ObjectiveTo study the reliability to asses s interstitial fibrosis in myocardium of advanced age spontaneous hypertension rats(SHR) by acoustic densitometry. MethodsFifteen 20-month-old spontanous hypertension rats and fifteen age matched Wistar Kyoto(WKY) as control group were included. Ultrasonic backscatter parameters were acquired at interventricular septum, left ventricular posterior wall, left ventricular lateral wall. Normalized values of integrated backscatter of left ventricular lateral wall were compared with results by stereological approach under eletronic and light microscope. Results Compared with control group, SHR group showed different integrated backscatter at interventricular septum, left ventricular posterior wall and left ventricular lateral wall(P

Objective:Total 621 cases of medical disputes occurred during 2000 to 2013 were analyzed retro-spectively, to investigate the dispute factors and analysis of improvement, to promote doctor-patient relationship. Methods:621cases of medical disputes from 2000 to 2013, on a case by case attributes are classified, analyzed two year interval comparison, find the dispute factors in evolution. Results:Through the analysis of 621 cases of disputes over property, complications of the disease cause dispute case first, economic reasons, the second medical defect. Conclusions:Analysis of the two year interval comparison shows:how to strengthen the hospital scientific management, innovative service mode, the medical system implemented is the important link of reducing medical disputes.

This study was aimed to explore the influence of extreme environment changes on the lung immune function in rats. Artificial climate system was used to simulate six extreme weathers, which were the sudden temperature increase (ZS), sudden temperature drop (ZJ), continuous high temperature (CG), continuous low temperature (CD), high temperature and high humidity (GWGS), normal temperature and high humidity (CWGS). And then, the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was adopted to detect bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and related immune substances in lung tissues. The results showed there was significant difference of ZJ on IL-10 (P<0.05). There were significant differences of CG, CD, GWGS, and CWGS on IL-6, INF-γ and sIgA (P<0.05). Contents of the GWGS group and CWGS group were higher than that of the CG group and CD group. There was very significant difference on IL-10 in the CD group (P<0.01). It was concluded that the extreme environment changes had different influence on body’s immune. And different intervention factors cause the body’s immune factors to response accordingly.

Objective:To Observe the effect of recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator (rt-PA) in treatment of acute myocardial infarct. Methods:Two groups of patients were observed. The subjects in the control group (35 patients) were treated with routine intervention, while those in thrombolysis group (15 patients) were treated with rt-PA in addition to the routine intervention. Results:There is a better outcome in the thrombolysis group as compared with that in the control group,in terms of length of angina relief, degree and length of EKG changes as well as the time for serum enzyme changes. The mortality rate in the thrombolysis group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The rt-PA for thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarct patients can reduce the infarct size and improve the cardiac function rapidly as well as increase the survival rate.

Objective Through developing the experimental animal model of ileal transposition (IT) with GK-rats,to explore the effects of ileal transposition on water and food intake, weight change and blood glucose. Methods Thirty male GK-rats were randomly assigned to three groups:IT(n =10),C (n =10) and B (n =10)group.Rats in IT group underwent ileal transposition, and others underwent sham operation.Every group was given sufficient clean water.Water and food intake, weight change blood glucose and oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) were recorded preoperatively and postoperatively. Results The total deaths of the experiment was four and the general survival rate was 88.6%.After operation, water intake reduced visibly in all groups,IT group was kept low level for a long time but not in C and B group. The food intake of IT group was lower than the other two groups during a certain period, but that phenomenon didnt last long. The weight change showed similarly to the food intake. The fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and OGTT were ameliorated significantly in IT group but not in B and C group. Conclusions It is feasible to develop ileal transposition animal models with GK-rats.Moreover,the author found that the influence of IT on weight in GK rats was transient, but on water intake and blood glucose was lasting.

Objective To study the effect of cadmium on the spatiotemporal sequence of Zic_2 expression in the development of the nervous system. Methods Wistar rats were used in the initial portion of the study.Male and female animals were housed together overnight;the presence of sperms by vaginal smearing methods the following morning indicated that copulation had occurred, and that day was designated embryonic day 0.5(E0.5).Forty dams were divided randomly into the control group and the cadmium exposure group. The dams in the cadmium exposure group were treated with cadmium at a dose of 4 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection. The dams of control and cadmium exposure groups were divided 4 subgroups respectively, sacrificed at various times on embryonic days 9.0,9.5,10.5,and 11.5,laparotomized and the one half pregnant uterus were taken out.The embryos were taken out under stereomicroscope and the morphological score of the nervous system were calculated. The other pregnant uterus were fixed fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde routinely embedded in paraffin and coronally sliced into slice 5 ?m of thickness for immunohistochemical staining. Results Cadmium could lead to dysplasia of nervous system in embryos of rats. The main manifestations were growth retardation, delay closure or unclosures pre- and post- neuropores, and so on.Developmental scores of the forebrain, midbrain and hindbrain of rat embryos in the cadmium exposure groups were lower than the corresponding control groups, and in cadmium exposure groups had significant difference compared with those in control group(P0.05).According to developmental overall scores of nervous system, the scores of the cadmium exposure groups were lower than that of the control groups with significant difference on E9.5,E10.0,E10.5 and E11.5(t=2.71,4.72,3.78,and 5.61 respectively, all P

Aim To investigate the therapeutic value of fosinopril in heart failure. Methods Thirty SD rats were divided into three groups at random.Rats in heart failure group and fosinopril group were given an 8 weeks overswimming exercise to induce heart failure and the heart failure rats in fosinogril group were treated with fosinopril orally (2 mg?kg?d-1) for 6 weeks.14 weeks later the hemodynamic indexes, myocardiac apoptosis rate, left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and myocardiac interstitial fibrosis were determined. Results The hemodynamic indexes in heart group were remarkably different from those in normal control group, while there was a significant improvement in fosinopril group (P

Objective To investigate the effect of exercise therapy on I° adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS). Methods 70 cases with I°AIS were included. 32 patients correcting posture themselves for 0.5 year or above were as control group, and the other 38 cases who accepted exercise therapy for 0.5 year were as treatment group. Their X-ray of spine before and after treatment were compared. Results The Cobb's angle, rotation of the spine, and compensatory improved after treatment in the treatment group (P<0.01), but no significant improvement was obsereved in the control group after 0.5 year. Conclusion Exercise therapy is safe and effective on I° AIS.
