2.Analysis of the risk factors of 471 patients with stroke in Huainan area
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(6):771-773
Objective To explore the composition situation of the risk factors of patients with stroke in Huainan area. Methods 471 continuous registration and hospitalized patients with stroke in Huainan were selected,of which,362 cases were ischemic stroke,109 cases were hemorrhagic stroke, and the known risk factors were statistically analyzed. Results Of all patients, the incidence of hypertension was first(69. 3% was in ischemic stroke, 77. 9% was in hemorrhagic stroke) ,and hypertension was the most important risk factors. The composition of risk factors in stroke patients of different gender were different, and the smoking, drinking problem was more prominent in male patients (51.1% ,33.2%respectively)than that in female patients(5.1% ,2.0% respectively) (x2 =111-81,67.62, all P<0.01) ;The incidence of diabetes, heart disease, atrial fibrillation was higher in female patients (37. 6% ,31. 9% ,19.3%respectively) than that in male patients (22.3% ,20.4% ,8.8% respectively) (x2 = 13. 12,8.09,11. 12,all P<0.01). Hypertension, diabetes accounted for only 40.8% and 47.4% of patients taking regular medication. Atrial fibrillation was more common in patients with hemorrhagic stroke. Conclusion Controlling blood pressure and blood sugar was still important in the primary prevention and secondary prevention of stroke in the region. People of different gender should be targeted for individual health education, and promoting a healthy lifestyle should be paid attention, so as to the occurrence of stroke could be effectively prevented.
3.Effect of intra nasally applied fluticasone propionate and levocabastine on the expression of aquaporin 5 in nasal mucosa of rat with experimental allergic rhinitis
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2009;(20):939-941
Objective:To investigate the expression and distribution of aquaporin 5(AQP5) in allergic rhinitis(AR)treated by fluticasone propionate and levocabastine.Method:Forty Wister rats were divided randomly into AR(n=30) and control groups(n=10). After AR models were established, the AR rats were divided evenly into F group, L group and AR control group.Three groups were treated respectively for 28 days, then the expression of AQP5 in nasal mucous membrane were detected by immumohistochemistry assay.Result:The distribution of AQP5 was consistent in all groups. The expression of AQP5 in F group was significantly different from L group and AR group (P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference between that of AR group and L group(P>0.05). The expression of AQP5 in L group was significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High expressions of AQP5 in rat with AR indicated the positive correlation between AQP5 and AR. AQP5 might be one of pathological factors of AR concered with gland's excessive secretion and tissue edema. Glucocorticoid can down-regulate the expression of AQP5,but H1-receptor antagonist can not reduce the expression of AQP5.
4.Different Telomere Fragments Promote Rat's Vascular Smooth Muscle Cell Apoptosis by Silent Information Regulator 1/Cancer Suppressor Gene P53
Chinese Circulation Journal 2017;32(6):612-616
Objective: To study the influence of different telomere oligonucleotide on rat's thoracic aortic smooth muscle (A7R5 ) cell apoptosis and to clarify weather silent information regulator 1 (SIRT1)/cancer suppressor gene (P53) signaling pathway involved in oligonucleotide induced cell apoptosis. Methods: 3 telomere repeat sequences of TE-12 (TTAGGG)2, TE-24 (TTAGGG)4 and TE-36 (TTAGGG)6 were respectively transfected into rat's A7R5 cells as TE-12 group, TE-24 group and TE-36 group; in addition, blank A7R5 cells were used as Control group. Transfection induced A7R5 cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry, mRNA and protein expressions of SIRT1 and P53 in A7R5 cells were examined by RT-PCR and Western blot analysis in different groups. Results: Successful ransfection rates were similar among 3 groups. Compared with Control group and TE-36, TE-24 groups, the highest apoptosis rate of A7R5 cells was found in TE-12 group and the lowest was found in TE-24 group which was still higher than that in Control group, allP<0.05. mRNA and protein expressions of SIRT1 was obviously higher in TE-12 group than the other 3 groups, allP<0.05; mRNA and protein expressions of P53 was obviously lower in TE-24 group than the other 3 groups, allP<0.05. Conclusion: Telomere oligonucleotide sequence may promote rat's A7R5 cell apoptosis; different sequence had various influence and the strongest effect was observed in TE-12 sequence. The above impact might be related to SIRT1/P53 signaling pathway.

Objective To investigate the possibility that TGF ? may also influence the basal and FSH stimulated production of estradiol and progesterone by granulosa cells in vitro. Methods Granulosa cells were obtained from infertile patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer treatment and cultured with serum free supplemented HAM′s F 10 medium(control) or increasing concentrations of TGF ? 1,2 in the absence or presence of FSH (96 U/ml). The media were collected in 24, 48, 72 and 96 h intervals and assayed for estradiol and progesterone. Results Increasing amounts of TGF ? had a significant effect on estradiol production, especially in the presence of FSH,The estradiol value was evaluated from (12 077.9?5 835.3) pmol/L and (13 656.1? 8 404 3) pmol/L to (16 606.8?7 993.3) pmol/L and (19 480.4?913.8) pmol/L. TGF ? inhibited FSH stimulated progesterone but not unstimulated progesterone release ( P

10.Effects of Early Enteral Feeding Containing MCT/LCT on Improving Protein Catabolism of Burned Patients
Journal of Chinese Physician 2000;0(12):-
Objectives To compare the effects of different early enteral nutrition formula on improving metabolic status of burned patients. Methods Thirty cases of burned patients with total burn surface area (TBSA) more than 30% were randomly divided into two groups:⑴Group F, enteral feeding with Fresubin 750MCT containing MCT/LCT as fat source, ⑵Group N, enteral feeding with Nutrison containing only LCT as fat source. All of the thirty patients received isocaloric, isonitrogenous and isolipidic enteral feeding with intragstric tube and enteral feeding pump, within 24h of postburn. Plasma insulin, glucagons, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and 3-methylhistidine in urine were measured on day 1,4,7and 10 days of postburn. Results The results showed that the patients of group F had an increased blood concentration of insulin and the ratio of insulin/ glucagons, a decreased plasma concentration of TNF, and a reduced excretion of 3-methylhistidine in urine as compared with the patients of group N. Conclusions An enteral compound diet containing MCT/LCT in the early enteral feeding in burned patients can improve the metabolic status of burned patients more effectively.
