Objective To explore the high-risk factors of infection of incisional wound after cesare-an section. Methods We retrospectively reviewed cesarean section cases with infection of incisional wound and evaluated the high-risk factors. Results Totally ten factors were identified as the high-risk factors ( P<0.05)such as obesity(BMI),more amount of bleeding, prolonged operative time, sugar diabetes, rupture of fetal membranes, etc.The four factors such as age, history of induced abortion ,social factor were not shown to be significant high-risk factors( P >0.05).Conclusion The high risk factors of incision infec-tion in cases with cesarean section include BMI , prolonged operative time , kinds of anesthesia , sugar diabe-tes and more amount of bleeding .

CTL responses by autologous colorectal cancer cells were observed in five cases. The specific CTL was induced from two cases, in which tumor associated antigen, CA-Hb_3, was strongly positive. The CTL could not induced from other three cases in which CA-Hb_3 antigen was weakly positive. Weakly positive tumor cells in the three cases were loaded CA-Hb_3 antigen into cytoplasmas by the cationic liposomes and tested by immunohistochemical assay. The results showed that CA-Hb_3 antigen of tumor cells in two cases changed to strongly positive, and could induce CTL responses successfully. With blocking agents BFA and anti-MHC-I monoclonal antibody, CTL responses could be blocked. Our results suggested that soluble CA-Hb_3 antigen could enhance the immunogenity of colorectal cancer cells and induce effective anti-tumor cellular immune responses.

Objective To determine operation procedure according to Oddi's sphincter functions decteted by preoperative duodenoscopy combined with intraoperative choledochoscopy (IOC). Methods The duodenal papillae and Oddi's sphincter functions of 319 cases with hepatobiliary calculus were detected by preoperative duodenoscopy, ERCP and IOC. Results As for the functions of Oddi's sphincter, 79 cases were superior, 152 cases favorable and 88 cases poor. Conclusions For patients with hepatobiliary calculus whether Oddi's sphincter is reserved according to the Oddi's sphincter function.

Objective To study the curative effect of combing montelukast with inhaled corticosteroids in the treatment of cough variant asthma .Methods According to diagnosis standard guideline for diagnosis and treatment of cough in CVA,84 cases of CVA patients were chosen and divided into the treatment group (n=42)and the control group(n=42).The control group were treated with inhaled corticosteroid Budesonide .The treatment group was given monelukast based on the treatment in control group .And the clinical effects of two groups ,recurrence and the lung function index were observed .Results The total efficiency of treatment of the control group was 73.8%,and the treatment group was 95.0%.The total effective rate of observation group was apparently higher than that of the control group(χ2 =6.46,P<0.05).The lung function of the treatment group compared to the control group was significantly increased(t=2.873,P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast combined with Glucocorticoid in the treatment of CVA can effectively improve the cure rate ,reduce the recurrence ,which can be widely used in clinical treatment .

ObjectiveTo study the treatment efficacy and practicality of emergency bedside endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD) for senile severe acute cholangitis (SAC). MethodsTwenty two senile SAC patients undergone emergency bedside ENBD without X ray guidance. The ENBD tube, with the help of straightened curl tailed guide wire, was put into bile duct directly at preestablished depth.ResultThe procedure was finished in all patients within 2?hrs after admission. The symptom immediatly ameliorated in all patients, and temperature began to subside. After 24 hrs patients were all able to eat liquid food. There was no mortality in this group and all patients were discharged. Conclusion Emergency bedside ENBD has special advantages in the treatment of senile SAC .

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of nucleoside analogues (NAs) antiviral therapy on clinical outcome for hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related primary hepatic carcinoma patients after hepatectomy. Methods The clinical data of 156 HBV-related primary hepatic carcinoma patients after hepatectomy were retrospectively analyzed..According to whether accepted postoperative antiviral treatment, all patients were divided into control group (n = 80)and observation group (n = 76). The serum HBV DNA capacity, recurrence-free survival (RFS)and overall survival (OS)were compared between two groups. Results One week, 1 month, 2 months and 3 months after operation , the serum HBV DNA capacity of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05). One year, 3 years and 5 years after operation, intergroup comparison of RFS rate of both groups showed statistical significance (P < 0.05) and 1 year, 3 years and 5 years after operation, the difference of OS rate of both groups indicated statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Standard NAs antiviral treatment for HBV-related primary hepatic carcinoma patients after hepatectomy ,can improve prognosis and prolong survival time. The inhibition the HBV copy active may be its mechanism.

Objective To analyze the differences of hospitalization mortality of coronary stenting in patients with coronary heart disease between the elderly (≥65 years old ) and non elderly. Methods Totally 3252 patients who underwent coronary stenting in Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital were studied retrospectively. They were divided into elderly group (≥65 years old, n=1344) and non elderly group (

Objective To investigate the infection status of A ngiostrongylus cantonensis in winkle from 9 cities in Guizhou Province. Methods The winkles were collected randomly from aquatic products wholesale market, agricultural market or restaurants in 9 cities (Guiyang,Zunyi,Tongren,Kaili,Anshun,Duyun,Xingyi,Bijie and Shuicheng) and classified in Guizhou Province, and the third-stage larvas of Angiostrongylus cantonensis were separated and detected with microscopy by tissue homogenization (Pomacea canaliculata was first checked with lung screening method, and then rechecked by tissue homogenization),and infection rate was calculated. Results Totally 2 177 winkles were tested, the overall infection rate of Angiostrongylus cantonensis was 1.5% (32/2 177),among them,Pomacea canaliculata was 1 287,five was positive, and the infection rate was 0.4%; Achatinafulica was 240,positive 27,the infection rate was 11.3%; Bellamya lithophaga was 372 and all 278 Cipangopaludina chinensis was not positive. Conclusions There is a higher risk of infection with Angiostrongylus cantonensis if eating winkles. The third-stage larva in Pomacea canaliculata and Achatina fulica has been found in Guizhou Province.Market management,food-safety inspection of the winkles on sale, and public health education should be strengthened.
