1.Analysis of Determination of Urine Arsenic in 563 Cases

The urine arsenic of 563 workers was determined;an investigation on labor hygien in the workshop and a physical examination of these 563 cases were made.The results indicate that the present suggested value of urine arsenic is rather high in the Yunnan area.In order to raise the reference value of determining urine arsenic in the diagnosis of arsenic poisoning,we suggest that the upper limit of the normal value of urine arsenic be 0.1mg/L and establish an area health standard throughout the country.
2.Analysis of artificial femoral head replacement for treatment of senile femoral neck fracture

Objective To observe and analyze the outcome of artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture. Methods Artificial femoral head replacement was performed on 67 patients over 70 years. Results All cases were followed up for 22 months.Clinical evaluation was made from four aspects(including pain,function,joint activity and deformation)according to Harris criteria,excellent in 23 cases,good in 28 cases,fair in 13 cases and poor in 3 cases,with 76.1%excellent and good results.Conclusion Artificial femoral head replacement is an effective method for treatment of patients in the old-aged with femoral neck fracture.
3.INTERFERON-γAND INTERLEUKIN-10 IN BLOOD CHORIONIC WITH EARLY THREAT-ENED ABORTION

Objective To study clinical significance of INF -γ, IL-10 and Pregnancy hormonal changes in the serum of patients with early threatened abortion merged chorionic hemorrhage ( SCH ) .Methods 30 cases of pregnant patients with threatened abortion and SCH 5-9 weeks for the study group;30 cases of patients with threat-ened abortion pregnant 5-9 weeks no SCH for the control group I;and 30 cases of 5-9 weeks gestation in normal pregnant women as control group II .The concentrations of β-HCG, progesterone (p), estradiol (E2), INF-γand IL-10 in peripheral venous blood were assayed with enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results Pro-gesterone, estradiol and β-HCG had not statistical significance between the study group and the control group .β-HCG, Progesterone and E2 of the study group is significantly lower than the control group II , and it had a statistically significant difference (p<0.05).INF-γof the study group was significantly higher than control group II with statis-tical significance (p<0.05).IL-10 of study group was significantly lower than the control group II with statistical significance (p<0.05).Conclusion Increased INF-γand reduced IL-10 appeared in early threatened abortion with increased SCH .One of the important factors causing the chorionic hemorrhage is the increased INF -γand re-duced IL-10.
4.Research progress on biological behavior and molecular mechanism of histological transformation in follicular lymphoma

A variety of inert non Hodgkin' s lymphoma were converted into the risk of aggressive non Hodgkin' s lymphoma, especially in follicular lymphoma (FL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).The histological transformation is not an event driven by a single factor, but is the clonal evolution process of a variety of mechanisms.This article reviews the biological behavior of the transformation from the high risk factors, the evolution mode of cloning and the molecular mechanism of the occurrence of the transformation.
5.Analysis on peripheral blood smear red blood cell morphology in 93 patients of anemia

Objective To investigate the morphological characteristics of peripheral blood red blood cell (RBC) in the patients with anemia .Methods The peripheral blood smears were selected from 93 cases of anemia and performed the morphological exami‐nation by the automatic reading instrument ,the heteromorphic red blood cells were examined by the manual microscopy .Results Among 93 patients of anemia analyzed by the DM‐96 automatic blood cell morphological analytical system ,anisocytosis accounted for 77 .4% ,in which 48 .4% were mainly microcytic ,heteromorphic RBC accounted for 55 .9% ,the detection rate of polychromato‐phil RBC had large difference between the manual microscopy and the instrument automatic reading ,the hypochromic RBC accoun‐ted for 11 .8% .The top three places of detection rates in heteromorphic RBC were elliptocyte ,RBC fragment and RBC rouleaux ar‐rangement .Conclusion Peripheral blood erythrocyte morphology analysis has an important significance in the RBC diseases ,espe‐cially in the diagnosis ,prognosis and treatment of anemia ,which provides the important basis of morphology for the reliability of la‐boratory report .
6.Evidence and Approach of Benefiting Qi for Activating Blood Circulation Method on Prevention and Treatment of Early Myocardial Dysfunction in Senile Diabetics

