Improving medical students' legal quality is not only the requirements of modern education and their self-improvement,but also the needs of reform on medical system in the new era and establishment of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.Medical universities should carefully integrate the existing law education resources and establish three staged teaching model (stages of basis law education, health law education and stage of comprehensive improvement) when being fronted with the education model which is unilateral, sporadic and lack of cohesion in order to improve the law quality of medical students.
5.Correlation of serum hyaluronidase with Ang Ⅱin hepatitis B patients
Chongqing Medicine 2013;(26):3120-3121
Objective To study on the correlation of hepatic fibrosis with angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) in the hepatitis B patients . Methods The electrochemical luminescence and the rate method were adopted to detect hyaluronidase (HA) and Ang Ⅱ levels in 92 cases of acute hepatitis B (acute group) ,108 cases of chronic hepatitis B(chronic group) and 50 healthy people(control group) , and the detected results were performed the correlation analysis .Results Compared with the acute group and the control group ,the HA and Ang Ⅱ levels in the chronic group were increased significantly (P<0 .05) .The HA and Ang Ⅱ levels had statistical differ-ence between the acute group and the control group (P<0 .05) .Further analysis showed that there was a positive correlation be-tween HA and Ang Ⅱ levels(r=0 .629 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion There the HA level is closely related with the Ang Ⅱ level ,and both of them participate in the process of liver fibrosis ,their levels have the guiding significance in evaluation of severity of liver fi-brosis in the patients with hepatitis B .
6.Determination of telomerase activity in exfoliated cells in urine for the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(04):-
Objective In order to find a more sensitive and specific noninvasive assay for the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma, the authors tested the exfoliated cells from patient′s voided urine for the presence of telomerase activity and evaluated its clinical significance. Methods PCR-ELISA assay was used to determine the presence of telomerase activity in voided urine samples from patients with bladder carcinoma, fhematuria of benign causes and from normal, healthy volunteers. Results Telomerase activity was detected in 14 of 18 tumor samples, while none of the hematuria samples and normal, healthy volunteers′ samples. Conclusions Telomerase activity could be detected in most urine samples of bladder carcinoma patients and it is more sensitive and specific than other assays, therefore, would be a good diagnostic marker.
7.Evaluation on the Accuracy of Stroke Volume Variation in Blood Volume Monitoring during Induction in Patients Undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting
Journal of China Medical University 2016;45(5):448-451
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of stroke volume variation(SVV)in blood volume monitoring during induction in patients undergo?ing coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG). Methods Thirty ASAⅡorⅢpatients, aged 53?74 year,BMI 21?27,NYHA classⅡorⅢ,scheduled for CABG were enrolled in this study. MAP,HR,CVP,SVV,cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI),stroke volume index(SVI)and systemic vascular resistance index(SVRI)were continuously measured by Vigileo/FloTrac system and recorded simultaneously at the following time points:T1(baseline level)and T2(after induction and before intubation). Calculate the changes of SVV,CVP and CI(△SVV、△CVP and△CI). Pa?tients whose△CI≥15%were defined as the responders to the insufficiency of blood volume. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve for SVV and CVP were plotted, and the area under the curve were calculated. Results Compared with T1,significant decrease in CO,CI and SVI was observed at T2 . Meanwhile,SVV increased from 8%±5%to 17%±12%(P=0.012). Twenty?four patients were responders to intravascular volume insufficiency due to induction. SVV were significantly higher in responders than in non?responders(20%±13%vs 9%±4%,P=0.036). A threshold SVV value of 10.5%allowed discrimination between responders and non?responders to blood volume insufficiency, with a sensitivity of 75%and a specificity of 80%. The area under the curve for SVV was 0.875,and the 95%confidence interval was 0.689 to 1.000. Conclusion SVV exhibited reliable sensitivity and specificity in monitoring blood volume changes during induction in patients undergoing CABG.
8.The influence of early mechanical ventilation and perfluorocarbons gasification inhalation on inflammatory factor levels in patients with severe pancreatitis
Chongqing Medicine 2013;(30):3599-3600,3603
Objective To investigate the clinical effect by early mechanical ventilation and perfluorocarbons gasification inhala-tion on patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) .Methods 34 cases of SAP and ARDS patients accepted early mechanical ventilation and vaporization of perfluorocarbon inhalation therapy (ob-servation group) ,and 34 patients received mechanical ventilation for early treatment alone (control group) ,The efficacy ,oxygenation index(PaO2/FiO2 ) and inflammatory cytokines IL-1 ,6 ,8 ,and TNF-a level of two groups were compared .Results The total effi-ciency of the observation group was 94 .12% ,which was significantly higher than the control group that was 76 .47% (P<0 .05) . After treatment ,the arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2 ) ,arterial oxygen pressure (PaO2 ) ,PaO2/FiO2 of the observation group in-creased significantly ,and higher than the control group(P<0 .05) .After treatment ,IL-1 ,6 ,8 ,TNF-αof the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The treatment of early mechanical ventilation with perfluorocar-bon inhalation gasification could control the inflammation in patients with SAP complicated with AROS ,which could improve the cure rate .
