1.New Extraction Method of Volatile Oil of Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz
China Pharmacy 2007;0(27):-
OBJECTIVE:To improve the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia on the extraction of volatile oil from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz..METHODS:Volatile oil was extracted from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.and determined by the extraction method and determination method stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia and by the new improved method respectively. And the components of volatile oil obtained in these two methods were respectively separated and identified by GC-MS.RESULTS:The extraction rates of volatile oil by the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia vs.the new method were(1.28? 0.03) %(n=6) vs.(1.39? 0.03) %(n=6).As compared with the new method, seven components were missed by the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.CONCLUSION:The new extraction method of volatile oil can increase both the extraction rate of volatile oil and the kinds of the components in volatile oil,and it is obviously better than the method stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

Objective To study the collision-induced dissociation fragmentation pathways of the jasminoidin and catalpol in ESI-Msn. Methods The samples were studied by using high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-Msn) both in positive and negative. Results The collision-induced dissociation fragmentation pathways of both compounds were described. In the spectrum of two compounds, the loss of glucose residue and whole glucose were observed in positive mode, while only the loss of glucose residue could be observed in negative mode. Furthermore, we found that as the effect of the substituting groups, the fragment ions of jasminoidin were more in positive mode and those of catalpol were more in negative mode. Conclusion Conclusion The established method could be used for the sensitive and rapid identification of this kind of iridoid glycosides。

Objective·To evaluate the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine space-occupying lesion. Methods·A total of 75 patients with uterine space-occupying lesion were enrolled in this study from March 2015 to February 2016 at Hospital of Southwest Medical University.Patients received both two-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound to determine the location, number and nature of the lesions,as well as the clinical staging of malignant lesions, then the diagnostic accuracy was evaluated. Results·Among 75 patients, there were 26 cases with endometrial carcinoma,21 cases with hysteromyoma,16 cases with metropolypus, and 12 cases with uterine adenomyosis. The diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound for the uterine space-occupying lesion was 88.0%,which was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound (64.0%) (P<0.05).What's more, the diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound for the clinical staging of endometrial carcinoma was 88.5%,which was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound (61.5%) (P<0.05).Conclusion·Two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound is more effective to improve the diagnostic accuracy of uterine space occupying lesion and clinical staging of endometrial carcinoma in comparison with two-dimensional ultrasound, which will favor the clinical strategy for the treatment of uterine space-occupying lesion.

AIM: To study the chemical components in Compound Kushen Injection(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis),and to develop a method to identify the composition contained Radix Sophorae Flavescentis. METHODS: The sample was analysed with gradient elution by HPLC.Agilent MS TRAP equipped with ESI source was used as detector and operated in positive ion mode. RESULTS: 11 components were identified in Compound Kushen Injection. CONCLUSION: This method is simple, rapid and can be used for the analysis of components in Compound Kusen Injection.

The unexpected discovery of cervical cancer ( UDCC) rarely occurs in clinics .Because it is di-agnosed by pathology after surgery ,the therapies are different from ordinary cervical cancer .In addition, the choice of the timing of surgery and other issues are also involved .The patient received the hysterectomy due to cervical intraepithelial neoplasia III and uterine fibroids .Postoperative pathology examination showed cervical microinva-sive carcinoma, stage IA1,and pathology without lymph -vessel invasion involvement ,the patient needs to be fol-lowed up closely postopertation .One case of the unexpected discovery of cervical cancer was reported in this pa -per.The aim is to provide a reference for clinical management .

Objective:Adopting RP-HPLC method,to study and establish the fingerprint of smilacis rhizome. Methods: YMC-Pack ODS-A(5 ?m,4.6 mm?250 mm) chromatographic column,acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution gradient elution were applied;with flow rate of 0.8 ml/min and UV detector at 290 nm.Results: Technology investigation indicated that the analytical method this study established has a better reproducibility. The similarity of smilacis rhizoma fingerprints from different sources is better;smilacis rhizome and its three confusions fingerprints are apparently different. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprint analysis can be a method for quality control of medical material of smilacis rhizoma.

Objective To study the preparation method and analytical technique of hyperoside from Flos Abelmoschus manihot. Methods Hyperoside was isolated and purified by solvent extract and chromatography, whose structure was determined by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. The purity was analyzed by TLC and HPLC.Results The TLC showed that the hyperoside had no impurity spot. The HPLC indicated that the purity reached more than 98.5%.Conclusions The mothod of isolation and purification for hyperoside reported in this paper was simple and economical.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of synthesized rehabilitation on detoxification addicts.Methods100 detoxification addicts were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Cases of the rehabilitation group were treated with "ten-step" rehabilitation treatment, but that of the control group did not. The rehabilitating treatment included cognitive psychotherapy, behavioral therapy, family treatment, social skill training and etc. The effects of two groups were evaluate with Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) scale.ResultsExcept hostility, other factorial scores of the rehabilitation group including positive items, somatization, obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, phobia, paranoid and psychotic factors were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05~0.01).ConclusionThe synthesized rehabilitation can obviously improve the psychology of detoxification addicts.
