Objective To further discuss the characteristic of diabetic nephropahty, analyze its cause and pathogenesis, and make clear the relation between symptoms and syndrome, and to provide proof for prevention and therapy of this disease. Methods Records of 200 diabetic nephropathy patients treated clinically were collected and SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science)12.0 was applied for analyzing.According to different conditions of the renal function,We divide the cases into two groups to study the relations between symptoms and syndrome. Results 1.The common symptoms of diabetic nephropathy are heavy body and drowsiness(74%),tired and debilitation(70%),and deficient breath and unwilling to speak(64%).2.The main syndromes of diabetic nephropathy are syndrome of deficiency of Qi、syndrome of yin asthenia, syndrome of dampness-heat blocking in the middle, and syndrome of blood stasis. Conclusion According to the research, the highest frequent appearing syndromes of deficiency were syndrome of Qi deficiency and syndrome of Yin deficiency, while the syndrome of dampness-heat blocking in the middle ranked No.1 in sthema syndromes and then caine the syndrome of blood stasis. However, the syndrome of blood stasis was the most severe, and this syndrome existed from the beginning to the end of this disease.

Objective To prepare the solid dispersion of ginsenoside Rg3 with different carriers and measure their solubility and dissolution characterisitics. Methods The solid dispersion of ginsenoside Rg3 was prepared by the melted and dissolved methods with Poloxamer 188(F68), PVP k29/32, and PEG 6000 as carriers, respectively. The equilibrium solubility and dissolution characteristics of the solid dispersion in vitro were measured by HPLC. The existing state of ginsenoside Rg3 in the solid dispersion was identified by the differential scanning calorimetery. Results The ginsenoside Rg3 was completely dispersed in carrier and formed a mixture with carriers. The solubility and dissolution rates of all solid dispersion were increased obviously. Conclusion The solid dispersion of ginsenoside Rg3 with Poloxamer 188 as carriers is better on improving dissolution and solubility than those with PVP and PEG 6000 as carriers.

Objective To investigate the gene carrying rate, gene type and composition ratio of thalassemia among pre-pregnant population in Chongqing area. Methods A total of 1054 people were enrolled in the hospital from April 2014 to March 2016 for thalassemia screening. The content of screening included mean corpuscular volume (MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) and hemoglobin electrophoresis.Thalassemia gene was examined in people with any abnormal term of screening result. Results In 10854 cases,1117 cases showed positive in thalassemia primary screening, and the positive rate was 10.29%.458 cases were tested positive of thalassemia gene, the carrying rate of thalassemia was 4.21%.In which,253 cases of pure a-thalassemia were tested. The carrying rate of α-thalassemia was 2.33%.The most common kind in α-thalassemia was--SEA whose constituent ratio were 52.17 %.197 cases of pure β-thalassemia were tested, the carrying rate of β-thalassemia was 1.81%.The most common kind in β-thalassemia was CD17 (A→T),whose constituent ratio were 31.47 %.11 cases were diagnosed with αβ-thalassemia.Conclusion Chongqing is high-prevalence area of thalassemia. It is important to conduct thalassemia genetic screen before pregnancy which plays a vital role in improving population quality and achieving prepotency.
