of IV infusion, and then the improved measures were implemented and the effects of new measurement were evaluated. Results:After implemented the improved measures, the risk of top 4 risk priority number (RPN) in intravenous infusion flow decreased obviously. For the transfusion management, patients' satisfaction increased from 78.09% to 95.03% (P<0.05), and nurses' satisfaction increased from 83.79% to 97.80%(P<0.05).Conclusion: The combined application of FMEA and RCA in the IV infusion risk management of pediatric outpatient can effectively reduce the occurrence of risk events, reduce nursing complaints and disputes, and enhance the quality of nursing care.

Objective The trial was designed to observe the hemodynamic circadian rhythm in serious heart failure.Methods Totally 140 cases were assigned into the trial;120 cases of serious heart failure were into the heart failure group and 20 cases without heart failure into the control group.Heart rate(HR) and stroke volume(SV)were measured per hour during hospitalization.Results Circadian rhythm existed in two groups,but the heart rates were faster and the stroke stroke volumes lower in the heart failure group.As a whole,the HR and SV were positively correlative in two groups.But the cures of heart rate and stroke volume were separate between 1:00~4:00 before dawn in the heart failure group.The heart rate descended,while stroke volume rose.Conclusion There is divergence phenomenon between heart rate and stroke volume before dawn in serious heart failure.

BACKGROUND:Selection of proper bone transplantation materials to substitute autogenous bone for treatment of jaw bone defect in patients has become the focus of current researches.OBJECTIVE:To observe the ability of tissue engineered bone constructed with nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen/poly(L-lactic acid)(nHAC/PLA)co-cultured with bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs)in treatment of rabbit mandibular defect.and to make a comparison with autogenous bone and simple nHAC/PLA.DESIGN.TIME AND SETTING:A randomized controlled animal experiment was performed at the Animal Laboratory of Jinzhou Central Hospital between March and October 2007.MATERIALS:A total of 40 New Zealand rabbits were randomized to 4 groups.with 10 rabbits per group:nHAC/PLA co-cultured with rabbit BMSCs(BMSCs/nHAC/PLA),autogenous bone,nHAC/PLA,and control.METHODS:A 15 mm×15 mm full-thickness bone defect was created in rabbit mandible body.In the BMSCs/nHAC/PLA group.bone defect was repaired by nHAC/PLA co-cultured with BMSCs for 14 days in vitro;the bone defect in the autogenous bone and nHAC/PLA groups was treated by autogenous iliac bone and nHAC/PLA.respectively;while the control group received no any treatment.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:At 1,3,and 6 months after surgery,bone mineral density(BMD)measurement and histological examination were performed to evaluate the repairing effects of bone defect.RESULTS:The BMSCs/nHAC/PLA group exhibited the BMD similar to the autogenous bone group(P＞0.05),but it was significantly higher compared to the nHAC/PLA group and the blank control group(P＜0.01).At 6 months after surgery.newly formed bone tissue grew towards large bulk and bridged defected stumps.and the seaffold materials were hardly seen in the BMSCs/nHAC/PLA and autogenous bone groups;simultaneously.the nHAC/PLA group exhibited increased trabecular bone with many fibrous tissues and incompletely degraded seaffold materials.CONCLUSION:BMSCs/nHAC/PLA seaffold exhibits the effects similar to autogenous bone.but superior to nHAC/PLA seaffold in the treatment of mandibular defects.

Objective To investigate nursing interns’knowledge and attitude towards needle stick injury before clinical practice.Methods In 20-23 June,2015,nursing interns who were about to start clinical practice in a hospi-tal were investigated,nursing interns’knowledge and attitude towards needle stick injury were surveyed through questionnaire.Results A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed,324 (92.57%)responded questionnaires were available.40(12.35%)questionnaires were responded by male interns,and 284(87.65%)were by female in-terns;34(10.49%)interns had bachelor degree;the mean age of interns were (20.83 + 1 .24)years old.The correct answer rates about questions related to injury occurring during needle recapping and wearing gloves were low (about 60%).About 70% of the interns gave the correct answers to questions about hepatitis B infection due to needle stick injury following hepatitis B vaccination,as well as medication after injury.Score for individual question about attitude towards needle stick injury was ≤3,the major related problems were susceptibility of blood borne diseases and recapping needles.Conclusion Needle stick injury-related knowledge and attitude among nursing interns is inadequate,including recapping needles,timely report,susceptible to infectious diseases,and so on.It is necessary for schools and teaching hospitals to strengthen the education about occupational protection among nursing interns, so as to improve the attitude and ability of professional protection.

Objective To investigate the effects of microRNA (miR)106a on the proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion of thyroid cancer cells in vitro.Methods 8505C and CGTH-W3 cell lines were used in the study.Overexpression and inhibition of miR106a were achieved by transfection of lentiviral vectors.The changes of gene expression were detected by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) and Western blot analysis.Cell viability and apoptosis were evaluated by MTT assay and flow cytometry analysis, respectively.The caspase-9 activities in parental CGTH-W3 and 8505C cells and transfected sublines were measured.Wound healing and Transwell invasion assays were performed to determine cell migration and invasion.Two-sample t test and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the data.Results The level of miR106a in 8505C was up-regulated when compared to that in CGTH-W3 cells (t=10.28, P<0.01).Scrambled control and miR106a(-) were also successfully transfected into cells.Inhibition of miR106a suppressed cell viability, migration and invasion while promoted apoptosis and caspase-9 activity of 8505C cells, with significant differences among 8505C, 8505C-control, 8505C-miR106a(-) cells (F=147.0, 19.2, 100.3, 537.8, 804.3;all P<0.01).Overexpression of miR106a promoted cell viability, migration and invasion while inhibited apoptosis and caspase-9 activity of CGTH-W3 cells, with significant differences among CGTH-W3, CGTH-W3-control, CGTH-W3-miR106a(+) cells(F=9.2, 13.3, 622.8, 12.3, 19.6, all P<0.01).In addition, miR106a may up-regulate the expression of MEKK2 and p-ERK1/2.Conclusion Acting as an onco-miR, miR106a might promote the proliferation, migration and invasion of thyroid cancer cells and inhibit their apoptosis in vitro.

