Objective To evaluate the strictness and self-consistency of the charge nurses in the nurses examination using venipunctnre trocar operation as research object. Methods FACETS,the polyhedral Rasch software was used in the examination. Results The strictness and self-consistency of charge nurses were evidently different. Conclusions The variable strictness and self-consistency of the charge nurses in the examination leads to unreliability of the results.Developing a scientific and reliable evaluation system is essential to improve the ability of the teaching nurses and the student nurses as well as the hospital nursing quality.

OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of the related substances in Aosaibos crude drug by HPLC.METHODS: The determination was carried out on a SunFireTM RP C18 column with mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer solution(pH 3.05)-acetonitrile(8∶2) at a flow rate of 1 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm;The sample size was 20 ?L and column temperature was set at room temperature.RESULTS: The main peak and the impurity peaks of 3 batchs of Aosaibos crude drug were well-separated.The contents of the related substances were all lower than 1.19%.CONCLUSION: The determination method is simple, sensitive and applicable for the content determination of the related substances of Aosaibos.

Objective To study the photodynamic therapy (PDT) mediated by a novel porphyrin-typed photosensitizer on human hepatic carcinoma HepG2 cell and the mechanisms. Methods Experiments were derided into four groups:control group,PDT group, photosensitizer group and photosensitizer+PDT group. The photostability of novel photosensitizer upon repetitive illumination was evaluated by bleaching method, and cell survival rate was determined by MTT assay.Cellular uptake of novel photosensitizer was measured with luminescence spectrometer, and cellular localization ofphotosensitizer was observed by laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM).Furthermore, apoptotic cell was detected with Hoechst 333342 staining. Results Novel photosensitizer was stable after repetitive light irradiation, and PDT or photosensitizer alone showed no dark cytotoxicity toward HepG2 cell (P>0.05),but intense killing was observed in photosensitizer+PDT group (P<0.05).The IC50 is 1.21 μmol/L.Cellular uptake of novel photosensitizer was concentration-dependent and the highest uptake is at concentration of 12.5 μmol/L.Novel photosensitizer localizes in lysosomes of HepG2 cell, and the death mode of HepG2 cell was mainly apoptosis. Conclusions Novel photosensitizer exerts profound cytotoxic effects on HepG2 cell mainly through the initiation of secondary cell apoptosis by lysosome destruction.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum soluble transferrin receptor(sTfR) in children with iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods Sixty-three children with microcytic hypochromic anemia were divided into IDA and non-IDA(n-IDA)groups,on which sTfR and other iron metabolism related indexes such as serum ferritin(SF) and serum iron(SI) were measured,and(t-test) between groups and analysis of ROC curve were carried out. Results The mean concentration of sTfR in the group of IDA was above normal value and t-test difference was extremely significant compared with n-IDA group(P

To improve the quality of experimental teaching, investigating the independent design experiments are carrying out in preventive medicine by public health experimental teaching center in our school. We take preventive medicine professional as an example, and besides the classical basis experiments, some experiments are verification project at present,in which students are not strongly interested. On the basis of the integration of the classic experiments, according to the national standard of the experimental method,we are trying to carry out part of the independent design experiments to meet the needs of students learning. The effect of those independent design experiments shows that it is appropriate carrying out independent design experiments on the basis of the existing classical experimental project in preventive medicine experimental teaching,to a certain extent, which will stimulate students' learning interest and enhance their sense of achievement. This study is conducive to the cultivation of medical students' innovation, independent thinking, analysis and problem-solving ability, practical ability and teamwork spirit.

Objective To understand the effect of the three-cell latrine and B-type tilted ellipsoid methane tank for eliminating eggs of schistosome in different seasons and temperatures in order to evaluate their values for popularization and application in schistosomiasis endemic areas. Methods The eggs of schistosome collected from infected rabbits were put into the three-cell latrines and methane tanks in different seasons. The miracidia were observed and counted after collecting the eggs for hatching experiments on the 5th,10th,15th,20th,25th,30th,40th,50th,and 60th day, respectively. Results In the three-cell latrine, the time of eliminating eggs completely in the fecal residue in winter, spring(autumn),and summer was 50,30,15 days, respectively, and the time of completely eliminating 100 eggs of schistosome was 40,20,10 days, respectively.Correspondingly,in the methane tank, the time of eliminating eggs completely in the fecal residue in winter, spring(autumn),and summer was 30,15,10 days, respectively, and the time of completely eliminating 100 eggs of schistosome was 20,15,5 days, respectively. Conclusions The three-cell latrine and B-type tilted ellipsoid methane tank could effectively eliminate schistosome eggs in human and animal excreta and achieve the national hygienic standard on night soil in the endemic areas of Jiangxi Province.

Objective To report the clinical effect of primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A retrospective study was accomplished on the clinical data of 13 AMI patients who underwent PCI from March 2004 to April 2006.Results The infarct-related artery (IRA)was successfully recanalized by primary PCI for 12 AMI patients, without major complications occurred in these cases during hospitalization. Conclusion Primary PCI should be firstly chosen for treatment of AMI in the hospitals which could carry out PCI.

Objective:To investigate whether radiotherapy should be delivered before the application of immune checkpoint inhibitor PD-1 in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and evaluate the effect of previous radiotherapy on the efficacy and pulmonary toxicity of PD-1 inhibitor. Methods:Clinical data of patients with stage Ⅳ NSCLC who received immunotherapy in Henan Cancer Hospital from March 2015 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The baseline data of patients, the status of radiotherapy and immunotherapy and the pulmonary toxicity were collected. According to whether radiotherapy was given before PD-1 inhibitor application, all patients were divided into the previous radiotherapy and non-radiotherapy groups. Survival analysis was performed by Kaplan- Meier method. Results:A total of 90 patients were enrolled including 39 cases in the previous radiotherapy group and 51 cases in the non-radiotherapy group. The median follow-up time was 22.9 months. The median progression-free survival (mPFS) in the previous radiotherapy group was 7.5 months (95% CI 5.4-9.5 months), significantly longer compared with 4.1 months (95% CI 3.1-5.1 months) in the non-radiotherapy group ( P=0.003). The median overall survival (mOS) significantly differed between two groups[15.2 months (95% CI 12.3-18.1 months) vs. 9.3 months (95% CI 6.1-12.5 months)]( P=0.040). The incidence of pulmonary toxicity showed no significant difference between two groups ( P=0.154). Conclusions:Patients with stage Ⅳ NSCLC patients in the previous radiotherapy group obtain significantly better mPFS and mOS and similar pulmonary toxicity compared with their counterparts in the non-radiotherapy group. Nevertheless, the findings remain to be validated by subsequent investigations with larger sample size.