In view of Inner Canon of Huangdi,deficiency of heart-QI and blockage of blood circulation is one of basic physical features in senile people.The senile diabetics have more risks in developing into pathogenesis character of deficiency of qi and blood stasis.In Clinic,it could be found by macroscopic syndrome and microcosmic examination.So we prefer that benefiting Qi for activating blood circulation method could be used to amelioration heart systole and diastolic function in elderly diabetes patients to improve their life qualities.
7.The Establishment of a Human Myeloma Cell Line 8310——IBTCHM 8310 and Observations of Its Biological Properties

A human myeloma cell line(IBTCHM8310) obtained from the bone marrow ofa patient who was diagnosed as multiplemyeloma has been repropagated to datefor 270 generations within 50 months.The cells recovered from cryopreserva-tion in liquid nitrogen for 17 times,grewand reproduced well.The growth curve shows that themultiplication of the cells were slow onthe first two days,then went straightly upand culminated on the 6th and 7th days.Chromosome analysis was performed on96 cells on metaphases of 164th generationand it was between 63-69.There was stilla prominent mode 65,66.Of each 1?10~5/mlcells suspension,0.5ml was injected in tra-peritoneally to nude mice,Significant tu-mor masses appeared 3 weeks after injec-tion.Pathological section showed that thecells were identical to those of their pa-rent line.

Four bdellovibrio bacteriovorus of Rhizobium japonicum were isolated in our country from field soils cropped to soybeans. The culture character, morphology, host range and the other biological properties of these bdellovibrio bacteriovorus of R. japonicum had a wide host range and a strong ability that lyse R. japonicum in field soils, and were one of main biological factors that lower the yield of soybeans.
9.Study on the preparation and in vitro release characteristics of super paramagnetic isoniazid sulfate-loaded PELA microsphere

Objective:To prepare super paramagnetic SPI-loaded PELA microsphere,study its release characteristics in vitro with the effect of oscillating magnetic fields.Methods:The nanospheres of super paramagnetic were prepared by chemical coprecipitation and then the super paramagnetic SPI-loaded PELA microspheres were prepared by double-emulsion/solvent evaporation method.Some factors affecting preparation technic,such as concentration of PVA,PELA concentration,speed of viscolizer and so on were studied.In addition, the drug release of super paramagnetic SPI-loaded PELA microsphere with the effect of oscillating magnetic fields was studied.Results: Factors for the optimal preparation technic included:speed of viscolizer of 13 000 r/min,inter water phase/oil phase of 1/20,volume ratio of water and magnetic fluid in inter water phase of 1/2,PELA concentration of 40 mg/ml,ultrasonic efficiency of 600 W,concentration of PVA of 1.5%.Oscillating magnetic field could improve the speed of drug release.Conclusion:Super paramagnetic SPI-loaded PELA microsphere were successfully prepared according to double-emulsion/solvent evaporation method.SPI-PELA-MS had the characteristics of sustained-release.The oscillating magnetic fields could promote drug release of SPI-PELA-MS.
10.Exppresion of miRNAs target regulating FASN in different invasion ability osteosarcoma cells

Objective To detect the exppresion level of miRNAs which may target fatty acid synthase(FASN) in osteosarcoma (OS) cells of diverse invasion ability ,and to select the miRNAs target regulating FASN ,acting as the basis to investigate the mech‐anism of OS metastasis .Methods The miRNA and microrna .org online software were adopted to forecast the miRNAs that might target regulate FASN(NM_004104);RT‐PCR was used to detect the expression level of the predicted miRNAs in HOS and U2‐OS cells ;the protein expression of FASN was detected by Western blot ;Transwell invasion assay was used to evaluated the invasive a‐bility of HOS and U2‐OS cells .Results Two prediction methods all showed that miR‐195/15a/15b/16/424/497 molecular might be target FASN gene;RT‐PCR result showed that the expression level of miR‐424 in HOS cells was significantly higher than that in U2‐OS cells ;the expression level of FASN was significantly higher in U2‐OS cells than that in HOS cells ;the invasive ability of U2‐OS cells is significantly higher than HOS cells .Conclusion The expression level of miR‐424 in OS cells may be negatively related to the invasive ability ,and miR‐424 likely may affect OS metastasis via targeting FASN .
