Ovarian hemangiomas are very uncommon and most are of the cavernous type. A few reports have described the radiologic findings of this neoplasm, but as far as the author is aware, the literature contains no description of calcified cavernous hemangioma. A case in which this condition involved the ovary is now reported.

Objective: To report a case of hemangioma arising from the mandible and its clinical presentation; describe the similarities with which mandibular hemangioma may mimic odontogenic and non-odontogenic lesions; and identify diagnostic and treatment modalities employed in these patients. Methods: Design: Case Report Setting: Tertiary Public Hospital Patient: One Results: A 12-year-old male with intractable gum bleeding exacerbated by intraoperative manipulation of a loose first premolar and uncontrolled by left external carotid ligation, underwent segmental mandibulectomy. The resected segment revealed multiple porosities and a hollow blood-filled cavity. Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma. Conclusion: Though rare, mandibular hemangiomas should be considered in lesions involving the mandible. Diagnosis is difficult with an array of lesions that may appear clinically and radiographically similar. The non-specific signs and symptoms of mandibular hemangioma could lead to exsanguinating hemorrhage if not attended to promptly.

Venous angioma and cavernous angioma have its own distinctive characteristics in the pathological, radiological, and clinical points of view. However, the chances of coexistence of two disease entities as the neuroimaging techniques developed, and highlight the possibility made us suspect that they might share the same pathogenesis. When they coexist, the clinical symptoms are almost always caused by cavernous angioma. Here, we report 2 cases of cavernous angioma coexisting with a venous angioma in the posterior fossa presenting acute brainstem dysfunction.

Hemangioma appearing on the conjuntiva is a rare benign tumor which may be derived from vessels of conjuntiva, sclera, ocular muscles and orbit. Recently, we have experienced two cases of well encapsulated movable, round and slightly nodular conjuntival masses which had smooth, dark bluish-red colored surfaces. The masses were simply excised and histopathologic study revealed cavernous hemangioma.

Vascular tumors of the breast are uncommon and occur, for the most part, in the form of angiosarcomas. Benign breast hemangiomas are especially rare, with few reports existing in the literature. We report a case of a subcutaneous cavernous hemangioma of the breast and describe the sonographic, MRI findings and pathologic features.

Hemangiomas result from proliferation of immature capillary vessels. This disorder in the genitourinary tract is a rare lesion. We experienced one case of a 31 years old man suffered from cavernous hemangioma of the penis shaft with painful erection. He was treated successfully with surgical excision. Herein, we report our experience and a critical review of the literature.
