0.05). In the general anesthesia group, glucose level at 10 minutes after pneumoperitoneum was significantly lower than that before anesthesia (P0.05). Conclusion Both epidural and general anesthesia can effectively inhibit the patients' stress response in laparoscopic gynecological operation.
2.The Prevalence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and its Risk Factors in the Elderly in Gushan Town,Fuzhou City
Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(02):-
Objective To know the prevalence of type 2 diabetes and its risk factors in the elderly in Gushan Town, Fuzhou City. Methods From July to November of 2007, 4653 elderly permanent residents from 14 administrative units were selected using random cluster sampling. Results The prevalence of elderly type 2 diabetes was 11.2%. Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that age, occupation, monthly income (OR=1.42, 95%CI: 1.13~1.77), family history of diabetes (OR=6.49, 95%CI: 4.62~9.10), concen- tric obesity (OR=1.47, 95%CI: 1.15~1.88) were independent risk factors for diabetes. Conclusion The type 2 diabetes prevalence rate of the elderly was higher, and the health education and interventions should be strengthened to the people who have family history of diabetes and concentric obesity.
3.MR and DWI Imaging of Central Pontine Myelinolysis after Liver Transplantation
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
Objective To study the clinical and MRI features of central pontine myelinolysis after liver transplantation. Methods 3 cases of orthotopic liver transplantation patients, displaying unconsciousness, drowsiness, reduced muscle strength of both lower extremities 3 to 21 days after the operation respectively, went through MRI scan in 2 days. Results MRI showed that symmetric long T1 and T2 signals,high-signal-intensity DWI and low-signal-intensity ADC were found in central pontine region. The cerebral cortex was involved in 2 cases, and abscess in basal ganglia appeared in 1 case.MRI examination showed that 2 cases had decreased lesion range, clear boundary and equal-signal-intensity DWI 35 days and 2 months respectively after. Conclusion MRI is valuable for the diagnosis of the patient with central pontine myelinolysis after liver transplantation.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2012;(12):1069-1073
Objective To evaluate the difference of myocardium strain between myocadial infarction and ventricular aneurysm (VA) by two-dimensional speckle-tracking imaging in rabbits. Methods 26 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were enrolled in this study,6 were put into the control group and 20 in the experimental group.models of myocardial infarction concomitant with VA were prepared by the ligation of the middle segment of left anterior descending artery and left circumflex artery. At 4 weeks after the procedure, according to the pathological inspect and echocardiography for whether VA formed, the experimental animals were divided into the VA group and the myocadial infarction group.Echocardiography was performed to measure the LV cavity size and cardiac function.Radial strain rate (SrR) and circumferential strain rate(SrC) indexes were measured by 2D-STI software for each animal at the level of apex in left ventricular short-axis view, and then calculated the strain rate decrease percentage in each segment. Results 1)Compared with the control group,SrR-S,SrR-E,SrR A,SrC-S,SrC-E,SrC-A in all segments were reduced significantly in the VA group and the myocadial infarction group (P < 0.05),the VA group was the most significant.2)Compared with the myocadial infarction group, the strain rate decrease percentage of SrR-S,SrR-E,SrR-A,SrC-S,SrC-E,SrC-A in all segment had significant in the VA group.Comparison between the each section, the strain rate decrease percentage of SrR-Santerior wall,SrR-Sateral wall,SrC-Santerior wall,SrC-Slateral wall were the most significant.3)There were the tighter relationship between the strain rate decrease percentage of SrR-Santerior wall,SrC-Santerior wall,SrR-Slateral wall,SrC-Slateral wall and left ventricular ejection fraction (r =0.82,0.72,0.75,0.71,repectively,all P < 0.05).4) The ROC curve analysis showed that when the strain rate decrease percentage was 60% as the critical point, the strain rate decrease percentage of SrC-Santerior wall,SrC-Slateral wall,SrR-Santerior wall,SrR-Slateral wall had a sensitivity of 83.30 %,84.40%,83.30%,67.70%% and a specificity was 73.60%,78.20%%,69.70%,83.30% for prognosis ventricular aneurysm, repectively. Conclusions After ventricular aneurysm formation, anterior and lateral wall myocardial strain were give priority to the myocardial mechanics reconstruction, thus systolic myocardial strain rate decrease percentage can be important indicator of infarction myocardial developing into ventricular aneurysm.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(3):235-237
Objective To prepare monoclonal antibody specifically against carcinoembryonic antigen glypican-3 (GPC3) and its preliminary application. Methods GPC3 was cloned with PCR to pET16b vector and expressed in E. co-liBL21. Spleen cells were obtained from Balb/c mice embedding immunized with purified antigen intraperitoneally, and fused with Sp2/0 cells. Hybridoma cells were screened by indirect ELISA, and identified by Western blot assay using puri-fied protein after the cell fusion. The indirect immunofluorescence method was used to detect the GPC3 expression in HepG2 cell line. Results The prokaryotic expression vector of GPC3 was successfully constructed, and GPC3 was stably expressed in E. coliBL21. A mouse hybridoma cell line secreting monoclonal antibody to GPC3 was obtained. Western blot analysis showed that monoclonal antibody specifically recognized recombinant protein. Monoclonal antibody could be used to detect GPC3 protein expression in HepG2 cell line by indirect immunofluorescence. Conclusion The monoclonal antibody against GPC3 was successfully obtained.

Objective To compare the influences of peridural and general anesthesia on respiration and circulation in gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods Fifty-six patients, underwent gynecological laparoscopic operation during June to October, 2003, are divided into two groups. The items of respiration and circulation recorded before and 10, 20, 30, 40min after pneumoperitoneum as well as 5 min after deflation abdomen were as follows: blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), sphygmus oxygen saturation (SpO_2), end-expiratory pressure of CO_2 (P_ ETCO_2), tidal volume, frequency of respiration, minute ventilation volume and airway pressure. Results The re-consciousness time after the operation in the peridural anesthesia group is significantly less than that in the general anesthesia group (P0.05). Conclusion In gynecological laparoscopic operation, no significant difference was found concerning the influence of the two anesthesia manners on respiration and circulation.
