The expression of genes have an important effect to gastric cancer chemotherapy.Some genes are related the therapeutic efficacy of drugs,some genes are related the untoward effects of drug,and some genes are related the sensitivity of the tumor to drug.Chemotherapy related genes may play an important guiding role to improve the curative effect of chemotherapy patients.In recent years,the gastric cancer chemotherapy related genes have made great progress,especially in platinum,fluorouracil,paclitaxel and targeted medicine related genes.
3.Effect of water-soluble polymers on the inhibition of osthole crystallization.

This paper is to study the inhibitory effect of water soluble polymers--methyl cellulose (MC), hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC-M), poloxamer (F68) and polyvidon (PVP) on osthole (OST) crystallization and investigate the impact of polymer concentration and viscosity on crystallization behavior. Also, UV spectrophotometry method was used to determine the drug concentration at different time point to draw the OST concentration-time curve. Results show that HPMC has the most significant inhibition effect on OST crystallization, and drug concentration level is 1.61 times higher than that in control solution within 8 h followed by PVP (1.54) and MC (1.45) respectively. The kinetics of OST recrystallization can be described using first-order reaction, and the crystallization rate constants obtained by analyzing the regression equation indicate that HPMC-60SH-4000 and HPMC-60SH-10000 can greatly influence OST crystal formation. The dissolution rate of drugs precipitated from water-soluble polymer solutions is faster compared with controls in pH 1.2 HCl and pH 6.8 phosphate buffers, which demonstrated that water-soluble polymers can not only change the behavior of drug crystallization but markedly improve the dissolution rate of water insoluble drugs.
4.Influence of Anshen Bunao syrup combined with escitalopram oxalate on nervous function defect in patients with post stroke depression

Objective To observe the effect of Anshen Bunao syrup combined with escitalopram oxalate on nervous function defect in patients with post stroke depression,and to provide effective treatment for the disease with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods 257 patients with post stroke depression were selected,and they were divided into observation group(130 cases) and control group(127 cases) according to the digital table.The two groups were given the same basic treatment,the control group was given escitalopram oxalate,and the observation group was given Anshen Bunao syrup combined with escitalopram oxalate.The NIHSS and HAMD scores of the two groups were evaluated before and 2,4,8 weeks after treatment.The adverse drug reaction was observed during the treatment period.The treatment effect was determined according to the HAMD reduction rate after 8 weeks.Results 2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the NIHSS scores of the observation group were (18.9 ±6.2)points,(15.6 ± 6.4) points,(12.2 ± 4.3) points,respectively,which were lower than (22.5 ± 7.1) points before treatment (t =4.355,8.230,14.148,all P < 0.05).4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the NIHSS scores of the control group were (17.2 ± 7.5) points,(14.4 6.6) points,respectively,which were lower than (22.1 ± 8.4) points before treatment (t =4.904,8.123,all P < 0.05).4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t =3.640,1.855,all P < 0.05).2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the HAMD scores of the two groups[(15.4 ± 5.1) points,(14.0 ± 5.2) points,(10.5 ± 4.7) points and (14.8 ± 4.6) points,(12.4 ± 5.8) points,(7.9 ± 3.8) points] were lower than before treatment [(23.9 ± 4.7) points,(23.2 ± 5.4) points] (t =13.501,15.539,26.419,13.812,4.748,4.748,all P < 0.05).8 weeks after treatment,the HAMD score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (t =3.640,P < 0.05).8 weeks after treatment,the treatment effect was determined according to the HAMD reduction rate,the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.4% (124/130),91.3 % (116/127),respectively.The curative effect of the observation group was better than the control group(Z =3.104,P < 0.05).In the course of treatment,the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions of the control group was 6.30% (8/127),which of the observation group was 5.38% (7/130),there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(x2 =0.098,P > 0.05).Conclusion Anshen Bunao syrup combined with escitalopram oxalate can improve the nervous function defect in patients with post stroke depression,and the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions is low,which has good clinical value.
5.Effects of oxygen inhalation modes on retinal vessels development in neonatal rat

