Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of ultrashort-wave therapy combined with electroacupuncture on the experimental rabbits with knee osteoarthritis.Methods Ten of fifty-five experimental Japanese big-ear rabbits were randomized into the blank control group, and the other 45 were made knee osteoarthritis models by prolonged fixation of the right posterior knee joint in extension for 6 weeks. The 40 successfully made models were randomized into model control group, electroacupuncture group, ultrashort-wave group, and combined electroacupuncture and ultrashort-wave group, 10 in each. The electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture at Xuehai (SP 10), Liangqiu (ST 34), Yanglingquan (GB 34), and Zusanli (ST 36) of the right posterior leg, the ultrashort-wave group was treated with ultrashort-wave therapy, and the combined electroacupuncture and ultrashort-wave group was treated with electroacupuncture and ultrashort-wave therapy, each time 25min, once a day. After treatment for 30 days, the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), and nitric oxide (NO) in serum and the movement of affected knee joint were measured respectively in each group. Objective To observe the effect and adverse reaction of sufentanil combined with lornoxicam in venous controlled analgesia after hip arthroplasty. Methods Fifty patients with general anesthesia orthopaedic hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into sufentanil group (group S) and finnan fluoride group ( F) , group S sufentanil 2μg/kg,lornoxicam 40mg, physiological saline diluted to 100ml canister, Group F fentanyl 20μg/kg, lomoxicam 40mg, physiological saline diluted to 100ml canister. After operation connected intravenous infusion pump analgesia. Results Group S postoperative analgesia was obviously better than the group F,48h abnormal sweating and nausea and vomiting incidence was less than the group F( all P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The effect of sufentanil combined lornoxicam for hip arthroplasty after intravenous analgesia was better than that of fentanyl combined lornoxicam group and had fewer side effects.

Objective To observe the effect of postoperative analgesia of flurbiprofen for percutaneous vertebral angioplasty in preemptive analgesia. Methods 40 paifients with ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ level elective through skin vertebral angioplasty resection patients were seleted and randomly divided into 40 cases, flurbiprofen preemptive analgesia group(group A), and flurbiprofen postoperative analgesia group (group B). Group A was administrated with 50mg flurbiprofen before operation through intravenous, and Group B was administrated with it in the end of operation. By visual analog scale(VAS) ,the score of postoperative 0,1,4,8 and 12h level of pain and postoperative analgesia 24h overall evaluation was assessed. And the additional analgesics and deelop aderse reactions of patients were recorded.Results After operation 24h overall VAS score of group B (1.8 + 0.6) points was above that of group A (3.2 +0. 8) points (P ＜ 0.05). Both groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Postoperative analgesia of flurbiprofen for pereutaneous vertebral angioplasty in preemptive analgesia had exact effect,convenience and less adverse reactions.

Purpose: To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and herbs in chloasma.Methods: Chloasma was divided into three patterns and treated by acupuncture plus oral administration and external application of Chinese herbs. Results: There was an obvious therapeutic effect in chloasma treated by combination of acupuncture and herbal drugs. After two courses of the treatments, the effective rate accounted for 93.3% in 45 cases. Conclusion: There was an obvious therapeutic effect in chloasma treated by combination of acupuncture and herbal drugs.

Objective To investigate the levels of inflammatory cytokines in children with low absolute lymphocyte count (ALC).Methods 56 patients with low ALC as the patients group and 20 children with healthy physical examination as the control group were enrolled.Several inflammatory cytokines,namely IL-1,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-βwere measured with enzyme linked immu-nosorbent assay(ELISA)kits.High sensitive C reactive protein(Hs-CRP)was measured by the immunoturbidimetry(ITM)kit with the automatic biochemical analyzer.Results The concentrations of IL-1,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-βin the patients were(0.096±0.012) ng/mL,(0.118±0.026)ng/mL,(0.388 ±0.069)ng/mL and(1.256 ±0.245 )ng/mL respectively,which had no statistical differ-ences as compared with the control group(P >0.05);the concentration of HsCRP in the patients group was(5.7±2.8)mg/L,while which in the control group was(4.8±2.6)mg/L,showing no statistically significant difference between them(P >0.05).Conclusion The levels of the cytokines in low ALC patients are not increased,which may be related with the other factors.Actively using tra-ditional Chinese medicine treatment is beneficial to the recovery of disease.

