2.Kuhuang injection on liver function and serum trace elements levels in patients with acute jaundice hepatitis
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(12):165-167
Objective To explore the effect of Kuhuang injection on liver function and serum trace elements levels in patients with acute jaundice hepatitis. Methods 37 cases of acute jaundice hepatitis patients from December 2013 to April 2015 were selected and randomly assigned into treatment group and control group, 19 cases in control group were treated with potassium magnesium aspartate injection, 18 cases in treatment group with Kuhuang injection on the basis of control group. The liver function and serum trace elements were compared pre-and post-treatment.Results Compared with control group post-treatment, the level of serum cholyglycine (SCG) was significantly lower(P<0.05), the levels of total bilirubin (TBIL) and direct bilirubin (DBil) were lower(P<0.05), magnesium, copper, zinc levels were higher(P<0.05) and level of iron were lower(P<0.05)in treatment group. Conclusion Kuhuang injection has good clinical curative effect for the patients with acute jaundice hepatitis, we speculated that it might be possible to improve the liver function and levels of serum trace elements .
4.Experience of therapy for 86 patients with symptomatic congenital cyst of liver
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(09):-
Objective:To investigate the therapy and efficacy in patients with symptomatic congenital cyst of liver. Methods: Eighty-six cases of congenital cyst of liver admitted from Jan. 2000 to Dec. 2006 were reviewed retrospectively. Results: Injection of ethanol(17 cases):with 2 cases of recurrence(11%).open surgery(48cases):with 4 cases of recurrence(8.3%). And laparoscopic surgery(21cases):with 1 case of recurrence(4.8%),We are found as the therapies. Conclusions:Methods of therapy for congenital cyst of liver include:injection of ethanol into the cyst cavity, open surgery, laparoscopic surgery.Laparoscopic fenestration is of minor invasion, faster recovery and shorter hospital stay.
5.Study on medical materials classification and coding of extracorporeal circulation and blood purification
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2017;38(2):48-52
Objective To explore a scientific and forward-looking medical materials classification and coding strategy by studying the medical materials classification and coding of extracorporeal circulation and blood purification. Methods From the clinical practice and based on the national standard and the industry standard, the classification coding framework was built through expert consultation and the research of literature and regulation. Results A set of medical devices coding system was proposed determining identifier position, type, name, material, specification and etc, which involved in 7 layers and 14 digits of codes. Each layer was represented by 2 bits of digital Arabia. The coding system fulfilled the requirements for medical facility internal management and centralized purchase bidding. Conclusion The classification and coding system for extracorporeal circulation and blood purification consumables eliminates the deficiencies in naming, promotes consumables information system and lays a foundation for consumables precision management and bidding.

Objective: This study proposed a possible molecular mechanism underlying centrosome amplification in oral squa-mous cell carcinoma (OSCC) by analyzing the relationship of centrosome amplification with the expression of STK15 and p53 in OS-CC tissues. Methods: The expression of STK15 and p53 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues from 8 patients with normal oral epithelium and 43 with OSCC were quantitatively analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Centrosome status was investigated by an indi-rect-immunofluorescence double-staining method to determine the message of centrosome amplification in OSCC. The correlation of the expression of the two proteins with centrosome amplification in OSCC was statistically analyzed with SPSS13.0. Results: Normal oral epithelium showed normal centrosomes in epithelium cells, whereas 33 of the 43 OSCC cases (76.74%) showed evidence of centro-some amplification. STK15 was undetectable in normal oral epithelium. The percentage of STK15 overexpression was 67.44% in OS-CC (P=0.028). The percentage of STK15 overexpression was significantly higher in OSCC with positive p53 staining than in OSCC with negative p53 staining (P=0.01). Spearman correlation analysis indicated a correlation between STK15/p53 positive co-expression and centrosome amplification of OSCC (P=0.019). Conclusion: Centrosome amplification is a common abnormal phenomenon in OS-CC. The p53/STK15 trans-activation-independent pathway plays a role in the systemic molecular regulation of centrosome in OSCC, which leads to the occurrence of OSCC.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
AIM To investigate the effect of urapidil on NO, ET, ANF and AngⅡ of spontaneously hypertensive rats. METHODS The content of nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET), atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) and angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) were determined by spectrophotometry and radioimmunoassay of spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR) during the process of decreasing blood pressure with urapidil. RESULTS\ They were as follows: compared with the same aged normal blood pressure WKY rats, in the SHR, the content of serum NO decreased, the level of ET and ANF in the plasma increased. Whereas the level of AngⅡ has no difference in any group. Compared with the control of SHR,urapidil can increase the contents of serum NO, decrease the level of ET and ANF in the plasma. CONCLUSION \ It is suggested that urapidil may adjust the imbalance of cardiovasco-active substances by increasing the release of endogenous vasodilators and reducing the release of endogenous vasocontrictors to antihypertention.

9.Current status of hand hxgiene compliance of health care workers in a gen-eral hospital
Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2014;(6):359-361
Objective To investigate hand hygiene compliance of health care workers (HCWs)in a hospital, and evaluate intervention measures. Methods Questionnaires were designed and filled out by HAI management profes-sionals through unannounced visits and random quiz. Results From July to September 2013,a total of 1 188 HCWs were surveyed ,hand hygiene compliance rate was 61.87% ,of which hand-washing correct rate was 58.90% .Hand hygiene compliance rate of nurses (71 .00% )was higher than doctors (57.80% )and other HCWs (32.14% ),cor-rect hand washing rate (65.43% )was higher than other HCWs (38.89% )(P<0.0125). Hand hygiene compli-ance of different work opportunities and different professions were different slightly, hand hygiene compliance rate after contact with patients’blood, body fluid and wound dressing was the highest(81 .58% );hand hygiene rate be-fore contact with patients was the lowest(34.62% ).Only 297 patients (25.00% )used rapidly act hand disinfect-ant. Conclusion Hand hygiene compliance rate of HCWs in this hospital need to be improved.
10.Minimally invasive surgery for gastric cancer
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2013;(22):1361-1366
Surgical resection is the only potentially curative therapeutic method for patients with gastric cancer. However, con-ventional laparotomy is sometimes associated with considerable complications and mortality rate. This procedure also affects patient quality of life after surgery. Minimally invasive techniques can potentially provide an attractive alternative to current surgical proce-dures in terms of reducing surgical injury and accelerating postoperative recovery. Minimally invasive surgery for gastric cancer has re-cently been reasonably applied to two distinct forms of intervention:endoscopic resection of the tumor and laparoscopic surgery. In the near future, sentinel node navigation and robot surgery will provide more options for treating gastric cancer. Such developments will im-prove the quality of life of patients following surgery for gastric cancer. Various well-designed clinical trials of the minimally invasive techniques are available. Thus, the mode of surgery for gastric carcinoma will be widely accepted and rapidly developed worldwide.
