OBJECTIVE:To analyze the general patterns and characteristics of drug-induced lupus (DIL) induced by inflix-imab,and to provide reference for the safety of drug use. METHODS:Usinginfiximab,lupusas searching words,inflix-imab-induced DIL literatures included in CJFD,VIP and PubMed from Jan. 2002 to Jun. 2016 were retrieved and analyzed. RE-SULTS:Totally 30 effective literatures were retrieved,involving 31 DIL patients,there were 8 male cases (25.81%) and 23 fe-male cases(74.19%);17 patients aged more than 50(54.84%). 20 cases occurred within 5-24 weeks(64.51%). 16 patients re-ceived infliximab alone (51.61%). Main clinical manifestations were skin rash or photosensitivie enteritig (15 cases),joint pain (16 cases,multiple arthritis and synovitis)and fever(12 cases). 5 patients suffered from 3 above symptoms simultaneously. Labo-ratory examination mainly manifested as antinuclear antibody,double stranded DNA antibody and anti-histone antibody positive. Thirty patients with DIL received drug withdrawal or steroid hormones treatment,among which the symptoms of 26 patients disap-peared after drug withdrawal or treatment within 6 months,and 1 patient deteriorated. CONCLUSIONS:DIL-induced by inflix-imab invovle patients'age and gender,disease types,family history and other factors. Clinicians should be aware of rules and char-acteristics of DIL induced by infliximab,and tighten drug use monitoring to reduce ADR.

Intracytoplasmic sperm injection,which combined with in vitro fertilization and micromanipulation techniques,has been applied to research the molecular mechanisms of fertilization,and produce the sexing livestock and transgenic animals.The research advances in porcine intracytoplasmic sperm injection,including in vitro maturation and pretreatment of oocytes,selection and treatment of spermatozoon,artificial activation of injected oocytes after injection,and improvement of the operation technique were reviewed.

Objective To explore the pattern and quantify the heat shock protein HSP)70 and HSP70 mRNA in Vero-E6 cells after infection with Hantann virus(HTNV).Methods The expres- sion of HSP70 and change of its mRNA level were detected by immunocytochemical staining,nucleic acid hybridization in situ and RT-PCR.Results In situ hybridization and RT-PCR were used to eval- uate the level of HSP70 mRNA during Hantaan 76-118 infection.HSP70 mRNA increased 0.5 h after infection,reached its peak by 12 h and gradually declined to steady state level by 72 h(vs.sham infec- ted group,P＜0.05).The expression of HSP70 protein induced by Hantaan 76-118 infection was e- valuated by quantitative immunocytochemical staining.HSP70 increased 0.5 h after infection,reached its peak by 12 h and decreased at 72 h after infection(vs.sham infected group,P＜0.05).Conclu- sions HSP70 can be induced directly by HTNV infection at both mRNA and protein levels,It pro- vides a basis for the further study of the pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS).

Objective To investigate the functional features of resveratrol on vasodilatation of abdominal aorta in rat and its underlying mechanism. Methods Isolated aortic ring was perfused and the tension of the vessel was measured. Results Resveratrol showed a dose-dependent relaxant effect on rat aorta at 4?10 -9～4?10 -5mol/L. At the concentration of 4?10 -5mol/L, the effect was attenuated by (74.9?1.9)% in the endothelium removal group, and it was significantly different from the control group (P0.05). At the concentration of 7?10 -5mol/L, resveratrol showed an relaxant effect on de-endothelium vessels. Conclusion Resveratrol relaxes the aorta in both endothelium dependent and independent manner. In the endothelium-dependent manner, the mechanism of vasodilatation may be associated with NO system and KATP channel, while in the endothelium-independent manner effect of resveratrol might be a direct one.

