Objective To investigate the effect of reinforcing spleen and kidney method on adriamycin-induced CKD in rats and to explore its possible mechanism.Methods Totally 36 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into a Adriamycin-induced model group and a control group.The model group was further divided into five groups:the Adriamycin-induced model control group,bennazepril-treated group,and TCM treated low,moderate,and high dose groups.The level of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,24hours urine protein and urine creatinine were measured at 14,28,42 days after establishing the model rats.And the protein expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p21cip1 (p21)were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The proteinuria was observed on the seventh day after injection of adriamycin in adriamycin nephropathy model group,and reached summit on the fourteenth day.Both TCM treated groups and benazepril group reduced the level of urine protein within 24 hours (P＜0.05),the reduction was most remarkable in the TCM high dose group.The expression of p21 and TGF-β1 (p21 288627.66±97021.65,TGF-β1 98405.14± 19216.89) in kidney increased in the model groups,while the TCM treated high dose group (p21 518886.35±6810.89,TGF-β1 222012.95± 50484.73) was significantly lower than the model control group (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Reinforcing spleen and kidney method could decrease the level of urine protein within 24 hours by regulating the expression of p21 and TGF-β1,so thus to protect renal function and delay progress of kidney disease.

Objective To know the influence of psychological intervention on delivery results of par-turient women, and then reference to certain effective psychological nursing cares for clinical field. Methods Divided 226 partreient women of spontaneous labor into the experimental group and the control group randomly, there were 113 eases in each group. Traditional routine nursing cares was used in the control group, psychological intervention was used in the experimental group in addition. Compared the condi-tion of birth process and the incidence rate of labor-related complications between the two groups. Re-sults There were significant differences between the two groups about all the indexes which had indicated the delivery. Conclusions Correct psychoanalysis and proper nursing intervention and effective release the pains for parturient women, and then decrease the incidence rate of medical negligence.

Objective To understand the body burden of PAES in the children aged 10-12 years,living in city and countryside and estimate the potential hazard of PAEs for the children. Methods The reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was employed to determine the serum level of three kinds PAEs (DEP,DBP and DEHP) in two groups of children,including 36 city children and 38 countryside children in Jan. 2007. Results In the city children,the average serum level (median) of PAEs was 0.002 6 mg/L for DEP,0.035 9 mg/L for DBP and 0.106 25 mg/L for DEHP. In the countryside children,the serum level of PAEs was 0.000 0 mg/L for DEP,0.040 6 mg/L for DBP and 0.052 45 mg/L for DEHP.
