ObjectiveTo know the basic status of researches on the mental health of prostatitis patients in China by statistical analysis of the literature published in the past two decades and provide some reference for such studies.
METHODSUsing the bibliometrics method, we performed statistical analyses on the publication years, journals, and authors of the articles published in the core journals concerning the mental health of prostatitis patients in China as well as on the topics of the identified studies using their titles, key words and abstracts.
RESULTSTotally, 226 related studies were identified, of which 31 (by 29 authors) were published in the Chinese core journals. As for the topics of the included studies, 102 (45.13%) focused on the role and significance of psychotherapy in the treatment of prostatitis, 52 (23.01%) on the correlation of psychological factors with prostatitis, and 23 (10.18%) on the correlation of psychopathic factors with prostatitis complicated by sexual dysfunction. Most of the articles on the mental health of prostatitis patients were published in National Journal of Andrology.
CONCLUSIONSStudies on the mental health of prostatitis patients in China are carried out in varied institutions and different directions but, however, need to be furthered and deepened. For this condition, a comprehensive therapeutic mode of "prevention-communication-treatment" is coming into being, and the methodology for related researches is gradually turning from linear to stereoscopic.

To rapidly and accurately manipulate genome such as gene deletion, insertion and site mutation, the whole genome of a very virulent strain Md5 of Marek's disease virus (MDV) was inserted into bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) through homogeneous recombination. The recombinant DNA was electroporated into DH10B competent cells and identified by PCR and restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. An infectious clone of Md5BAC was obtained following transfection into chicken embryo fibroblast (CEF) cells. Furthermore, a lorf10 deletion mutant was constructed by two step Red-mediated homologous recombination. To confirm the specific role of gene deletion, the lorf10 was reinserted into the original site of MDV genome to make a revertant strain. All the constructs were rescued by transfection into CEF cells, respectively. The successful packaging of recombinant viruses was confirmed by indirect immunofluorescence assay. The results of growth kinetics assay and plaques area measurement showed that the lorf10 is dispensable for MDV propagation in vitro. Overall, this study successfully constructed an infectious BAC clone of MDV and demonstrated its application in genome manipulation; the knowledge gained from our study could be further applied to other hepesviruses.

6. Protective effect of Qingfei Jiedu formula on mice infected with influenza virus
Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2013;40(1):53-57
Objective To investigate the protective and treatment effect of Qingfei Jiedu formula on mice infected with influenza virus. Methods The mice were randomly divided into six groups: normal group, model group, positive drug-treated group, Qingfei Jie uformula-treate groups (3 iferentconcentrations). Intranasal infection with influenza virus was use to establish the model. Treatment was provided once a day for 6 days and the first was at 2 hours after intranasal infection. To observe the protective effect of Qingfei Jiedu formula the mice were raised and observe for14 days. The mortality average of survival time protection rate of death and rate of prolonging life were determine. To observe the treatment effect of Qingfei Jiedu formula in against influenza virus infection at the third day and sixth day after virus infection, the lung index, lung virus titer and lung tissue viral load were taken for evaluation. Results Compared with the model group, in 2. 5 and 1. 25 g/kg Qingfei Jiedu formula treated groups, the mortality significantly reduced the protection rate of death and the rate of prolonging life increased significantly, and the average survival time prolonged significantly (P <0.01). In addition the lung index lung virus titer and lung tissue viral load decreased significantly both at the third day and sixth day after the model was set up (P < 0. 01). Conclusion Qingfei Jiedu formula has a convincing anti - influenza virus activity.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the safety, effectiveness and consistency of "Zoning Method" foraminotomy in posterior cervical endoscopic surgery.
METHODS:
From March 2016 to October 2018, 21 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were enrolled. Endoscopic foraminotomy and nucleus pulposus enucleation were performed in the patients. There were 13 males and 8 females, aged from 35 to 56 years old with an average of (47.3±5.1) years. The surgical segment of 6 cases were C, 10 cases were C and 5 cases were C. The "Zoning Method" was proposed and used to complete the foraminotomy under endoscope, and then to perform nucleus pulposus removal and nerve root decompression. The operation length, intraoperative bleeding volume and complications were recorded, and NDI, VAS were evaluated before operation, 1 day after the operation and 1 week after the operation.
RESULTS:
All the operations were successful. The operation length was(46.10±26.39) min, intraoperative bleeding volume was (50.10±18.25) ml, and there were no complications such as nerve injury, dural tear or vertebral artery injury. All 21 patients were followed up for 3 to 9 months, with a median of 6 months. Postoperative VAS and NDI were obvious improved (<0.05);there was significant difference in VAS between postoperative 1 d and 1 week(<0.05);and there was no significant difference in NDI between postoperative 1 d and 1 week (>0.05).
CONCLUSION

BACKGROUNDThe radial artery (RA) is becoming a popular conduit for coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), yet data reporting the long-term results are rare. We reported our clinical, angiographic and intravascular ultrasound findings on 93 patients who had the RA used as part of the conduit for the CABG procedures during a 12-year period from June 2001 to June 2013.
METHODSA total of 118 radial artery conduits were harvested in 87 males and 6 females, age from 28 to 66 (mean 49.9) years. An "intra-operative Allen's test" was developed to safeguard blood supply to the arm and hand. A "double-clip & scissors-cut" technique was carried out to minimize the thermal injury to the radial artery from the diathermy. The left radial artery was used in 67 patients, the right in one, and bilateral radial arteries in 25 patients. One hundred and twenty-two out of 272 distal anastomoses (44.9%) were constructed with radial arteries, with an average of 2.9 grafts per patient (range 2-6).
RESULTSFollow-up angiography and intravascular ultrasound study at 3-139 postoperative months (mean 59 months) revealed a 93.1% RA patency. String sign occurred in one patient in whom the RA was directed to a big right coronary artery with a stenosis of around 50%. The patency for the internal mammary artery was 96.4%.
CONCLUSIONSThe RA is an excellent conduit that broadens the options for total arterial CABG surgery. Good graft patency could be achieved through careful harvesting techniques and choice of proper target coronary vessels.