Objective To observe and compare the efficacy and safety between propofol-fentanyl and propo- fol-ketamine for anesthesia of artificial abortion.Methods 450 ASA physical statusⅠandⅡpatients scheduled for elective artificial abortion were randomized into three groups:P group were given intravenous normal saline 2ml be- fore propofol(n=150) ;PF group were given intravenous fentanyl 1?g/kg then propofol(n=150);PK group were given intravenous ketamine 0.4mg/kg then propofol(n=150).Total dose of propofol,extinction time of lash reflex, heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),pulse oxygen saturation(SpO_2),time to open the eye when called, time of full recovery(answering correctly and walking unaided),discomfort,awareness during operation,self-feeling were recorded.Analysis of date was with SPSS 12.0.P＜0.05 was considered significant.Results No episodes of nausea,vomiting,cardio-cerebral syndrome or awareness were noted in all patients;Total dose of propofol,and extinc- tion time of lash reflex in P group were significantly more than those in PK or PF group(P＜0.05),but there was no difference between PK and PF group;MAP,minimum HR and SpO_2 during operation were obviously lower than preoperation or postoperation in those in P or PF group,minimum HR and SpO_2 during operation in P group were significantly lower than in PF or PK group;Minimum HR and SpO_2 during operation in PK group were lower than preoperation,but its decrease extent was less than that in P or PF group(P＜0.05);Time to eye opening in PF or PK group was significantly less than that in P group(P＜0.05);Time to full recovery were not different in three groups;Incidence of pain on injection in PF group(10%)or PK group(8%)was obviously lower than P group (80%);Incidence of coughing and moving during operation in PF group(8%)or PK group(6%)was obviously less than P group(30%);No difference were noted with respect to degree of comfort,time of full recovery,bleeding vol- ume during operation,time to operation.Conclusion Painless artificial abortion can be preformed effectively and safely with propofol-fentanyl or propofol-ketamine,propofol-ketamine especially fits for painless artificial abortion compared with propofol-fantanyl.

In this study, the embryological characters of Pterocypsela formosana (Asteraceae) were investigated with the traditional paraffin section methods. The anther has 4 sporangiates, the anther wall development follows the dicotyledonous type and comprises of an epidermis, endothelium, a middle layer and a single-layered tapetum, the tapetum belongs to glandular type. Meiosis of the microspore mother cells is of the simultaneous type, for the formation of mostly tetrahedral tetrad, the mature pollen grains are 2 celled. The ovary is bicarpellate, unilocular, one ovule and basal placenta, the ovule is unitegmic, tenuinucellate, inverted campylotropous and with developed endothelium, archesporial cell of megaspore differentiates immediately below the nucellar epidermis and functions as megasporocyte after development and belongs to tenuinucellate ovule type. The megasporocyte undergoes meitotic to form a liner tetrad, only one chalazal megaspore becomes the functional megaspore which forms female gametophyte including 7-celled and 8-nucleated after three successive mitosis, the female gametophyte is of the Polygonum type. Two polar nuclei melt into a secondary nuclei before fertilization, the chalazal antipodal cells are ephemeral and degenerate shortly after forming. Fertilization is porogamous and belongs to premitotic type of syngamy. The division of the primary endosperm nucleus is earlier than the zygote, the endosperm is of the nuclear type with the presence of haustoria, and the embryogeny belongs to asterad type chicory variant. The developed suspensor on early stage has important significance to the embryo development.

AIM:To observe the effect of Huayu Qutan Decocion on patients with cerebral infarction. METHODS: 63 patients with cerebral infarction were randomized into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given symptomatic therapy and Huayu Qutan Decoction.The control group was given symptomatic therapy and Aspirin tablets.After 14 days of treatment,the changes in score of the nerve function defect grades,the ability of activities of daily living and blood viscosity were observed. Objective To investigate the protection of Liuwei Dihuang Jiawei Capsula(LDJ Capsula,Rehmanniae Capsula of Six Ingredients) on diabetic nephropathy(DN) rats′ kidney and effect on renal protein kinase C(PKC) activity and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) of DN rats.Methods The DN rat models were induced by ip injection of streptozotocin(STZ).The rats were randomly divided into five groups: control group; DN model group;Lotensin group;LDJ Capsula group;and Lotensis and LDJ Capsula combination group.Drug intervention term was 12 weeks.Renal ultrastructure was observed by transmission electron microscope and Masson staining.Relative kidney weight,blood glucose level,serum and urine creatinine content,creatinine clearance,excretion rate of the 24 hour urine protein,renal PKC activity,and CTGF expression in renal cortex were measured by immunohistochemistry.Results Deposition of collagen in renal of DN rats was conspicuous.Relative kidney weight,blood glucose level,serum and urine creatinine content,creatinine clearance,excretion rate of 24 h urine protein,renal PKC activity and CTGF expression of DN rats increased obviously.All Lotensin,LDJ Capsula,and the combination of these two drugs could decrease renal PKC activity and CTGF expression and ameliorate proteinuria and renal function of DN rats.At the same time they all could abate the deposition of collagen in renal of DN rats.Combination of these two drugs could decrease renal PKC activity and CTGF expression more ob-viously and at the same time had more notable protective effect on kidney of DN rats.Conclusion All Lotensin,LDJ Capsula,and the combination of these two drugs could protect kidney of DN rats.The combination of these two drugs has more obviously protective effect than using Lotensin only.
