Objective To design and formulate a electronic preoperative preparation checklist for applying in the preoperative preparation,to reduce missing rate in preoperative preparation and transfer,to improve patient satisfaction,to avoid operation delay and medical accident caused by inappropriate preparation. Methods A total of 145 patients with surgery from March 2013 to February 2013 were as experimental group, and 158 patients with surgery from March 2012 to February 2012 were as control group. The experimental group was used electronic preoperative preparation checklist for preoperative preparation and transition, and the control group was used conventional methods. The incidence of mistake for preoperative preparation and transfer and both surgeon's and patient's satisfactory were compared between two groups. Results After applying the electronic preoperative preparation checklist, the incidence of mistake for preoperative preparation and transfer in experimental group reduced significandy to 1.37%(2/145) and 4.83% (7/145),compared with the incidence of control group 6.33%(10/158),11.39%(18/158),and the differences between two groups were statistically different (x2=4.870,4.305,P < 0.05).Both surgeon's and patient's satisfactory were improved dramatically, the satisfactory in experimental group improved to 100.00%(50/50)and 97.93%(142/145),compared with the satisfactory of control group 90.00%(45/50) and 90.51%(143/158),and the differences between two groups were statistically different(x2=5.263,7.459,P < 0.05).Conclusions Implementing the electronic preoperative preparation checklist can reduce the incidence of mistake before operation and ensure patient operation schedule. Therefore,it could improve nursing care quality and efficiency.

Objective:To summarize and compare the characteristics of oral microbiota in women during the preconception period and the third trimester. Methods:This retrospective cohort study involved 55 women who were recruited in the Preconceptional Offspring Trajectory Study (PLOTS) conducted by Fudan University and followed up to the third trimester in the Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Jiading District of Shanghai from September 2016 to December 2019. A total of 110 unstimulated saliva samples were collected in the preconception period ( n=55) and the third trimester ( n=55). Features of oral microbiota in the samples were analyzed by 16S rRNA gene-based sequencing. Moreover, the related factors were also analyzed. Paired t test or Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed-ranks test were used to analyze the differences in α-diversity during preconception and the third trimester; t test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney U test for comparison between groups with different characteristics and permutational multivariate analysis of variance (PerMANOVA) for β-diversity were used; Linear discriminant analysis (LDA) effect size (LEfSe 1.0) was used to identify the iconic oral flora. Results:(1) The Ace index of oral microbiota was significantly lower in the third trimester than that in the preconception period [661.14(578.15-752.85) vs 730.64 (632.40-911.00), T=1 077.00, P=0.010]. There was also a significance difference in β-diversity ( F=12.539, R2=0.104, P=0.001). Some species such as Saccharibacteria_TM7_G3, Prevotella_7, Absconditabacteria_SR1_G1, Porphyromonas, Ruminococcaceae_UCG_014, Prevotella, Peptostreptococcus, Prevotella_2, Alloprevotella, Parvimonas, Solobacterium and Eubacterium_nodatum_group in saliva were statistically more abundant in the third trimester than those in the preconception period (all P<0.05). (2) The third-trimester Shannon index was lower among those with lower income [5.44 (5.08-5.77) vs 5.75 (5.44-6.12), U=219.00, P=0.029] and those with gargle habit after meal or dessert [5.36 (4.91-5.48) vs 5.72 (5.44-6.05), U=374.00, P=0.046]. Conclusions:The features of oral microbiota vary in women during the preconception period and the third trimester. There is a significant increase in the abundance of oral pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria in the third trimester.

Objective To discuss the relationship and clinical significance between anterior rectocele and resultant constipation by the obstruction of functional outlet. Methods The clinical and dynamic defecography materials of 417 cases with resultant constipation by the obstruction of functional outlet were retrospectively reviewed. Dynamically replaying the cases of anterior rectocele and analyzed the representation. Results ①310 cases with anterior rectocele,392 cases with internal rectal prolapse,353 cases with perineum descending,69 cases with pelvic spasm or puborectalis thickening. 95.20% (397/417) cases with more than 2 abnormalities simultaneously,no cases with only anterior rectocele. The difference between men and women was statistically significant(P< 0.01) of anterior rectocele, perineum descending、pelvic spasm or puborectalis thickening. There was no difference with internal rectal prolapse(P> 0.05). ②Dynamically replaying the cases of anterior rectocele:226 cases could drain almost all of the barium of rectum and the distal rectum mucosal fold hypertrophy, account for 72.90% (226/310);71 cases could not drain any or drained driply and prolapse of rectal mucosa or pelvic spasm or puborectalis thickening, account for 22.90% (71/310); 13 cases with protruded sac reduced not obsolete and rearward the sac internal rectal prolapse, account for 4.20% (13/310). Conclusion Anterior rectocele is not the main cause of constipation,to make sure the relationship between anterior rectocele and resultant constipation by the obstruction of functional outer can provide instructional significance for the cure scheme.
