Objective To explore the relationship between pressure source and mental healthy of freshmen in medical college. Methods 1324 freshmen in medical college were assessed with Beck-Srivastava stress inventory (BSSI) and checklist 90 (SCL-90) to detect the pressure source and mental health state. Relative analysis and regression analysis was used to statistic differences. Results The BSSI total score was from 49 to 119,mean score was (77.68 ± 12.47 )of freshmen in medical college. It was obviously higher than critical pressure. The 6 factors score of SCL-90 in somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and hostility were significantly higher than Chinese domestic norms, the difference has a statistical significant (P <0. 01 ). The 7 factors score of somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility and fear in male freshmen were higher than those in female freshmen, the difference has a statistical significant (P< 0. 05 or P< 0.01 ). Relative analysis and regression analysis results showed that 5 factors of BSSI entered the regression equaltion. Conclusion The mental health problems of freshman in medical college were relatively serious, and the college should be pay special attention to the problem and intervene early.

Objective To analyze the changes of CD64, serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the peripheral blood neutrophil of patients with respiratory tract infection before and after treatment. Methods Eighty patients with respiratory tract infection were treated in our hospital from November 2012 to October 2013 , of which 42 cases clini-cally diagnosed by bacterial infection as group A , and 38 cases diagnosed by virus infection as group B ,and 40 healthy people selected as control group. Group A and group B were treated with routine treatment for 1 weeks. CD64 , PCT and CRP expression were detected by the methods of flow cytometry, immunofluorescence assay, and rapid immune fluorescence before and after treatment for 3 days and 7 days ,respectively. The differences of specificity and sensitivity were compared by analyzing the results of three methods. Results Before treatment,CD64, PCT, CRP levels of group A were (2611.5±252.4) MESF,(5.2±2.5) ng/mL, (60.5±13.4) mg/L, respectively, significantly higher than those of group B and control group (P<0.05); CD64 and CRP of group B were higher than those of control group (P<0.05);However, PCT compared with the control group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment for 7 days, CD64 of group A decreased significantly, and the degree of bacterial infection decreased,as well as PCT and CRP compared with those after treatment for 3 days (P<0.05),and CD64 of group B showed a decreased trend, while PCT, CRP did not change significantly (P>0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic efficiency of CD64 were 95.6%,92.4%,97.6%,respectively,was higher than those of PCT and CRP (P<0.05);But those between PCT and CRP had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion CD64 expression of patients with bacterial infection of respiratory tract infection increased, and positively correlated with the respiratory tract bacterial infection rate, and specificity and sensitivity were higher than those of CRP.When compared with procalcitonin ,CD64 is more sensitive to reflect the severity of disease, and can observe the curative effect and guide clinical medication.

The important role of TDP-43 proteinopathy in Alzheimer's disease (AD) has been gradually revealed. High proportion of AD patients have TDP-43 proteinopathy on their postmortem diagnosis. Patients with TDP-43 proteinopathy show more sever hippocampal atrophy and cognitive dysfunction, suggesting that TDP-43 proteinopathy can serve as an important target in AD diagnosis and treatment. Evaluation of TDP-43 proteinopathy in vivo would hold great promise in AD diagnosis, drug development and treatment. In this review, we describe the pathological characteristics of TDP-43 proteinopathy in AD, and summarize the recent progress of TDP-43 proteinopathy in the diagnosis and treatment of AD.

For the detection and identification of abnormal nodular tissues on the body surface, a microwave sensor structure loaded with a spiral resonator is proposed in this paper, a sensor simulation model is established using HFSS software, the structural parameters are optimized, and the actual sensor is fabricated. The S21 parameters of the tissue were obtained when nodules appeared by simulation, and the characteristic relationship between the difference of S21 parameters with position was analyzed and tested experimentally. The results showed that when nodules were present in normal tissues, the curve of S21 parameter difference with position change had obvious inverted bimodal characteristics, and the extreme value of S21 parameter difference appeared when the sensor was directly above the nodules, which was easy to identify the position of nodules. It provides an objective detection tool for the identification of abnormal nodular tissues on the body surface.
