1.Comparison of Efficacy Between Acupuncture and Drug Treatment of Chronic Gastritis
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2005;3(2):12-13
To observe the curative effect of acupuncture treatment for chronic gastritis, 50patients with chronic gastritis were treated by acupuncture and another 50 patients as control treated by drugs; the curative effects of total and every therapeutic course were respectively compared between two groups. The total effective rate was 98.0% in acupuncture group and 88.0% in control group, suggesting a significant difference (P<0.01) between two groups, the comparison among 3 courses showed that there was a significant difference, P<0.01, for first, second course and P<0.05 for third course between two groups.
2.On the Principles of Chinese—English Translation Applied to the Abstracts of Medical Papers
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
The failure of existing principles of translation applied to Chinese - English translation of medical paper abstracts has directly affected the exchange and popularity of the author's academic achievements by impressing readers with numerous mistakes and low quality. This thesis, by analyses of more examples of medical paper abstracts, again puts forward the three principles of translation, namely-faithfulness, conciseness and consistency, and further emphasizes the variation of translation principles resulted from stylistic features of medical English.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2009;29(7):798-801
Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a serious infectious disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Increasing cases of HIV infection have been detected in adolescents. Intravenous drug abuse and sexual behavior, which are affected by various individual and environmental factors, are the major ways of HIV infection. The current situation and influential factors of HIV infection in adolescents are introduced in this paper.
4.EEG feature extraction based on quantum particle swarm optimizer and independent component analysis.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(3):502-505
Feature extraction is a very crucial step in P300-based brain-computer interface (BCI) and independent component analysis (ICA) is a suitable P300 feature extraction method. But at present the convergence performance of the general ICA iteration methods are not very satisfactory. In this paper, a method based on quantum particle swarm optimizer (QPSO) algorithm and ICA technique is put forward for P300 extraction. In this method, quantum computing is used to impel ICA iteration to globally converge faster. It achieved the purpose of extracting P300 rapidly and efficiently. The method was tested on two public datasets of BCI Competition II and III, and a simple linear classifier was employed to classify the extracted P300 features. The recognition accuracy reached 94.4% with 15 times averaged. The results showed that the proposed method could extract P300 rapidly and the extraction effect did not reduce. It provides an experimental basis for further study of real-time BCI system.

6.Research progress in association between nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and gallstone disease
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2014;30(11):1217-1220
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD)and gallstone disease (GD)are considered the manifestations of metabolic syndrome in the liver and gallbladder.NAFLD and GD are closely related to insulin resistance (IR),obesity, dyslipidemia, abnormal glucose metabo-lism,and so on.Worldwide studies, which have been reviewed, show that both NAFLD and GD have the common risk factors, such as IR, obesity, dyslipidemia, abnormal glucose metabolism, and middle-aged and elderly women.NAFLD is the risk factor for GD.GD,closely related to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and liver fibrosis, accelerates the progression of NAFLD.Thus,it is considered that the prevention and treatment of NAFLD can reduce the incidence of GD,and the progression of NAFLD can be delayed by the prevention and treatment of GD.
7.Effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on sepsis induced myocardial dysfunction
The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2016;32(3):213-216
Objective To explore the interventional effect of recombinant human brain natri-uretic peptide(rhBNP)on the patients with sepsis induced myocardial dysfunction by comparing N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(Nt-proBNP),troponin and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF).Methods Forty septic patients were admitted into department of critical care medicine from February 2013 to May 201 5.They were randomly divided into control group and rhBNP group, with 20 patients in each group. Both groups received early goal directed therapy(EGDT),and rhBNP group re-ceived additional therapy of rhBNP 1.5 μg/kg bolus, and then 0.075 μg·kg-1 ·min-1 for 48 h.Con-trol group received saline in the same way.Vasoactive agents were used to maintain blood pressure. Concentration of plasma Nt-proBNP and troponin were determined at baseline,on days 1,3,and 7 day by point of care (POCT ).LVEF was also detected by transthoracic echocardiography. Results Concentrations of plasma Nt-proBNP and troponin in rhBNP group were lower than control group on days 1 and 3 (P <0.05).On day 3,levels of Nt-proBNP and troponin in both groups were higher than the days 1 and 7 (P <0.01).LVEF in the rhBNP group was higer than control group on days 3 and 7 (P <0.05 or P <0.01);On day 3,LVEF in both groups was significantly lower than the pre-therapy and day 7 (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 ).Conclusion rhBNP can improve sepsis induced myocardial dysfunction by decreasing the Nt-proBNP and troponin levels with increased left ventricular ejection fraction.
8.Application of quality care in prevention of general surgery wound infection in elderly patients
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(26):1978-1980
Objective To evaluate application of quality care in prevention of general surgery wound infection in elderly patients. Methods 116 cases of elderly patients undertook general surgery from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected in alphabetical order by pinyin of last name as the research objects, who were divided into the observation group (58 cases) and control group (58 cases) by lottery. The control group received routine care, the observation group received quality care. The occurrence of wound infection and the hospitalization time were compared. Results The incidence of wound infection of the observation group was 6.9%(4/58), which was lower than that of the control group [24.1%(14/58),χ2=6.576, P<0.05]. The hospitalization time of the observation group was lower than that of control group [(22.6±3.2) d vs.(28.6±3.8) d, t=5.401, P<0.05]. Conclusions Quality care contributes to reduce the incidence of wound infection on general surgery incisions of elderly patients, and promotes the recovery of patients.
9.Micronucleus and Chromosome Aberration in Root Tip Cell of Vicia faba Induced by Surfactants
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To study the genetic toxicity of surfactants Tween-20?Tween-80?Span-20?BE-2. Methods To take root tip cells of Vicia faba as the subjects, treated with various concentrations of surfactants to study the effect of them on the micronucleus and chromosome aberration in root tip cells of Vicia faba. Results The frequencies of micronucleus cell induced by surfactants Tween-20?Tween-80?Span-20?BE-2 were (21.34?1.31)‰, (13.44?2.66)‰, (15.29?3.16)‰ and (7.53?2.34)‰ respectively, the frequencies of chromosome aberration induced by surfactants Tween-20?Tween-80?Span-20?BE-2 were (18.16?0.50)%, (11.05?1.18)%, (23.79?1.62)% and (22.58?0.61)%, significant differences were seen compared with the control. Conclusion The results of the present paper demonstrates that surfactants Tween-20?Tween-80?Span-20?BE-2 have the effect of mutagenic agent.
