China Pharmacy 2001;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE:To research the correlation between per capita disposable income, investment of pharmaceutical advertisement, people’s healthy level, pharmaceutical price and the demand of drugs in China METHODS:Based on the economical theory, the methods of the econometrics and the Eviews were adopted to establish the model of demand function RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Under the background of the non-full competition, the improvement of people’s living conditions can lead to the demand of drugs The changes of drug price have little influence on the demand of drugs
2.Therapeutic Use of Angiogenesis Growth Factors in Ischemic Heart Disease
Chinese Journal of Clinical Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2001;8(1):54-56
The coronary collateral circulation is an alternative source of blood supply to the myocardium jeopardized by failure of the original vessel to provide adequate flow. Angiogenesis growth factors induce angiogenesis to promote collateral circulation, been demonstrated in a number of different animal test and phase Ⅰ clinical experience to induce collateralization in the ischemic area and improve cardiac function. Although there are several unsolved questions, the pharmacologic use of angiogenesis growth factors will represent a viable therapeutic alternative for the patients with ischemic heart disease.

5.Losartan reduces cardiomyocyte apoptosis in rats with heart failure
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2009;29(11):1207-1210
Objective To find the inpact(s) of Losartan on myocardial apoptosis in rats with heart failure. Methods Eight-week-old male SD rats were divided into control group (group C) , heart failure (group HF) and treatment group (group LS). Use of doxorubicin injection model, group LS at the same time in a row to the oral losartan, myocardial ultrastructure was examined by TEM. DNA-situ terminal labeling (TUNEL method) was used to detect myocardial apoptosis and myocardial BAX, BCL-2 protein expression was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Group HF showed significant myocardial cell injury, and apoptotic bodies were found, serum CPK, CK-MB and LDH were increased. In LS group, myocardial apoptosis index was lower (P <0. 01) , myocardial cells BCL-2 expression, BAX expression reduced as compared with those in HF group. Conclusion Losartan can effectively inhibit the process of heart failure occurred in cardiomyocyte apoptosis, reverse myocardial damage and improve the prognosis of heart failure.
6.Lysyal oxidase propeptide and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(9):646-648
Lysyal oxidase (LOX),a cooper dependent monoamine oxidase, can stabilize the extracellular matrix and is closely related to the tumor cell differentiation, vicious transformation and invasiveness.LOX is secreted into extracellular, and it is resolved into a small fragment by sol protease, which is lysyal oxidase propeptide (LOX-PP).According to research,LOX-PP has its own structure and physiological functions, which can inhibit the growth of tumor cells.LOX-PP also plays a significant role in the generation and progression of tumor, which is likely to be a new therapeutic target.
7.The research progress of the relationship between fetuin-A and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease
Journal of Chinese Physician 2017;19(1):156-158
Fetuin A is a kind of glycoprotein that is synthesized and secreted by the liver. It is a natural inhibitor of insulin receptor tyrosine kinase, which is involved in the formation of insulin resistance. It is closely related to the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. This paper reviews the related research on effect of fetuin A in the occurrence and development of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
8.lnvestigation of correlations between vascular endothelial growth factor and proliferative diabetic retinopathy
International Eye Science 2014;(12):2223-2225
AlM:To determine the relations between the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ) concentration in plasma, aqueous humor and vitreous of patients with diabetic retinopathy ( DR ) and proliferative diabetic retinopathy ( PDR) , as well as to find if the condition of metabolism control of patients with DR may affect the VEGF level.
METHODS: Double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the levels of VEGF concentration in plasma of non-diabetic retinopathy ( NDR ) patients group, background diabetic retinopathy ( BDR ) patients group, and proliferative diabetic retinopathy ( PDR) patients group. The levels of HbAlc in plasma of patients in above three groups were measured at the same time. The VEGF concentration in aqueous humor, vitreous of PDR patients group and normal group was also measured for further comprehensive analysis. Human VEGF immunoassay Quantikine with high sensibility and quality was imported from R&D Co. LTD. , USA.
RESULTS: There was an increasing tendency in the VEGF concentration in aqueous humor of PDR patients group. There was no statistically significant difference as it was compared with normal group (P>0. 05). The VEGF concentration in vitreous of PDR patients group was obviously increased, there was significant difference as it was compared with normal group (P<0. 01). lt showed an increasing tendency of VEGF concentration in turn in plasma, aqueous humor and vitreous of the 3 PDR patients selves. lt showed that there was significant difference among VEGF concentration in plasma, aqueous humor and vitreous of all the PDR patients (P<0. 01). ln normal group there was no significant difference among VEGF concentration in plasma, aqueous humor and vitreous ( P > 0. 05 ). ln normal group the VEGF concentration in plasma was the highest, but in PDR patients group the VEGF concentration in vitreous was the highest.
CONCLUSlON: The significantly increased VEGF concentration in eyes, especially in vitreous of PDR patients may play an important role in development and deterioration of DR. lt was clear that VEGF played its normal biological functions mainly in plasma in normal human. ln severe DR patients, abnormal high may come from ischemic and VEGF concentration in vitreous suggested that it hypoxic retina and there was a tendency to diffuse towards the front of eyes.
9.Serum hepatocyte growth factor and severity of type 2 diabetic nephropathy
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2015;14(10):765-767
To explore the serum hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) lesion severity level and diabetic nephropathy (DN).A total of 207 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were recruited from Second Municipal Hospital.According to the level of urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), they were divided into non-DN group (group A, n =56) : UAER < 20 μg/min;early DN (group B, n =55) : UAER: 20-200 μg/min;clinical stage DN with normal renal function (group C, n =52):UAER > 200 μg/min;DN in clinical renal dysfunction (group D, n =44) : UAER > 200 μmol/min, decompensated chronic renal failure (serum creatinine: 133-177 μmol/L).And 55 healthy subjects were selected as controls. The serum levels of HGF, fasting plasma glucose , plasma glucose at 2 hour , blood urea nitrogen, creatinine and glycosylated hemoglobin were determined.HGF value : control group : (256.4 ± 30.4) ng/L,group A: (400.1 ±39.3)ng/L, group B: (689.4 ±55.6) ng/L, group C:(967.3 ±68.5) ng/L and group D: (150.7 ±23.2) ng/L.There are differences of serum HGF in different degree of DN.
10.Progress in free fatty acid receptor GPR40
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2001;0(05):-
The G protein-coupled receptor, GPR40, is a specific receptor for free fatty acids. Singnaling pathways are activated in islet ?-cells by fatty acids as binding to GPR40. Fatty acids regulate insulin secretion and cause ?-cell hyperplasia through GPR40. GPR40 also mediates responses to antidiabetic drugs like thiazolidinediones. GPR40 agonists and/or antagonists show potential effect in the development of new anti-diabetic drugs.
