Objective To establish alcoholic liver disease (ALD) model of rats. Method Rats were given wine by ig for 13 weeks. ALD were assessed by the level of serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (ALT), glutamic oxalacetic transaminase (AST), malonaldehyde (MDA) and pathological changes of liver. Result Over-dose wine can increase the level of serum ALT, AST, and MDA, decrease the level of serum albumin (ALB), and induce hepatic steatosis. Conclusion Alcoholic liver disease model of rats can be established by long-time and over-dose wine. The model can be applied in the research of ALD.

Single-supervisor system is the widespread practice for graduates of clinical medicine at present. But in terms of education to clinical medical graduate students, students rotate in the departments of various disciplines for a long time, and there are more rotary department, resulting in some students' unbalanced learning development. Combined with the charac-teristics of the department of hematology, multi-supervisors training model was carried out to the rotating masters of other disciplines when they rotated in hematology department. With supervisor equipment and teaching implementation, we applied the principle of integrating theory with practice and trained students' innovation ability and doctor-patient communication ability. Compared with traditional single supervisor training pattern, multi-supervisors system can effec-tively improve the students' theoretical level, practical skills and comprehensive ability when the clinical medical graduate students rotate in the department of hematology.

Objective: To study the curative effects of Rupixiao Grains on mammary hyperplasia rats and provide the bisis for the wider use. Methods: The model of mammary hyperplasia were established with estrogen and progestogen, the changes of nipple appearance and pathological tissue of mammary gland on morphologic change were observed. The E2, P and PRL of serum were determined. Results: The treatment groups of high and middle dose of Rupixiao Grains can siginifi cantly reduce the diameter and height of nipple in rat mammary gland hyperplasia models(P

Objective To investigate the variation of coagulation markers and its clinical value in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods The plasma levels of von Willebrand factor: antigen (vWF: Ag), thrombomodulin (TM), prothrombin fragment 1+2 (F 1+2 ) and P selectin were measured by ELISA in 65 patients with type 2 diabetes (including 33 patients with vascular complication) and 38 healthy people. Results The plasma level of vWF:Ag, TM, F 1+2 and P selectin in group of type 2 diabetes were significantly higher than that of normal controls ( P

Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint for evaluating and controlling the quality of Gastrodia elata. Methods HPLC Analysis and similarity calculation were used for establishing fingerprint chromatogram and classifying 18 different original samples; LC-MS and pure compound comparisons were employed for the fingerprint peaks identification. Results HPLC Fingerprint chromatogram was cons- tructed with 27 fingerprint peaks, 17 of which were common fingerpring peaks and 12 main compounds were identified. According to the similarity to standardize herbal medicine, 18 samples could be classified three groups, Anhui-Henan, Shanxi-Sichuan, and Yunnan habitats. The two critical points were 0.80 and 0.58 for correlation coefficient and 0.88 and 0.73 for cosine values. Conclusion The selected fingerprint peaks are diagnostic for G. elata and the constituted HPLC fingerprint chromatogram could be used for identifying different habitats and served as a powerful tool for further quality control of G. elata.

ObjectiveTo determine whether there is correlation between the pathological classification and urinary level of transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1,macrophage inflammatory protein (MIP)-1α,and Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) of lupus nephritis.MethodsELISA was used to test the levels of urinary level of TGF-β1,MIP-lα and NGAL.The correlation between these three urinary markers and the pathological classifications,Austin score, histological semi-quantitative score and clinical data were analyzed.Comparisons between groups were performed with t-test,ANOVA and X2 test.Correlation analysis was performed with Pearson analysis.Results①There was significant difference in urinary TGF- β1,MIP1α,and NGAL levels when compared the lupus nephritis group,SLE patients without renal damage group and the normal control group [TGF-β1(351±219),(92±60),(74±29) pg/ml],[MIP-1α(18.0±15.5),(8.5±2.3),(7.1±1.9) pg/ml],[NGAL (1.104±0.519),(0.181±0.030),(0.146±0.024) ng/ml],while there was no significant difference between lupus nephritis (LN) group and patients with other glomerulonephritis.② There was significant difference in the three urinary markers when stratified the LN patients based on the pathological classifications, however, there was no significant difference between the LN group and other glomerulonephritis group.③ Analysis of the correlation between the three urinary markers and semiquantitative histopathological score of the LN patients showed that the urinary level of TGF-β1 and MsMI,GCI,TCI,VCI was closely related to each other, the urinary MIP-1α was related to and endol, and the dGAI and VCI was closely related, while the urinary NGAL was closely related with endol,dGAI and MsHI.The correlation analysis between the three urinary markers and acute and chronic pathological index score of the LN patients showed that TGF- β1 was correlated with the chronic index(r=0.89,P<0.01 ),the MIP-lα and NGAL were significantly correlated with the activity index(r=0.71,P<0.01 ; r=0.60,P<0.01 ).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the urine TGF-β1 level and chronic kidney disease. The urinary MIP-lαand NGAL are associated with active renal damage.
