4. Perspectives on development direction of hospital pharmacy and working mode of pharmacist under the new condition of medical reform

OBJECTIVE: To provide references for adapting to the new medical reform and facilitating development of hospital pharmacy. METHODS: By studying and analyzing the new "medical reform" program, comparing the development of hospital pharmacy at home and abroad, hospital pharmacy development direction and pharmacist working mode in China are put forward. RESULTS: The function of hospital pharmaceutical care lags behind the development of new "medical reform", which thus calls for further improvement. CONCLUSION: Under the new condition of medical reform, it is imperative to perfect the related system and implement pharmacist service fee as soon as possible, to facilitate rapid development of pharmacist team and guarantee the system of essential drugs with rational drug use as focus smooth implementation.

Posterior capsular opacification (PCO) is one of the major complications of modern cataract surgery.Multiple studies had demonstrated that the extracellular matrix (ECM) plays an important role in the generation and development of PCO.A variety of ECM components,including fibronectin (FN),laminin (LN),collagen,lumican,osteoponin (OPN),decorin,hyaluronic acid and vimentin,affect the biological properties of lens epithelial cells (LECs) through different mechanisms,such as regulating cell migration,adhesion and proliferation.This review focuses on the role of ECM in PCO formation in order to explore the pathogenesis of PCO and provide a potential therapeutic approach for the prevention and management of PCO.

8.Effect of trehalose on expression of E-cadherin in cryopreserved human skin

Objective To investigate the change of E-cadherin expression in human skin after cryopreservation. Methods The skin tissue was treated with DMSO-propyleneglycol (TD group) and trehalose-DMSO (DP group), respectively, and cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen (-196 ℃) for 7 and 14 days and the changes after cryopreservation were compared with that of fresh skin (control group). Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin in the skin.Results Compared with the fresh skin, TD group showed good preservation of the skin, and the expression level of E-cadherin was similar to that in the control group. Conclusion E-cadherin is well preserved in the TD group. Therefore, trehalose-DMSO is an effective cryoprotectant for human skin, and much better than that of traditional low-temperature protectants.
9.Relationship between the Chinese Version Weehsler intelligence scale for children and the Das-Naglieri cognitive assessment system in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

Objective To explore the relationship between the Chinese Version Wechsler intelligence scale for children(C-WISC) and the Das-Naglieri cognitive assessment system(DN:CAS) in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Methods Thirty-two children with ADHD were evaluated with C-WISC and the digital remote assessment system——DN:CAS,and both results were administered for correlation analysis.Results The results showed that there was a strong correlation between the full intelligence quotient (FIQ) of C-WISC and the full score of DN:CAS,also the scores in Plan,Simultaneous,and Successive of DN-CAS,and the correlation coefficient was between 0.6 to 0.8.There was a strong correlation between the full score of DN:CAS and the verbal comprehension IQ (VCIQ),perceptual organization IQ (POIQ),memory/concentration IQ (M/CIQ),verbal IQ (VIQ),and performance IQ(PIQ) of C-WISC,as the correlation coefficient ranges from 0.6 to 0.8.There was also a strong correlation between the score in Planning and VCIQ,POIQ,M/CIQ,VIQ of C-WISC.As to the score in Simultaneous of DN:CAS and POIQ,VIQ,PIQ of C-WISC,the correlation was also strong with the correlation coefficient ranging from 0.6 to 0.8.For the rest of the sub-tests of C-WISC and DN:CAS,there was moderate correlation between them,the correlation coefficient was from 0.4 to 0.6.Conclusions These results show that the correlation between C-WISC and DN:CAS in children with ADHD is significant.The correlation coefficient shows diversity in the sub-tests of C-WISC and DN:CAS.