Objective To investigate the effects of different oxygen inhalation modes on retinal vessels development in neonatal rat in order to approach its etiopathogenesis and provide experimental evidence for proper oxygen therapy for premature.Methods Totally 150 postnatal day 7(P7)Wistar rats were randomly assigned into 5 groups according to different oxygen inhalation modes(n=30 in each group).Experimental group 1 were exposed to 75%,60%,50%,40% and 30% oxygen in turn for one day,followed by room air exposure for 5 d.Experimental group 2 were exposed to 30%,40%,50%,60% and 75% oxygen in turn for one day,then exposed in air for 5 d.Experimental group 3 were exposed to 75% oxygen for 5 d,then oxygen supply was suddenly stopped,followed by room air exposure for 5 d.Experimental group 4 were exposed to 75% oxygen for 5 d,then the oxygen supply was reduced by 10% per day till oxygen supply level equal to room air,finally room air exposure for 5 d.The control group were exposed to room air in the same experimental condition.The retinal vascular development and proliferation were evaluated by stretched preparation(ADPase stained retina)and eyeball cross-section.The nuclei of proliferative retinal vessels of 5 groups were counted and the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)expressions in retina were detected by immunohistochemical staining.The dependability between the nuclei of proliferative retinal vessels and the VEGF expressions in retina were also analyzed.Results In the experimental groups 2 and 3,there existed retinal hypoxia and formed abnormal new vessels as retinopathy of prematurity(ROP).The VEGF expressions increased after hypoxia,mainly in endochylema and nucleus of capillary endothelium of ganglionic layer of retina and inner nuclear layer.Linear correlation analysis of the data indicated the positive correlation was between the nuclei of the proliferative vessels and the VEGF levels in retina(r=0.807,P
6.Effect of Smecta on stage II pressures ulcers of elderly patients

Objective To investigate the effect of Smecta on II pressure ulcers in elderly patients.Methods Fifty-two elderly patients with skin pressure ulcers hospitalized in our hospital during February 2011 and September 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=26),in which Smecta was applied on the pressure ulcers,and control group(n=26),in which ulcers powders were applied on the ulcers.The two groups were compared concerning the curative effects.Results The curative effect in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05)and the time for ulcers healing in the former group was significantly shorter than that of the control(P<0.05).Conclusions Smecta is more effective in the treatment of pressure ulcers in elderly patients with II pressure ulcers.It is simple in clinical use and cheap in cost,which should be encouraged for wider use.
7.Regulation of TFPI-2 gene expression and its role in diseases

Tissue factor pathway inhibitor-2(TFPI-2) is a matrix-associated Kunitz-type serine proteinase inhibitor,and is considered to play an important role in some pathophysiological processes,including artherosclerosis,tumor metastasis and angiogenesis.Extracellular signals can regulate TFPI-2 gene expression through modulating promoter or signaling pathway or other factors.The mechanism,more over,has become one of the focus in recent years.
8.Collagen matrix compared with mitomycin C for treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma with trabeculectomy performed

AIM:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety between trabeculectomy with collagen matrix versus trabeculectomy with mitomycin C(MMC) for patients with primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG).METHODS:In this prospective randomized comparative study from January 2015 to December 2016.Thirty-two eyes presented with POAG were included in this study, 14 eyes treated by trabeculectomy with subconjunctival implant of collagen matrix (study group) and the other 18 eyes treated by trabeculectomy with mitomycin C.Postoperative IOP, the success rate of operation, number of postoperative glaucoma medications and postoperative complications were recorded.Each patient was followed up at least 6mo.RESULTS:The mean postoperative IOP was statistically different between the study group and the control group after 1d (P<0.05), while not statistically different at 1 and 1mo follow-up (P>0.05), and the mean postoperative IOP was statistically different between the two groups (P<0.05) at 3 and 6mo after surgery.There was no significant difference in the success rate of operation between the two groups at 6mo after operation (P>0.05).The IOP decreased at 1d after openations compared with before, kept stable at 1wk to 6mo.IOP of study group was lowen than control.IOP was controlled by glaucoma medications in the study group by 28% compared to control group by 33% at 6mo after operation, but there was no significant difference.There was no significant difference between the study group and the control group in complications (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Trabeculectomy with collagen matrix implant is comparable to the use of MMC with a similar success rate in open-angle glaucoma and the range in reducing intraocular pressure was significantly higher than that of MMC and it can significantly avoid the occurrence of low IOP postoperatively, transient anterior chamber, conjunctival wound leakage complications has no advantages compared with the use of MMC.
