Modern Hospital 2015;(6):8-10
Objective To study clinical significance of INF -γ, IL-10 and Pregnancy hormonal changes in the serum of patients with early threatened abortion merged chorionic hemorrhage ( SCH ) .Methods 30 cases of pregnant patients with threatened abortion and SCH 5-9 weeks for the study group;30 cases of patients with threat-ened abortion pregnant 5-9 weeks no SCH for the control group I;and 30 cases of 5-9 weeks gestation in normal pregnant women as control group II .The concentrations of β-HCG, progesterone (p), estradiol (E2), INF-γand IL-10 in peripheral venous blood were assayed with enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results Pro-gesterone, estradiol and β-HCG had not statistical significance between the study group and the control group .β-HCG, Progesterone and E2 of the study group is significantly lower than the control group II , and it had a statistically significant difference (p<0.05).INF-γof the study group was significantly higher than control group II with statis-tical significance (p<0.05).IL-10 of study group was significantly lower than the control group II with statistical significance (p<0.05).Conclusion Increased INF-γand reduced IL-10 appeared in early threatened abortion with increased SCH .One of the important factors causing the chorionic hemorrhage is the increased INF -γand re-duced IL-10.

3. The effects of CTP-OD1-HA and CTP-OD2-HA fusion peptide on subcutaneous xenograft of leukemia K562 cells in nude mice
Tumor 2013;33(11):954-958
Objective: To investigate the effects of fusion peptide cytoplasmic transduction peptide-oligomerization domain 1-hemagglutinin (CTP-OD1-HA) and CTP-OD2-HA on subcutaneous xenograft of leukemia K562 cells in nude mice. Methods: K562 cells were pre-treated with CTP-OD-HA (as a positive control), CTP-HA (as a negative control), PBS (as a blank control), CTP-OD1-HA and CTP-OD2-HA, respectively, then the cells were injected into nude mice subcutaneously. The growth of the subcutaneous xenograft was observed. The apoptosis of the tumor cells in subcutaneous xenograft was detected by TUNEL method. The expression levels of Bax and Bcl-2 proteins in subcutaneous xenograft were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results: The volumes of the subcutaneous xenografts in CTP-OD1-HA group and CTP-OD2-HA group were smaller than that in CTP-HA group (P < 0.05), with the change of cavitation apoptosis. The apoptotic change of tumor cells was significant in CTP-OD1-HA group and CTP-OD2-HA group by TUNEL method (P < 0.05). The expression level of apoptosis-associated protein Bax was higher in CTP-OD1-HA group and CTP-OD2-HA group than that in CTP-HA group (P < 0.05), whereas the expression level of Bcl-2 was lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion: CTP-OD1-HA and CTP-OD2-HA fusion peptide can inhibit the tumorigenicity of leukemia K562 cells in nude mice and promote the apoptosis. Copyright © 2013 by TUMOR.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(10):-
Objective To study the effect of temperature on the emission of tbrmaldehyde trom the blockboard. Methods A 0.25 m3 simulation chamber was used to explore the emission of formaldehyde from blockboard at the temperature of 15,17,19,21, 23,25,27,and 29 ℃,respectively. The relative humidity, the ventilation velocity and the loading factor in simulation chamber was (50?1)%,1.0 L/min,and(1?0.03)m~2/m~3 respectively. Results A hyperbolic logarithm variation in formaldehyde concentration with time in the chamber was observed at different temperatures.Formaldehyde concentration in the chamber increased remarkably once the temperature exceeded 25 C.The chamber stabilization formaldehyde concentration varied with temperature in accordance with an exponent equation of y=0.921 9?0.024 9e~(0.176 4x)(R~2=0.996 9).Conclusion The temperature can greatly influence formaldehyde emission from the blockboards.Higher temperature will facilitate formaldehyde emission from the blockboards.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(13):1-4
Objective To analyze the predictive value of N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP) on auricular thrombosis in patients of coronary heart disease (CHD) combined with atrial fibrillation (AF).Methods The clinical data of 124 patients of CHD combined with AF were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were divided into research group (60 cases, compliance with auricular thrombosis) and control group (64 cases,non-compliance with auricular thrombosis),according to the occurrence of auricular thrombosis. The values of NT-proBNP,fasting plasma glucose (FPG),postprandial plasma glucose(2 h PG),total cholesterol (TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL),high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDd) and left atrial diameter (LAD) were detected and compared between two groups. The relative factors to the occurrence of auricular thrombosis were confirmed by multivariate Logistic analysis. The best cutoff point of NT-proBNP was confirmed by the areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC).Results The values of NT-proBNP,ox-LDL,hs-CRP,LVEDd and LAD in research group were higher than those in control group [(4 312.6 ± 209.1) pmol/L vs.(3 421.6 ± 156.8) pmol/L,(4.0 ± 0.9) mmol/L vs.(3.4 ± 0.8) mmol/L,(7.4 ± 1.3)mg/L vs.(5.8 ± 1.0) mg/L,(74.3 ± 6.8) mm vs.(58.1 ± 5.5) mm,(39.6 ± 4.3) mm vs.(32.5 ± 3.8) mm],LVEF and HDL-C were lower than those in control group [(48.2 ± 3.1)% vs.(57.3 ± 3.8)%,(0.72 ± 0.16)mmol/L vs.(1.08 ±0.27) mmol/L],and there were significant differences (P <0.05).There were no significant differences in the values of FPG,2 h PG and TC between two groups (P > 0.05).Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that NT-proBNP and LAD were independent factors to the occurrence of auricular thrombosis (P =0.009,0.028).There was significant difference in the occurrence of auricular thrombosis between patients with NT-proBNP > 4 250 pmol/L and patients with NT-proBNP≤4 250 pmol/L (P =0.028).Conclusion NT-proBNP is an independent predictor for the occurrence of auricular thrombosis to patients of CHD combined with AF.

West China Journal of Stomatology 2015;33(5):445-450
Developments in science and technology include the use of laser as an auxiliary device in treating oral diseases. Nd:YAG laser is convenient and safe to use. Nd:YAG laser irradiation leaves no scabby area on the wound surface, causes a mild reaction postoperation, and promotes high comfort. Therefore, this treatment has attracted increasing attention in the clinical setting. This review enumerates the applications of water-cooled pulsed Nd:YAG laser in hard and soft tissues in oral medicine. Nd:YAG laser in hard tissues can be applied in cavity preparation, acid etching, root canal preparation and sterilization, and dentin desensitization therapy. Meanwhile, the applications of this laser in soft tissues include adjunctive therapy in basic periodontitis treatment, gingival aesthetic treatment, and resection. This review suggests the importance of Nd:YAG laser as an auxiliary device in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of oral diseases.
