In this paper,the authors analyzed in detail one case of troubleshooting of SOMATOM DRH and summarized our experience in its maintainence.

Objective This study is to study the age related changes of the expression of caspase-3 and the apoptosis states of neurons in primary auditory cortex of 15 young C57BL/6J mice(2 months, 15～20 g) and 15 old C57BL/6J mice(10 months, 50～60 g) and to determine probable physical effects underlying these changes. This paper also discusses the relationship of caspase-3 and apotosis states in primary auditory cortex, the possible role of caspase-3 in primary auditory cortex and the pathogenesis of presbycusis. Methods The immunohistochemical methods were applied to explore the differences of the expression of caspase-3 and the apoptosis states determined by TUNEI. method in the primary auditory cortex between young and old C57BL/6J mice. Results The expression of caspase-3 and apoptosis in Al of old C57BL/6J mice was significantly higher than that in the counterpart of young C57BL/6J mice. Conclusion The results presented a direct morphological evidence for the strengthening of caspase-3 in the primary auditory cortex in old C57BL/6J mice. This method has an important role in the formation and development of presbycusis. The expression of caspase-3 participated in the regulatory procedure of apoptosis and may be a possible factor of the etiologies of presbycusis.

ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy and side-effects of reboxitine on post-schizophrenic depression.Methods30 patients with post-schizophrenic depression according CCMD-Ⅲ accepted reboxitine 4～8 mg/d in addition to antipsychotic drugs for 6 weeks. Efficacy and side-effects were determined with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS), Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms (SANS), Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) before and 2, 4, 6 weeks after treatment. ResultsThe score of HAMD were obviously improved after the treatment(P<0.01), as well as that of negative psychotic symptoms in BPRS and TESS. Slight symptoms that may be associated to the Reboxitine were obvioused seldom, and all recovered without any treating. ConclusionLow-dose rebositine is effective on post-schizophrenic depression with few side-effects and good compliance.

Objective To study the effects of γ-IFN on the expression of HLA-G mRNA in primary cultured astrocytoma cells. Methods Different concentrations of γ-IFN were added to primary cultured cells, and HLA-G mRNA were detected by RT-PCR. Results After γ-IFN treatment, HLA-G mRNA can not be determined from HLA-G originally negative astrocytoma cells. The expression of HLA-G are up - regulated in all original HLA-G positive astrocytoma cells in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion γ-IFN can increase the ex-pression of HLA-G gene in the primary cultured astrocytoma cells which HLA - G are originally positive.

Objective To investigate whether IL-17 could stimulate the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) production on HaCaT cells alone. We also investigated whether shikonin could inhibited the proinflamation effects of interleukin-17(IL-17) acting on HaCaT cells. MethodsWe examined the expression of VEGF by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) and realtime polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in HaCaT cells and the cell supernatant. The viability of HaCaT cells in the drug group was detected by the Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8). ResultsThe expression of VEGF in different time IL-17-stimulated groups on HaCaT cells and the cell supernatant were higher than the control group( P＜0.001 ). The expression of VEGF in different drug treatment groups on HaCaT cells and the cell supematant were lower than the stimulated group by IL-17 ( P＜0. 001 ). The cell viability of different drug treatment groups have no significant difference( P＞0.05 ). ConclusionWe show that IL-17 specifically and time-dependently augmented and induced VEGF expression on HaCaT cells and the cell supernatantThen shikonin markedly inhibited the increase tengency of IL-17 effection on HaCaT cells and the cell supematant level.

Objective To investigate the significance of orthotopic liver transplantation in the management of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) ; To evaluate the survival and prognostic factors of liver transplantation for PHC.Method The clinical data from 194 consecutive PHC patients who underwent OLT were retrospectively analyzed.Result The 1-,3-and 5-year cumulative survival rate of the 194 patients was 92.78％,78.07％ and 76.80％ respectively.There were 37 cases of recurrence or metastasis of the tumor with the incidence rate being 19.1％ (37/194).The tumor TNM stage (P=0.026 667),tumor diameter (P =0.0045),tumor number (P =0.0318),vascular invasion (P =0.006 059),and AFP level before transplantation (P =0.003 426) were significantly related with tumor recurrence.Multivariate analysis revealed that tumor diameter (P =0.0081,OR =0.789,95％ CI:2.1233-6.124),vascular invasion (P＜0.001,OR =5.928,95 ％ CI:1.173-86.789),and AFP level before transplantation (P =0.019,OR =2.601,95％ CI:2.196-5.658) were independent risk factors for tumor recurrence.There was statistically significant difference in survival rate and tumor-free survival rate between Milan criteria group and beyond-UCSF criteria group (P＜0.01),and between UCSF criteria group and beyond-UCSF criteria group (P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in survival rate and tumor-free survival rate between Milan criteria group and UCSF criteria group (P ＞0.05).Conclusion Liver transplantation is an effective treatment for PHC.The tumor diameter ＞8 cm,vascular invasion and AFP level significantly affect the survival of PHC patients.

ObjectiveTo explore the reliability and validity of WHO ICF-Clinical Checklist for patients with spinal cord injuries.MethodsClinical testing, case records and check had been implemented for 50 patients with spinal cord injuries with ICF-Clinical Checklist, ADL and ASIA.Results and ConclusionThere were high test-retest reliability and validity in WHO ICF-Checklist for patients with spinal cord injuries.

目的探讨《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(ICF)临床检查表(中文版)与美国脊柱损伤协会(ASIA)损伤分级和日常生活活动(ADL)在脊髓损伤患者评定中的相关性。方法采用临床测评方法,运用ICF临床检查表、ADL评定和ASIA损伤分级评定法,对50例脊髓损伤患者进行综合评定。结果受试者ICF得分与ADL总分和ASIA分级分之间呈明显负相关(P<0.05—0.01)。结论ICF临床检查表指标较ADL和ASIA更全面。

Objective To discuss the feasibility and application value of probe-based confocal laser endomicroscopy(pCLE)for differential diagnosis of maligant biliary stricture. Methods The pCLE images of 10 patients with definite biliary structure were retrospectively analyzed to establish pCLE classification of biliary lesions, and then the patients, who accepted pCLE examination and traditional brush cytology successively,were selected for further prospective research. Each patient was scored in terms of sign of malignant lesion to analyze diagnostic efficacy of combinations of different signs using classification standard of pCLE image. The results were compared with cell brushing test. The diagnostic consistency of observers using pCLE was also evaluated. Results A total of 25 patients completed the prospective research. When patients presented with any two or more malignant signs,diagnostic efficacy of pCLE was best with accuracy rate of 84.0%(95%CI:64.7%-94.2%),and sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value was 87.5%(95% CI: 62.7%-97.8%), 77.8%(95% CI: 44.3%-94.7%), 87.5% (95%CI: 62.7%-97.8%), and 77.8%(95% CI: 44.3%-94.7%), respectively. The corresponding indicators of brush cytology was 56.0%(95% CI: 37.1%-73.4%), 31.3%(95% CI: 13.9%-55.9%), 100.0%(95%CI:65.5%-100.0%),100.0%(95%CI:51.1%-100.0%),and 45.0%(95%CI:25.8%-65.8%),respectively,and the sensitivity(P=0.001)and accuracy(P=0.03)were significantly lower than that of pCLE. The κ value of interobserver agreement level was 0.73, which revealed a significant consistency. Conclusion pCLE provides a new approach for the differential diagnosis of biliary stricture, and shows a potential clinical application value.
