Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(09):-
Objective:To evaluate the antileukemic activity and side effects of topotecan in patients with refractory and relapsed acute myelogenous leukemia(AML).Method:12cases of refractory and relapsed AML were treated with topotecan combined with chemotherapy,8 accepted 1 course, and the others accepted 2 courses.Result:4 patients achieved complete remission.3 had partial remission. The total response rate was 58%.The main side effect was myelosuppression. Conclusion:The topotecan-based induction therapy has antileukemic effect in some patients with refractory and relapsed AML.
2.ifferentiation inducing effect of Bifidobacterial surface molecules on human colonic cancer cells
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2001;21(2):186-190
Objective To investigate the direct antitumor effect of several surface molecules of Bifidobacterium bifidum 1101 such as whole peptidoglycan (WPG), lipoteichoic acid (LTA), and polysaccharides (PS) on human colonic adenocarcinoma cell line LoVo. Methods MTT assay and flow cytometry (FCM) were used to evaluate the effect of Bifidobacterial surface molecules on the growth of LoVo cells. Morphological study, fluorescent polarimetry and differentiation-specific enzyme analysis were used to determine whether LTA treatment could induce the differentiation of the cells. Results LTA but not WPG or PS significantly inhibited the proliferation of LoVo cells in a dose and time dependent manner. Cell cycle analysis by FCM revealed that LTA induced changes in cycle distribution resulting in G0/G1 phase commitment. Morphological alterations observed by light and electron microscopy indicated maturity of cytoplasm and nucleus following treatment by 50μg/ml of LTA. Membrane fluidity was also altered, and intestinal alkaline phosphatase specific for the differentiation of LoVo cells roused dramatically during culture in LTA. It was further found that LTA elevated [Ca2+]i which resulted from Ca2+ influx instead of the release of stored calcium. Conclusion These observations indicated that LTA was able to inhibit the growth of LoVo cells and induce the differentiation of the cells. Calcium influx may play an important role in this process.
3.Nickel-Titanium Shape-Memory alloy net-like stent for the management of high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Nicked-Titanium Shape-Memory alloy net-like stent in the treatment of high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia Methods 35 high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated with Nicked-Titanium Shape-Memory alloy net-like stent from 1995 to 1998. The results were analyzed retrospectirely. Results 34 cases of the disease were treated successfully at the first session, 30 of whom could urinate immediately after treated. 4 patients had a normal urination in 3 days after operation, the total efficacy rate being 97.1% (34/35). Conclusions The present study shows that Nickel-Titanium Shape-Memory alloy net-like stent for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is a safe, efficient and ideal method. The long term efficacy of the stent is in progress.
4.Discussion on the Ways of Building Harmonious College Libraries

The article dicusses the status and roles of libraries in building a harmonious socialist society and probes into the main ways of building harmonious college libraries.
5.A study of information analysis ability training in medical graduate students
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
Objective To solve the problem about abundance information but poverty of knowledge by training the information analysis ability of users.Objects Medical graduate students who have the basic knowledge of literature retrieval.Curriculum Bibliometric parameters, reference management software, literature analysis software,Excel and the analysis function of bibliographic database were explained in 18 class hours. Results Satisfactory results have been got.Discussion Users can analyze retrieval results effectively after short time learning with no additional cost.
6.Investigation of Residents’Perceptions for Pharmaceutical Care When Purchasing OTC Drugs in Yinchuan
China Pharmacy 2016;27(30):4197-4199
OBJECTIVE:To explore consumers’perceptions for pharmaceutical care by community pharmacist when purchas-ing OTC drugs. METHODS:Semi-structured interview was conducted for 100 consumers who were recruited in Xingqing District, Jinfeng District and Xixia District of Yinchuan,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, their expection for pharmaceutical care by com-munity pharmacists was summarized. RESULTS:Totally 100 residents were interriewed, and 97 completed a full interview with ef-fective interview rate of 97%. Consumers still did not clearly on distinguishing the OTC drugs. The majority of consumers chosen OTC drugs were based on experience and brand,a handful of consumers were under the guidance of community pharmacists. Con-sumers were most concerned about the efficacy, adverse reactions and drug quality in using OTC drugs. Most consumers were not satisfied with the pharmaceutical care in purchasing OTC drugs. Nevertheless, due to a lack of medicine knowledge, consumer had a great demand for pharmaceutical care and willingness to accept it. Low professional level of community pharmacist and staff in current community pharmacy and lack of effective communication between pharmacist and consumer were the obstacles of develop-ing pharmaceutical care. CONCLUSIONS:Because of their distrust on competence of community pharmacist, consumers seek less pharmaceutical care of OTC drugs at community pharmacy though they had expectations on pharmaceutical care of OTC drugs by community pharmacist. Consumers’rely on self-choice of drugs make them exposed to more drug risks.
7.Mobilization of angelica polysaccharides on peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell in mice
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(12):-
Objective To study angelica polysaccharides (APS) for mobilizing peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell in BALB/c mice. Methods Techniques of peripheral white blood cell (WBC) and lymphocyte (LC) count, immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry, and hematopoietic cell culture in vitro were used to observe the APS mobilization. Results The numbers of WBC and LC in APS group were markedly higher than that in NS group (P

9.Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in genetic epidemiology
Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2010;35(1):90-封3
Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test is the base of genetic epidemiology. The new methods for Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test involve: X chromosome-linked single nucleotide polymorphism Hardy-Weinberg test, inbreeding coefficient(F) test, an incomplete enumeration algorithm for an exact test of Hardy-Weinberg proportions with multiple alleles, and graphical tests for Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium based on the ternary plot. It is necessary to conduct Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test in genetic epidemiology studies and adjust the associations as deviation of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium occurs.
10.Advances in the study of corneal chloride channel
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(05):-
Chloridion participated in various kinds of biological function, such as cellular immunologic response , cell migration, cellular proliferation and differentiation, apoptosis. This kind of functional multiplicity corresponded with different gene encoding different chloride channel. It indicated that chloride channel function change or depletion concerned with many kinds of corneal disease. Therefore, the study of corneal chloride channel was very important This article summarized the effect of corneal chloride channel and its advances, and investigated the relationship between corneal disease and chloride channel.
