1.STUDIES ON SPLENOCYTES NK ACTIVITY TO B CELL HYBRIODMA FROM DIFFERENT ORIGINS IN IMMUNODEFICIENT MICE
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
10 kinds of normal and immunodifi-cient mice were used and they were found to have different levels ofNK activity. The NK activity toHuman to Human,Human to Mouseand Mouse to Mouse hybridomacells was much lower thanthat to YAC-1 cells in all mice andthere were no significant differencesbetween the two kinds of human Bcell hybridomas in susceptibility toNK cells. The results showed thatNK cells had no obvious effects onxenografts of human B cell hybri-domas.
2.ERYTHROCYTE SORBITOL LEVELS ARE RELATED TO THE CONTROL OF CARBOHYDRATE METABOLISM IN DIABETES MELLITUS
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(01):-
The red blood cell sorbitol levels of 23 healthy subjects and 66 diabetic patients were measured enzymatically. Results showed that erythrocyte sorbitol levels of both IDDM (17) and NIDDM (38) patients with poor control were significantly higher than that of the controls and positively correlated with the coincident plasma glucose concentration, 24-hour urinary glucose excretion and HbA1c. There was no significant difference between the red cell sorbitol concentration of NIDDM with normal blood glucose level and that of the normal group; moreover, red cell sorbitol levels did not sig-nificantly correlated with FBG in both groups. Although there was no significant difference between the FBG of poorly controlled IDDM and NIDDM groups, red blood cell sorbitol levels were significantly different in both groups. This suggested that red blood cell sorbitol level could be used as an indicator of diabetic control.
3.Pattern reversal visual evoked potentials in macular disease
Ophthalmology in China 1993;0(03):-
The present paper is an analysis of the pattern reversal visual evoked potentials (P-VEP) of macular disease (40 cases, 57 eyes), in contrast to normal persons (40 cases, 80 eyes) of similar age. The group consists of 9 different kinds of disease-central serous chorioretinopathy macular hemorrhage, macular dege-neration, etc. The authors analyzed the latency and amplitude of P-VEP in different macular disease with different course and central vision. The results showed that the latency of P-VEP in the group was relatively prolonged. In contrast to normal person P 100 was prolonged by 9.0, 26, 40 ms at 1?2′, 30′, 16′ visual angles respectively. The amplitude was obviously lowered, especially at the visual angle of 16′ and P-VEP extinguished in all the eases with visual acuity less than 0.1.The latency and the amp-litude were not related to the type and the course of the maeular disease, but were closely related to the central vision.

6.Development of transcranial magnetic stimulator and measurement of the magnetic field distribution
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(08):-
This paper introduces general guidelines for designing and constructing a magnetic stimulator (MS). These guidelines cover the theoretical concepts, hardware aspects and necessary components. RLC model producing the impulses in MS is focused on and the way to calculate the parameters of the model is presented. Some factors that influence induced magnetic field are discussed. Experiments are carried through with self-developed round coil and 8-shaped, and Tesla meter is used to detect the magnetic fields. The experiments data show that the distribution of the induced magnetic fields by the two coils are tailored to those of theoretical calculation adopted now. A simulation experiment to measure magnetic field in brain has been completed.
7.Soft and hardware design of automatic infrared handwash basin used in sterilization
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(03):-
This paper introduces primarily the design of hardware and software systems in infrared automatic handwash basin including the working process of the electric circuit. At the same time, in order not to act mistakenly suffering from exterior interference, the anti-interference function is added to the software, which is also the design technique of this software.
8.The effect of two modes of one-lung ventilation on lung lobectomy in pediatric patients
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(02):-
Objective: To investigate the effect of two modes of one-lung ventilation(OLV) on lung lobectomy in pediatric patients.Metheds: Twenty ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients(8 male,12 female) aged 2~14 year, weighing 10~30 kg,and undergoing lung lobectomy were enrolled in this study. The patients were premedicated with intramuscular Sod Luminal 3~5 mg/kg and Atropine 0.01 mg/kg im,30 minutes before induction.Induction was performed with Dorcum 0.1 mg/kg,Fentanyl 5 ?g/kg and Vecuronium 0.1 mg/kg,maintained with Vecuronium 70 ?g/(kg?h) and Propofol 5mg/(kg?h) iv boluses.Ordinary tracheal tube was inserted into bronchus(14right,6 left) during OLV.First,OLV with volume-control mode maintained 25 min,and then,OLV with pressure-control mode was performed. In first step Vt was set at 8~10 ml/kg and respiratory rate was adjusted to maintain PetCO2 between 30~40 mmHg.In second step the inspiratory pressure was set according to the plateau pressure during step 1,hemodynamics and PaO2 were measured and recorded. Results : During OLV with pressure-control mode PaO2 was significantly increased,as compared with that during volume-control mode(P
9.Expression of Echinococcus multilocularis 14-3-3 antigen encoding gene in BCG
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective: To study the expression of Echinococcus multilocularis 14-3-3 antigen encoding gene in Bacillus Calmette-Guerin(BCG).Methods: The recombinant plasmid pBCG-Em14-3-3 was introduced into BCG by electroporation and the bacteria with pBCG-Em14-3-3 were cultured to logarithm growth period, then induced daily by heating at 45℃ for 30min in the last three days. The expression products were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Results: The Em14-3-3 recombinant protein was successfully expressed by pBCG-Em14-3-3 in BCG as an obvious band of 27kDa by SDS-PAGE,which accounted for 11% of total bacterial protein in BCG.Conclusion: The pBCG-Em14-3-3 could be expressed efficiently in BCG and be combined with specific antibody in mice sera, which suggested that the Em14-3-3 recombinant protein expressed by rBCG-Em14-3-3 vaccine was of specific antigenicity.
10.Cardiac anesthesia control in infants with weight
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To summarize the anesthesia experience of open heart surgery in 43 infants(weigh less than 5kg) and to explore the related issues with myocardioprotection and brain protection. Methods:Conventional induction of anesthesia, nasotracheal intubation, arteriovenous puncture, cardiopulmonary bypass were established, according to the needs for maintaining the body low temperature(deep, middle, superficial);haemodynamics was maintained with vasoactive agent after aorta was opened. Results:Two infants with transposition of conducting arteries succumbed to stoma leak. One infant with tetralogy of Fallot succumbed to low cardiac output syndrome, bellows complication appeared in 8 cases,Ⅲ.atrial ventricular block 1,and the rest infants recovered well.Mortality was 6.98%in this group. Conclusion:Cardiac anesthesia control in infants with low weight is difficult, death rate is hiqh and complication is complex.Butas long as control is done well, mortality omd complitation can be devreased.