Objective To explore the feasibility and accuracy of dual-source CT (DSCT)in evaluating aortic regurgitation (AR). Methods Among 78 patients who underwent both DSCT and TTE,38 patients were diagnosed as AR and 40 without AR served as controls.Maximum regurgitant orifice area (ROA)in diastole was planimetrically measured with DSCT,and measurements were compared with semiquantitative classification of TTE.Results DSCT correctly identified 37 patients with AR.Compared with TTE,two patients were false positive and three patients were false negative findings by DSCT (sensitivity 92%,specificity 95%, positive predictive value 94%,and negative predictive value 93%).ROA measured by DSCT (0.32 cm2 ±0.44 cm2 )was signifi-cantly correlated with TTE classification (r=0.85,P<0.01).With receiver operating characteristic curve analysis,discrimination between degrees of AR with DSCT was high accurate when using cutoff ROAs of 0.08 cm2 and 0.58 cm2 .Conclusion Planimetric measurement of ROA with DSCT is accurate for the quantitative evaluation of AR.

Objective:To develop a domain-specific perfectionism scale for college students.Methods:Exploratory and confirmatory factor analytic approaches were used to develop and evaluate the intra-structure of the scale.Results:Exploratory principle factor analysis of the items indicated that the scale had five factors,explaining 57.538% of the total variance.Internal consistency analysis showed that the Cronbach's ? coefficient,split-half and test-retest correlation coefficients were 0.648～0.781,0.664～0.790,0.720～0.779 respectively for the factors.Confirmatory fator analysis showed that the fit indexes for ?2/df,GFI,AGFI,NFI,NNFI,RMSEA,CFI,IFI were 2.32,0.91,0.88,0.84,0.88,0.06,0.90,0.90.Conclusion:Psychometric properties analysis shows that the scale achieves from good to exellent levels of internal consistency,test-retest rliability and content,construct and criteria-related validity.

Objective: To explore the mediation of stress between perfectionism and life satisfaction.Methods: 317 college students were surveyed with questionnaires.The data were analyzed by hierarchical regression.Results: ①Regarding general perfectionism,both male and female students' stress fully mediated negative perfectionism and life satisfaction but did not mediate positive perfectionism and life satisfaction;②Regarding domain-specific perfectionism,male students' appearance stress fully mediated related perfectionism and satisfaction,but for female students its mediation was partial.Both male and female students' personality stress fully mediated personality perfectionism and satisfaction.Mediation models involved academic,love,interpersonal relationship perfectionism and their related satisfaction were not found.Conclusion: The mediations of stress between perfectionism and life satisfaction are different in different life domains.

Objective To explore the safety of different doses of bupivacaine combined with epidural anes-thesia for delivery women undergoing cesarean operation.Methods A total of 120 cases of parturient women with cesarean section surgery were randomly divided into A,B,C three groups (40 cases in each group).A group was subarachnoidly given 0.5% levobupivacaine 1.5mL(7.5mg),B group was given 0.5% levobupivacaine 2.0mL (10.0mg),C group was given 0.5% levobupivacaine 2.5mL(12.5mg).The anesthesia effect in three groups was recorded.Results 5 min after anesthesia,the central venous pressure,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation in A group were (79.47 ±10.65)mmHg,(83.94 ±8.21)times/min,(98.16 ±1.17)%,which in B group were (76.38 ± 10.15)mmHg,(84.03 ±8.19)times/min,(98.48 ±1.06)%,which in C group were (66.28 ±18.49)mmHg, (76.38 ±5.68)times/min,(95.03 ±0.45)%.10 min after anesthesia,the central venous pressure,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation in A group were (83.54 ±10.03)mmHg,(84.03 ±8.34)times/min,(98.25 ±1.19)%,which in B group were (82.46 ±10.11 )mmHg,(83.95 ±8.24)times/min,(98.04 ±1.15 )%,which in C group were (69.06 ±17.03)mmHg,(74.19 ±5.48)times/min,(94.85 ±0.41 )%,the changes of heart function index in A group and B group had statistically significant differences compared with those in C group(F =5.165,6.487,7.125, 6.145,5.378,6.145,all P <0.05 ).In A group,excellent anesthesia in 9 cases,good in 17 cases,and poor in 14 cases;those in B group were 24 cases,13 cases,3 cases;those in C group were 28 cases,11 cases and 1 case.The anesthesia effect of B group and C group was significantly higher than A group(χ2 =4.887,P <0.05).In A group, hypotension occurred in 1 case,bradycardia in 2 cases,2 cases had nausea and vomiting,shortness of breath 0 case.In B group,hypotension occurred in 2 cases,2 cases of bradycardia,nausea and vomiting 3 cases,difficulty in breathing in 1 case.In C group,15 cases of hypotension,bradycardia in 11 cases,14 cases had nausea and vomiting,dyspnea in 7 cases.The incidence rate of adverse reactions of C group was higher than A group and B group(χ2 =4.168,5.122, 4.784,5.122,all P <0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia effects of levobupivacaine combined spinal and epidural anesthesia in cesarean section surgery is related with dosage,the greater the dosage,the anesthesia effect is stronger, but the circulation disturbance,the greater the use the share such as 10mg dose of levobupivacaine is more suitable, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
