1.Determination of Trace Inorganic Mercury in Mineral Water by Flow Injection On-line Sorption Preconcentration-Cold Vapor Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

Flow injection on-line sorption preconcentration and separation in a knotted reactor (KR) was coupled to cold vapor atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of trace mercury in mineral water. Mercury was preconcentrated by on-line formation of mercury diethyldithiocarbamate complex (Hg-DDTC) and absorption of the resulting neutral complex on the inner walls of a knotted reactor. A 20%(V/V) HNO3 solution heated by electromagnetic induction heating technique was used as eluent to remove the absorbed Hg-DDTC from the KR, and then the vapor mercury generated by mixing the resulting solution and KBH4 was determined on-line by cold vapor atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The 20% HNO3 was employed as both the efficient eluent and the required acidic medium for subsequent mercury vapor generation in our work. Using 20% HNO3 instead of conventional organic solvent as eluent, the proposed method is simple, easy operational and environmentally friendly. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the sample throughput was approximatively 30/h with an enhancement factor of 35. The detection limit of mercury was 2.0 ng/L. The precision(RSD, n=11) was 2.2% at the 0.1 μg/L Hg2+ level.

Oregon sued a certain American well-known supplements’agency contained illegal ingredients on Oct.22, 2015. The event presented that FDA showed the problem of the management issues on the supplement ingredients. This event also triggered the discussions about the role of supervisation and law enforcement of FDA and State government. This paper aimed to systematically analyze the related problems in such issue and tried to offer suggestion of food regulation and ingredient management to the researchers and administrators in China.
3.Discussion on Management of Vinum Health Food

This article introduced basic information of production composition, health preservation functions and main raw materials of authorized vinum health food. It also made comparison and analysis among vinum health food, medicinal liquor and compound wine on the basis of product orientation, raw materials, and evaluation system. It conducted analysis on turmoil and main problems in health preservation wine market. Combined with the problems in the supervision of health preservation, it proposed the policy suggestions of strehgthening administration of vinum health food and identify the production orientation of vinum health food, medicinal liquor and compound wine from the aspects of raw materials, function claimation and management. It also put forward rational consumption suggestions, with a purpose to offer references to related authorities, researchers, and consumers.
4.Genotyping of ABO Blood Group in Partial Population of Yunnan Province by SNaPshot Technology

Objective T o detect the genotype of A B O blood group by SN aPshot technology. Methods D N A w ere extracted from the peripheral blood sam ples w ith know n blood groups (obtained by serology) of 107 unrelated individuals in Y unnan. Six SN P loci of the 261th, 297th, 681th, 703th, 802th, and 803th nucleotide positions w ere detected by SN aPshot M ultiplex kit, and relevant genetics param eters w ere cal-culated. Results In 107 blood sam ples, the allele frequencies of types A , B , O A, and O G w ere 0.3551, 0.1682, 0.2300 and 0.2476, respectively, w hile that of types A G and cis A B w ere not detected. T he geno-typing results of A B O blood group w ere consistent w ith that of serologic testing. Conclusion SN aPshot technology can be adapted for genotyping of A B O blood group.
