Objective To explore the effect of online health education by family physician using the wearable devices, and provide the basis in theory and practice to improve the level of primary health care in community. Methods A total of 132 community residents (78 for male and 36 for female, all of them are WeChat user) with hypertension in one residential area who had regularly participated in the activity of volunteer blood pressure measurement organized by community health service center in wujiaochang street from November 2015 to February were chosen as the participants. The residents who wore the wearable device given by the community hospital uniformly were set as the study group (60 people), while the remaining 72 residents were set as the control group. Both groups received the daily online health education provided by the family physicians through their smartphone. We compared the diversity of health cognition, controlling behavior and controlling results to blood pressure of both groups before and after the studyrelatively, then we comprehensively analyzed the effect of use of wearable devices in family physicians ' online health education. SPSS 18.0 was used for data analysis. The categorical data of two groups were compared with chi-square test and the comparison of continuous data was performed with t test. Results Totally 114 community residents were qualified in the study, and the initial backgrounds of study group and control group had no significant difference. After receiving the online health education information for three months, both groups achieved improvement on the cognition and related self-control behavior of hypertension except for several items, and the study group did better than control group in most items. The physical examination showed that the systolic blood pressure of the study group after the intervention [(131.46 ± 12.89) mmHg] (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa) was lower than before [(137.24 ± 12.27) mmHg] and the difference was significant (t=9.2, P<0.01); the diastolic blood pressure of the study group after the intervention [(78.29±8.91) mmHg] was lower than that of before intervention [(80.75±10.25) mmHg] and the difference was significant (t=2.3, P<0.05). Meanwhile, after intervention the systolic blood pressure of study group [(131.46 ± 12.89) mmHg] was lower than that of control group [(133.27 ± 12.7) mmHg] and the intervention was significant (t=2.1, P<0.05). Conclusion Long-term use of wearable devices help family physicians improve the effect of health education, consequently the community hospitals are responsible to enhance the input and management of the informatization of family physicians' service, and assist them to broaden the form and content of health education.

Objective To investigate the long time prognosis of liver resection or transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) of Barcelona clinic liver cancer stage C(BCLC-C) patients who have portal vein tumor thrombsis. Methods Totally 86 BCLC-C patients who satisfied our including criteria from our surgical database of People's Hospital of Yichang City from January 2000 to September 2015 were selected as the research object.According to different treatment,86 patients were divided into liver resection group(n=50) and TACE group(n=36).The general information of two groups were compared.Cox multi-factors analysis and overall survival rate were calculated.ResultsThe long-term prognosis of liver resection group was better than that of TACE group(5-year OS:26% vs.0,P<0.001).Multi-factors analysis revealed that multiple tumors (HR:1.510,95%CI[1.120,2.316],P=0.020),AST>40 IU/L(HR:0.615,95%CI[0.488,1.206],P=0.013) as well as HBV-DNA>1 000(HR:1.204,95%CI:[0.920,2.540],P=0.038)were adverse factors for prognosis.ConclusionLiver resection is better than TACE for BCLC-C patients with portal vein tumor thrombosis. However, randomized controlled trial still need to be used to further confirm our conclusion.

Objective To understand the characteristics of schistosome cercarial infested water contact of residents in Poyang Lake endemic areas after the operation of Three Gorges Project,so as to provide the evidence for formulating a well-directed con-trol strategy. Methods The residents in two villages in schistosomiasis endemic areas were selected and surveyed for their activi-ties of infested water contacts by questionnaire. Results The proportion and frequency of infested water contacts of residents in Poyang Lake region were high and the average rate of infested water contacts was 69.77%,and 98.96%of infested water contacts occurred in spring, summer and autumn. The main ways of infested water contacts were fishing/swimming/playing for adult men, washing clothes/fishing for adult women, and swimming/playing for school children, respectively. The rates of infested water con-tacts were 73.33%,71.63%and 61.87%in adult men, women and school children, respectively. The frequencies of infested water contacts>1 time/week,1 time/week-1 time/month,and<1 time/month were 62.61%,23.74%and 13.66%respectively. Conclu-sions The infested water contacts mainly occurs in spring, summer and autumn, and the main way of infested water contacts was fishing. Farming and mowing grass, which had been the primary way,now become the secondary way for the adult residents.

[ Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of IL-8 on the viability and migration of HepG2 cells and the potential effect of integrins (αsubunits ) on the migration of HepG2 cells. Methods HepG2 cells were stimulated by IL-8 at different concentrations ranging from 0 to 125 ng/ml in vitro.MTT assay was preformed to detect the viability of HepG2 cells.Scratch wound migration assay was used to explore the effect of IL-8 on the migration of HepG2 cells at the time points of 0, 4, 8, 12 and 24 h,respectively.Transwell assay was conducted to detect the vertical migration of HepG2 cells after stimulation with IL-8 for 24 h.The F-actin of HepG2 cells was observed by immunofluorescence analysis after treatment with IL-8 at different concentrations. The expression of αsubunits of integrins in HepG2 cells treated with IL-8 for 8h was detected using Western boltting assays. Results Compared with the control group, HepG2 cells treated with IL-8 showed improved proliferation activities, but there was no significant difference between the groups of HepG2 cells treated with IL-8 at different concentrations. The cell scratch healing assays and Transwell analysis both indicated that IL-8 promoted the migration of HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner.Meanwhile, the cytoskeleton of HepG2 cells was rearranged and the number of filopodium-like protrusions (FLPs) was increased rapidly after treatment with IL-8.Western blotting analysis showed that IL-8 up-regulated the expression of αsubunit of integrins and there was a concentration difference betweenαsubunits. Conclusion IL-8 promotes the migration of HepG2 cells by up-regulating the expression ofαsubunits, and different αsubunits may play different roles.

GPS was used in the snail survey of Nuanhuping marshland in Poyang Lake region and its application value was discussed. The results suggest that GPS which can measure the marshland area and survey area at real-time and draw electronic maps of snail situation rapidly, could realize the electronic and image management of the data from snail survey and provide more accurate information to the department in charge of schistosomiasis control.

With the widespread implementation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in various levels of medical institutions, surgical complications have also increased. Among them, the incidence of bile duct injury remains high in complex laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The reason for this is that surgeons cannot effectively and accurately identify the relationship between the aberrant bile duct and the cystic duct and the common bile duct, resulting in the accidental injury of the bile duct, resulting in long hospital stays, increased medical costs, and decreased long-term quality of life for patients. Intraoperative cholangiography, as a real-time visual method of biliary presentation, can effectively reduce the incidence of iatrogenic bile duct injury. However, most surgeons do not fully understand the technology of intraoperative cholangiography during cholecystectomy. This article reviews the application of intraoperative cholangiography in laparoscopic cholecystectomy based on the clinical experience of the author′s team and the literature in recent years, with the aim of deepening the understanding of surgeons about intraoperative cholangiography, so as to better apply it to clinical practice and benefit patients.