AIM: To establish the quality standard of Shajun Zhiyang Lotion (Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis, Fructus Cnidii, Borneolum Syntheticum, etc.). METHODS: Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis and Fructus Cnidii and Borneolum Syntheticum were identified by TLC. The content of matrine was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: TLC identification was highly specific and the sports were clear. The linear range for matrine was in the range of 0.295 3-2.362 0 ?g and its average recovery was 100.38% and RSD was 1.5%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The quality of Shajun Zhiyang Lotion could be controlled effectively according to the quality standard.

Objective:To evaluate the impact of health education intervention on promoting rural residents to join new rural cooperative medical system(NCMS)and their intention of joining NCMS based on Health Belief Model in project areas in Henan and Jilin Provinces.Methods:Quasi-experiment study was used to evaluate intervention impact.Following the evidence-based approach,according to needs assessment,a half-year health education intervention was implemented among farmers in the experimental counties in Henan and Jilin Provinces respectively.A questionnaire survey was conducted among farmers in intervention and control counties before and after intervention,and intervention impact was evaluated by comparing the indicators' changes in intervention and control counties.Results:After health education intervention,the knowledge level of farmers in two intervention counties increased by 29.0% and 37.8% respectively,their scores of perceived threatens of health risk and perceived barriers of joining NCMS among the respondents were decreased.Meanwhile,their score of perceived benefit of joining NCMS were increased,and the rate of willingness to join NCMS increased remarkably in both intervention counties.Conclusion:Health education was effective and helpful in increasing farmer's knowledge,understanding and cognitive level of NCMS,and it should play an important role for the sustainable development of NCMS.

Objective To analyze the relationship between pulse wave velocity (PWV)in young and middle-aged normal body mass patients with mild -moderate hypertensive and risk factors of cardiovascular diseases,and to explore the main factors influencing large arterial elasticity.Methods PWV were measured by Complior (Colson, France).Systolic blood pressure (SBP)and diastolic blood pressure were measured and fasting blood glucose,blood lipid were tested at the same time.The results was analyzed by correlation and multiple regression method.Results (1)Patients with hypertension had statistically significant higher cfPWV than nonhypertensive cases(P <0.01).(2) Correlation analysis showed that the cfPWV were positively related to age,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,pres-sure difference(r =0.401,0.467,0.289,0.278,P =0.001,0.000,0.020);Deleting the factors of age,abdomen circumference and BMI,the cfPWV was still positively related to systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and pressure differences(r =0.417,0.297,0.315,P =0.001,0.018,0.012).Multiple regression analysis showed that age,systol-ic pressure were mostly related to cfPWV(t =3.945,3.481,P =0.000,0.001).Conclusion Artery elastic function in young and middle aged people is obviously lower in patients with hypertension.cfPWV has strong positive relation with age and systolic pressure.

Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA‐101 (miRNA‐101 ) in human gastric cancer ,and to explore its effects on proliferation ,migration and invasion of gastric cancer cell . Methods The expression of miRNA‐101 in 28 human gastric cancer tissues ,human gastric cell lines BGC‐823 , SGC‐7901 , MKN‐45 , AGS and human normal gastric epithelial cell line GES‐1 were determined by real time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) .Recombinant miRNA‐101 adenovirus vector was constructed . The effects of miRNA‐101 on gastric cancer proliferation was detected with cell proliferation assay .The ability of gastric cancer cell migration and invasion was assessed with Transwell assay .Gastric xenograft cancer model was established in BALB /c nude mice and the tumor size was compared .The t test was used for the statistical analysis .Results The expression of miRNA‐101 in gastric cancer tissues was 0 .661 ± 0 .396 ,which was lower than that of corresponding para carcinoma tissues (1 .128 ± 0 .697) ,and the difference was statistically significant (t = 10 .091 , P < 0 .01) .The expression of miRNA‐101 in normal gastric epithelial cell line GES‐1 was higher than those of gastric cancer cell lines BGC‐823 ,SGC‐7901 , MKN‐45 and AGS . There was significant suppression role of miRNA‐101 on MKN‐45 cells proliferation , and which also had inhibition role on cell migration and invasion of gastric cancer cell lines BGC‐823 ,SGC‐7901 ,MKN‐45 and AGS .At five weeks after MKN‐45 gastric xenograft cancer nude mice model established ,the tumor size of Ad‐miRNA‐101 group ((333 .56 ± 46 .71) mm3 ) was smaller than that of Ad‐enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) group (806 .41 ± 51 .83) mm3 ,and the difference was statistically significant (t = 21 .431 , P < 0 .01 ) .Conclusion In gastric tissues and cells ,miRNA‐101 is a tumor suppressive miRNA and its downregulated expression involved in the genesis and development of gastric cancer ,which may be a new target of biological target therapy in gastric cancer .
