1.Clinical effect of Tanreqing Injection on urgent fore respiratory tract infection
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(05):-
AIM: The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of Tanreqing Injection on urgent fore respiratory tract infection. METHODS: All 181 patients were divided randomly into three groups.Tanreqing Injection group,Cefurxime Sod group, and two in combination were used for treatment separately. RESULTS: The(effective) rates of Tanreqing and Cefurxime Sod were 88.57% and 87.14% respectively. There was no difference between these two groups. The effective rate of Tanreqing Injection with Cefurxime Sod was 97.14%. CONCLUSION: Tanreqing Injection has good effect on urgent fore respiratory tract infection. It is more effective when Tanreqing Injection is combined with Cefurxime Sod.

Objetive To study the effect of Paeonol on PGI,TXA2,ET and NO in diabetic rats. Methods Streptozocin was used in dosage of 60 mg/kg on rats to make diabetic animal model.Defferent dosages of Paeonol were used on diabetic animal models.6-Keto-PGF1?,TXB2,ET and NO were tested after 30 days. Results Compared to the control group,6-Keto-PGF1?(pg/mL)of Paeonol groups increased from 89.75? 2.75,89.97?7.28,89.97?11.36 to 120.03?13.85,108.34?11.25,105.32?8.85 respectively;TXB2 (pg/mL)decreased from 157.64?10.36,156.64?11.35,153.33?19.40 to 124.46?18.67,136.40?18.15, 138.40?22.20 respectively;ET(pg/mL)decreased from 181.68?5.10,181.27?4.76,181.04?4.19 to 140.55?3.01,150.51?2.22,161.02?3.76.The change of 6-Keto-PGF1?,TXB2 and ET was related to the dosage of Paeonol.NO has no significant change. Conclusions Paeonol can decrease the ET and TXB2 in diabetic rats, and increase 6-Keto-PGF1?in diabetic rats.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium injection (GM1) on spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 98 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group (n=50) and treatment group (n=48). Both groups received Bobath approach, and the treatment group received GM1 in addition. They were assessed with Functional Independence Measure for Children (WeeFIM), Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM) and Gesell Development Schedule (GDS) before and after 90 days of treatment. Results The scores of WeeFIM, all the dimensions of GMFM and the gross motor, fine motor, personal-social and adaption of the GDS improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), and improved more in the treatment group than in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion GM1 may further improve the recovery of function for children with spastic cerebral palsy.
