Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(08):-
Objective: To analyze socio-demographic and social psychological characteristics of college students with anxiety in Anhui province. Methods: Striated all universities in Anhui according to professional fields, selected one university in each field and 15% of students of that university were collected as our sample (N=4178). Anonymous questionnaires inclusive self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), social experience checklist (SEC), adolescent self-rating life events checklist (ASLEC) and family environment scale-Chinese version (FES~CV) were used to investigate anxiety status and its relation with socio-demographic and social psychological characteristics. Univariate logistic and multivariate stepwise logistic models were used to calculate the odds ratios between prevalence of anxiety and those influential factors. Results:The rate of anxiety among our sample was 6.94% (in male 7.22%, in female 6.35%). Students of science and technology school had the highest rate of anxiety (10.08%), while those from medical school the lowest (3.59%). It was shown that anxiety status was statistically significant associated with many demographic and social psychological factors by ?~2 test, while in multivariate stepwise logistic models it was significant related with majors (referred to science and technology OR=1.77,95%CI:1.30~2.41), poor academic achievement (OR=1.45,95%CI:1.09~1.93), negative life events (OR=4.76,95%CI:3.36~6.77), negative life experience (OR=3.35,95%CI:2.43~4.62), and intimacy (OR=0.65,95%CI:0.49~0.85)and emotion expression within families (OR=0.71,95%CI:0.54~0.94). Conclusion: Anxiety status among college students was influenced by a variety of factors including socio-demographic and social psychological characteristics, which must be taken into consideration during psychological health promotion.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2017;16(2):174-176
At present, the particularity and importance of ethical consciousness in the teaching of clinical obstetrics and Gynecology has become increasingly prominent while the education of medical students in the ethics and social responsibility is relatively weak. This study explored a series of practical methods under WEIGHT guide through the real cases, conducting clinical training and sides debate, com-bining multimedia and interview form, in order to strengthen the cultivation of medical students' moral quality and improve the students' comprehensive ability.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1996;0(02):-
Objective: To develop a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)-based instrument which may be used to measure bite force in natural teeth as well as in denture. Methods: The PVDF film was used as transducer. Electricity amplifier, lowpass filter, secondary magnifier in metrical circuit, and collection with disposal system were employed to produce the instrument for bite force measurement. The demarcating system was MTS-858. The instrument was used to measure the dynamic force in laterotrusion in 9 volunteers with Angle I occlusion. Results: The instrument was produced.By the used of the instrument the peak value of bite force (N) in the 9 subjects was 277.3?78.4 on the main functional side (MFS) and 258.7?83.3 on the subfunctional side (SFS).The time(ms) needed in the four phases on MFS was 65.6?7.3,354.4?66.1,116.3?25.0 and 226.9?35.8;that on SFS 67.5?6.6,394.4?65.3,141.9?25.6 and 167.5?41.9,respectively.Conclusion: The new system is steady and sensitive for bite force measurement.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(4):407-409
The difficult knowledge was analyzed in detail from such aspects as medical students' cognitive ability of the female pelvic anatomy structure, their learning of female reproductive endocrine physiology, their understanding of delivery mechanism and gynecological tumor clinical staging in gynecology and obstetrics.Through such strategies as the diversification of teaching to deepen students' cognition of female pelvic anatomy structure, presentation method to strength their understanding of the delivery mechanism and repeated memory to reinforce their learning of female reproductive endocrine physiology and smart memory to remember gynecologic oncology clinical staging, not only the students' learning ability was improved, but also the teaching quality was enhanced.

Objective To investigate the effects of HRT on endometrium of postmenopausal women. Methods 53 cases of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding(PMB),from Jan,1995 to Dec.1999 treated by HRT were selected to make a comparison with the other 60 cases of PMB without HRT during the corresponding period. Both groups had integrated ultrasonic and pathological data and getting information from succedent inspection. Results The rates of the endometrial carcinorma incidences that happen in the HRT group were non-HRT group were 5 66% and 8 33% respectively, which had little significant. While the occurring rates of inflammation were 1 89% and 16 67% respectively,a significant difference between the both existed here. Conclusions With HRT,the various symptoms of post menopause women can be efficiently improved. It is safe and effective in short term. But a close monitoring is absolutely necessary for its long term effect(5 years or more).

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(5):650-651,654
Objective To investigate the feasibility of high resolution melting(HRM)curve analysis technique for detecting β-thalassemia gene mutations. Methods The HRM method was used to detect five kinds of common β-thalassemia mutations (-28, CD17,CD41-42,CD71-72 and IVS-2-654)in Guangdong province.Sixty specimens of the patients with suspectedβ-thalassemia were performed the HRM analysis. The results of HRM analysis were confirmed by the direct DNA sequencing. Results Among 60 specimens of the patients with suspectedβ-thalassemia,12 cases of heterozygosis mutant gene were detected, including 3 cases of-28,2 cases of CD17,5 cases of CD41-42,2 cases of CD71-72 and 2 cases of IVS-2-654 gene mutation;2 cases of homozygosis mu-tant gene were detected, including 1 case of-28 and 1 case of CD41-42 homozygous mutation (both were amniotic fluid specimens). The results of HRM analysis were consistent with the DNA sequencing results. Conclusion The HRM method can accurately de-tect five kinds of common β-thalassemia mutations in Guangdong province, has the advantages of simpleness, rapidness and high sensitivity and is expected to be a new method for screening β-thalassemia mutation in clinic.
