Hospital culture plays a more and more important role,among various factors that influence employee satisfaction.Study on hospital culture is gradually growing out of a pure conceptual research and emerging into an area of correlation analysis. Our studies on the hospital culture developments and employee satisfaction in a tertiary hospital,analyzed the correlations between hospital culture and employee satisfaction and its impact,with recommendations for reform strategies.

The article dicusses the status and roles of libraries in building a harmonious socialist society and probes into the main ways of building harmonious college libraries.

AIM: To observe the influence of rofecoxib, a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug, administrated for a long term on the knee joints cartilage of rats. METHODS: An experimental model of osteoarthritis of left knee in the early stage was induced by cutting achilles tendon in rats, the right knee providing a control. The rats of one group were given rofecoxib orally, and the rats in another group were given saline as a control. After 100 days, the histopathology, ultrastructure, and histochemistry changes on the knee joints cartilage were monitored. RESULTS and CONCLUSION: Rofecoxib, administrated for 100 days, had no harmful influence on chondrocyte and collagen, and could increase proteoglycan of cartilage in some degree in rats.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare Dibing gel and establish its quality control method.METHODS:The0.5%Carbopol940was taken as the base of gel.The content of dexamethasone acetate was determined by HPLC.The stability and the skin irritation test were studied,too.RESULTS:The calibration curve of dexamethasone acetate was linear in the range of20～120?g/ml.The average recovery of dexamethasone acetate was101.1%,RSD=0.92%.The preparation was stable and had no irritation to skin.CONCLUSION:The gel was resonable in formulation,convenient in preparation technique,and simple and accurate in method of quality control.
