1.Group B Streptococcus Infection in Vaginal Tract of Perinatal Pregnant Women and Drug Resistance Analysis
Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2016;(1):104-107
Objective To provide evidences which are for clinicians to formulate effective prevention and treatment measures by analyzing the perinatal pregnant women vaginal group B streptococcus (GBS)infection and adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods From January 2013 to February 2015,the vaginal secretions were sampled from 795 cases of perinatal pregnant women for culture identification of GBS,the final results were statistical analyzed. Results In the 795 pregnant women ca-ses,there were 256 GBS carriers cases, the carrier rate was 32.2%.There was statistically significance (χ2 = 19.095,P <0.01)between less than 30 years old group (28.9%)and greater than or equal to 30 years old group (42.3%).The differ-ent incidence rate of clinical symptoms between GBS negative cases and GBS positive cases (18.8% vs 8.0%)was also had statistically significance (χ2 =39.514,P <0.01).The antimicrobial resistant rates of ten kinds of antibacterial drugs (vanco-mycin,linezolid,penicillin,ampicillin,ceftriaxone,nitrofurantoin,levofloxacin,clindamycin,erythromycin and tetracycline) was 0,0,0.6%,3.1%,6.6%,9.6%,21.9%,23.8%,29.9% and 58.1% respectively. The positive rate of D-bacteriostatic ring experiment was 23.9%.Conclusion The carrier rate of perinatal pregnant women GBS was higher in this region, and the elderly were easier to be infected.Perinatal pregnant women infected with GBS to vancomycin and rina thiazole amine and penicillin and ampicillin and ceftriaxone and with nitrofurantoin because of the sensitive rate is high.

Breast cancer stem cells (BCSC)are a class of breast cancer cells that have the capacity of selfrenewal and can differentiate into different cell lineages. These cells, with the ability of high tumorigenesis, invasion and metastasis, play a important role in breast cancer metastasis, recurrence and treatment resistance. The treatments targeting on breast cancer stem cells are very important for improving the efficacy of clinical therapy.

Objective To determine the expression of hepatocyte growth factor and its receptor c-met in bladder transitional cell carcinoma, and to investigate correlations of the expression and clinic features of the tumor. Methods Samples of 45 human bladder carcinoma and 8 normal bladder tissues were detected with immunohistochemical method for HGF and c-met ,then relationships between the expressions and clinic features of the tumor were analyzed. Results There was no HGF expression and only 1 weak positive c-met expression in the normal urinary bladder tissues. While in bladde cancer specimens, positive expression rates of HGF and c-met were as high as 64.4%,62.2%, respectively.Coexpression rate of HGF and c-met was 42.2%. The positive rates were significantly higher in BTCC specimens than in normal tissues (P

Objectives:To construct rGA antisense eukaryotic expression vector. Methods:Using molecular cloning technology, we subcloned rGA cDNA in its antisense orientations of the pcDNA 3.0 vector. Results:Cutting with Eco RⅠ and Hin D Ⅲ,antisense recombinant plasmid produce 2 bands. One was 0.28 kb fragment, the other was 5.5 kb fragment which corresponded to theoretical calculation. Conclusions:We succeeded in constructing rGA antisense eukaryotic expression vector.

Objective To investigate the common causes of acute renal failure(ARF) in the elderly hospitalized patients and the effect of continuous peritoneal dialysis(PD) by bedside intubation. Methods The data of hospitalized patients with ARF including 28 elderly patients (mean age 68.2?9.6 yrs) and 13 adult patients (mean age 39.4?9.1 yrs) were studied.Of them,32 patients received PD by bedside intubation. The nosogenesis of ARF was analyzed and the effect of emergency PD by bedside cmpared between two groups. Results Among various causes, prerenal factors accounted for 32.1%,infection and wound of bad control 39.3%,unreasonable use of nephrotoxic drugs 14.3%,which totally accounted for 85.7%.Of 21 elderly patients (76%) receiving PD treatment,11 (52.4%) acquired completely remission,5 (23.8%) turned to chronic PD,the successful rate of intensive care being 81.0%,and the death rate being 19.1%.Conclusion Prerenal factors, infection, wound of bad and unreasonable use of nephrotoxic drugs are the common causes of ARF in the elderly hospitalized patients.PD by bedside intubation is safe, simple and effective.

Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand(TRAIL)is the third member of the tumor necrosis factor(TNF)superfamily. It has received much concern because of its selective killing effect on tumor cells and virus infected cells. However, the subsequent studies have suggested that TRAIL also induces normal cells, such as the death of neurons and oligodendrocytes.TRAIL is associated with a variety of central nervous system diseases including primary brain tumor, multipie sclerosis and ischemic stroke.

Tumor necrosis factor-like weak inducer of apoptosis(TWEAK)is a new member of the tumor necrosis factor family. After TWEAK binding to its receptor Fn14.it induces extensive biological activities.TWEAK-Fn14 pathway participates in pathophysiological mechanisms of cell apoptosis, regulation of the blood-brain barrier permeability and inflammation in central nervous system, and it is closely correlated with the diseases such as ischernic stroke.multiple sclerosis and gliocytoma.
