Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
To determine the effects of Remifentanil on the expression of adhesive factors during acute lung injury, we used immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) technics to measure the expression levels of ICAM 1, and P Selectin in the lung in a rat model of hemorrhagic shock. We duplicated modified Wigger hemorrhagic shock model in healthy SD rats. The rats were divided into three groups: control group, resuscitation group, resuscitation and drug using group. The positive ratios of ICAM 1 and P Selectin in the lungs at different time points, namely preshock, shock, resuscitation 2 hours, and resuscitation 4 hours were determined. There were 6 rats in each group and each time point. The degree of pulmonary injury in the drug using group was less than that in other two groups. Resuscitation with lactated Ringer's solution led to most serious injury in the resuscitation group. In drug using group, the expression of ICAM 1 and P Selectin was far less than that in the other two groups ( P
2.STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF REMIFENTANIL ON THE EXPRESSION OF APOPTOSIS FACTORS IN LUNG IN RATS WITH HEMORRHAGIC SHOCK
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To determine the modulating effects of remifentanil on the expression of apoptosis factors during acute lung injury as a result of hemorrhagic shock, we observed the expression of C-Jun, Bax, Bcl-2 in lung with immunohistochemistry in rats with hemorrhagic shock. Methods Hemorrhagic shock model was replicated with modified Wigger's method in healthy SD rats. Seventy-two rats were randomized into three groups: sham resuscitation, resuscitation with lactated Ringer′s solution, and fluid resuscitation with remifentanil. Positive rates of C-Jun, Bax, Bcl-2 were assayed in the lungs at different time points: preshock, shock, 2 hours after resuscitation, and 4 hours after resuscitation. Results ①The model of acute lung injury subsequent to hemorrhagic shock was reproduced in rats. ②The expression of Bcl-2 elevated slowly in three groups, while the expression of Bax elevated rapidly, and there were significant differences between the value of baseline and those of other time points (P

China Medical Equipment 2016;(2):83-85,86
Objective:To investigate the curative effect and safety of slow continuous ultrafiltration(SCUF) treatment on congestive refractory heart failure with renal failure, and to investigate the correlation between fluid balance and the postoperative complications. Methods:Thirty patients with congestive refractory heart failure with renal failure were chosen to receive slow continuous ultrafiltration treatment after deep vein catheterization, blood flow volume being 100-150 ml/min and therapy time being 24h. PiCCO was used to monitor the hemodynamic parameters, along with the change of blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, heart beat and electrolyte. Results: After the slow continuous ultrafiltration treatment, the hemodynamic parameters of all patients showed obvious improvements, with better results on cardiac function and electrolyte balance. All the patients patients developed cardiopulmonary complications postoperatively have a larger total fluid balance of the first two days postoperatively than those without complications. Conclusion:SCUF have therapeutic effect and safety for treating congestive refractory heart failure with renal failure, and the status of the fluid balance can be a predictor of the postoperative morbidity and mortality.

Objective:To prepare and optimize sorafenib-Eudragit RS nanoparticles( S-E üPs)and investigate the physicochemi-cal properties. Methods:S-E üPs were prepared by a solvent-nonsolvent method. Single factor experiments were used to research the effect of solvent, stabilizer type, carrier ratio and the proportions of water phase and organic phase on the physicochemical properties of S-E üPs. S-E üPs were evaluated by the particle size, zeta potential and morphology, and the in vitro drug release of S-E üPs was studied using dialysis technology. Results:The mean size was(86. 72 ± 3. 71)nm,the PDI and zeta potential was(0. 20 ± 0. 032)and (36. 6 ± 0. 3)mV,respectively,S-E üPs showed spherical shape with uniform distribution. The drug release in vitro was accorded with a Weibull equation. Conclusion:The solvent-nonsolvent method is appropriate for the preparation of S-E üPs. The nanoparticles have small particle size, uniform distribution, regular morphology and significant sustained-release property.

Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(5):392-394
In recent years, studies have shown that galactose - deficient IgA1(Gd - IgA1)antibodies are im-portant in the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy(IgAN). Serum levels of Gd - IgA1 antibodies are associated with levels of proteinuria and renal histological grading. Measuring the antibodies has guidance value in the diagnosis of IgAN,for its sensitivity and specificity can be up to 88% - 89% and 89% - 92% respectively. In addition, the antibodies play an important role in clinical prognosis, and it may provide a new direction for treatment in IgAN. Now,its role in prognosis of IgAN was reviewed.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2008;10(3):229-233
Objective To discuss the necessity and methods of combined reconstruction of the injured posterior cruciate ligament(PCL)and posterolateral complex(PLC)of the knee. Methods From January 2001 to December 2006,28 patients with injury of both PCL(≥Ⅱ°b)and PLC(>Ⅱ°)of the knee were treated operatively in our department.Eight patients received arthroscopic PCL reconstruction with single bundle of 5-6 strands of hamstring and conservative treatment of PLC during January 2001 to December 2003.Twenty Datients received arthroscopic PCL reconstruction followed by open operative repair of PLC with median 1/3 femoral biceps tendon and gracilis during January 2002 to December 2006. Results All the patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months postoperatively (mean,15 months).By Lysholm scoring,3 cases obtained good results and 5 poor in the first group, while 19 excellent and 1 good in the second group. The mean Lysholm scores were 47.1±8.2 and 86.7±7.2 respectively(P<0.05).According to IKDC scale,3 patients(37.5%)in the first group and 19 patients (95.0%)in the second group were graded normal or nearlv normal(t=19.277,P<0.05). Conclusion Arthroseopic PCL reconstruction with single bundle of 5-6 strands of hamstring plus PLC reconstruction with 1/3 femoral biceps tendon and gracilis is more reliable to restore the stability of the knee than PCL reconstruction only.
