1.Psychological Effect and Implement of Medical Humanism Spirit
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
There are two fields(emotion and cognition)in the intrinsic value of the medical humanities, they are both the researching contents of the psychology. The article analyzed the sympathy, transference and intertransference, cognition fields that doctors should think about in the clinical practice and discussed how to bring up the humanity inspirits of the medical students.
2.EXPERIMENTAL AND CLINICAL OBSERVATIONS ON THE PARTICULATE PLASTER OF PARIS IMPLANT AFTER CY-STECTOMY OF THE JAW
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
This report describes the participate plaster of Paris implant into the cystic cavity after cystectomy of the jaw in 18 cases. It was found that the plaster of Paris is one of the satisfactory soluble alloplastic materials and may promote new bone formation with no harmful reaction. The prevention of complications.and the surgical procedure are also discussed.
3.RECONSTRUCTION OF FULL THICKNESS DEFECTS OF THE CHECK WITH TWO TILING TISSUE FLAPS (A Report of 4 Cases)
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
From June 1980 to September 1982,4 cases of full thickness check defect, all caused by surgical removal of malignant tumor and reconstructed successfully with 2 tiling tissue flaps, are reported. Buccal mucosa defect was repaired with forearm free flap in 3 cases, and with forehead tunnel flap in another case. Skia defects of the check in these 4 cases were repaired successfully with rotated submaxillary falp and free upper arm flap respectively. It is an innovation, as well as an effective measure to repair the penetrating full thickness defect of the check with microsurgical technique to transplant 2 free tissue flaps simutaneously.
5.The reform and practice on function experiment teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
For culturing the well-rounded medical students with high skill, strong sense of creation, deep and vast consideration of everything,we have deepened research and reform of functional experiment teaching in several years in the following aspects reforming the experimental teaching management model, smoothing the experimental teaching administration system, optimizing teaching content, improving method and means of teaching and emphasizing cultivation of creative ability of students by constructing the bilateral study mode of the teacher-guided,students-centered.
6.Clinical research on three ways in treatment of little area bleeding
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(22):3050-3051
Objective To observe the effects of three ways in treatment of little area bleeding. Methods 180 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups,60 cases in each group, they were performed septomucotomy, vaseline gauze packing and microwave treatment respectively. Results The effective power of septomucotomy group and microwave treatment group had no obvious difference (P > 0. 05), while it had obvious difference (P <0. 05) when the two groups compare with the vaseline gauze packing group respectively. The cure rate had significant difference(P < 0. 05) when the single one compare with each other between the three groups. The septomucotomy group had the best cure rate. Conclusion Septomucotomy and microwave treatment could both gain good curative effect in the treatment of little bleeding,we may select one flexibly.
7.EFFECTS OF PLASTER-OF-PARIS PARTICULATE IMPLANTS IN MANDIBULAR BONE CAVITY: AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(04):-
This paper describes the experimental research on effects of plaster-of-Paris par-ticulate implants in mandibular bone cavity . Eighteen animals used in this experiment were divided into Groups A and B.Group A consisted of 9 rabbits and Group B, 9 dogs.In all the animals the right side of the mandible served as the experimental side and the left side, the control one. They were sacrificed for examination at 1, 3, 6 months after surgery. The experimental results show that the plaster-of Paris particulate implants in mandibular bone cavity were safe, tissue tolerant, absorbable and stimulative to bone formation.
8.Telling to the Diagnosis of Cancer to Terminally Ill Patients.
Journal of the Korean Medical Association 2001;44(9):963-968
Disclosure of a diagnosis of cancer to patients is a major problem among physicians in Korea. Many questions arise when considering issues involved in telling the diagnosis of cancer beyond the question of whether to tell. But there has been no consensus guideline on how, and in what context, to tell the diagnosis of cancer to the patients. The review of the literature reveals that the attitudes of physicians on the truth telling have been changing from favoring non-disclosure to disclosure over time. The disclosure rate was 81.8% in a Korean survey performed in 1990, while it was 65% in a survey in 1979. The younger the patient's age was, the higher the disclosure rate was. This tendency was same in Korean nurses and patients. The majority of Korean patients wanted their doctors to break the bad news, not only because the patients wanted to obtain detailed information about their conditions but also because they believed their doctors. They also wanted their family to hear the truth first, immediately after the diagnosis had been confirmed. The most important issue in the process of disclosing a diagnosis of cancer to patients is truth. Otherwise, doctors will lose the chance to give help to the patients when they are in real need of doctor's help at the very end of their lives.

9.Study on Tuberculosis Control of Those Patients who Registered at Health Center.
Korean Journal of Preventive Medicine 1974;7(1):185-190
The purpose of this study was to obtain available data concerning tuberculosis control at health center and to recommend more effective measures to government and antituberculosis agencies. The study showed following results: It is necessary that those patients who have not response to drugs should be treated by secondary drugs. Control measure should be applied to those patients who discharged from health center in the past because more than 50 percent of them were still active situation. Meaningless amass X-ray survey should be abandoned and limited to family-contacts.

10.Subacute Bacterial Endocarditis and Cerebral mycotic Aneurysm.
Journal of the Korean Medical Association 2001;44(11):1225-1231
A 30-year-old man was transferred to Yonsei Cardiovascular Hospital after 20 days of hospitalization under the diagnosis of bacterial endocarditis with mitral regurgitation and septic splenic infarct. He had suffered from intermittent high fever and general weakness for 3 months. Echocardiogram showed moderate mitral regurgitation and multiple large vegetations in both leaflets. Streptococcus viridans was confirmed by blood cultures, and administration of cefazoline and gentamycin was initiated. During the antibiotic therapy, abdominal and left calf pain developed, and abdominal computed tomography showed splenic and right renal infarct. He also complained intermittent headache and visual distrubance. Brain computed tomography and four vessels angiography showed a small aneurysm in right hemisphere and other small aneurysm in fronto-occipital area of left middle cerebral artery. No more systemic embolization developed until the completion of six weeks of antibiotic therapy. The patient underwent mitral valve replacement with #29 Carpenitier-Edwards Bioprosthesis. At operation, the anterior and posterior mitral leaflets were found perforated and covered with leaflets were found perforated and covered with multiple vegetations. Follow-up cerebral angiography taken at seventh postoperative day, showed enlargement of cerebral aneurysm. Clipping of saccular aneurysms on left M3 and M4 were performed and complete resolution of aneurysm was confirmed by brain computed tomography. On operative finding, an aneurysm was found on with saccular type. The patient was dischanged without complication on eighth postoperative day.
