OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the supply of emergency drugs. METHODS:The data of emergency drugs in the inpatients of our hospital were collected from hospital information system during 2012-2016,including the proportion and age of emergency patients, drug, clinical departments and disease types. The trend of emergency drugs was analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 software. RESULTS:The proportion of emergency patients and discharged patients were increasing year by year. The number of patients in <10 year-old and 10-19 year-old showed a declining trend year by year. The number of patients in 30-39 year-old,50-59 year-old and >60 year-old showed an increasing trend year by year. Among emergency drugs, the use frequency of Heparin sodium injection,Dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection and Flumethasone injection showed a declining trend year by year;the use fre-quency of Hemagglutination for injection,Penehyclidine ether injection,Atracurium besylate injection and Propofol injection showed an increasing trend year by year. Among clinical department, the number of pediatric patients showed a declining trend year by year;the number of patients in obstetrics department, emergency department, cardiology department, micro hand surgery department and pediatric surgery department showed an increasing trend year by year. Among emergency disease types, the number of patients with re-spiratory system disease, infectious and parasitic diseases showed a declining trend year by year;the number of patients with circula-tion system disease, injury and poisoning, certain other consequences of external factors, digestive system diseases,pregnancy,child-birth and puerperium disease as well as some cases originated in the perinatal period showed an increasing trend year by year. CON-CLUSIONS:With the change of the proportion, age and disease type of emergency patients, the type and utilization rate of emergen-cy drugs have changed. It is necessary to adopt effective measures to guarantee the supply of emergency drugs.

The effects of antisense oligodeoxynucleotide (antisense ODN) to follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) on the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were studied in primary culture cells derived from human ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma (OMC). The prlmary OMC cells were cultured with the enzyme digestion method, and the expression of pan Keratin protein and FSHR mRNA was detected for identification of the cells. OMC cells were co-cultured with antisense ODN, nonsense ODN and FSH with different concentrations for 48 h and 72 h. The expression of PCNA and VEGF was detected by using SP immunohistochemistry. Compared with that in the control group, the PCNA and VEGF expression was increased obviously in FSH groups (P<0.05 or P< 0.01), while decreased significantly in antisense ODN groups (P<0. 05 or P<0.01) and unchanged in nonsense ODN groups, respectively. Meanwhile, antisense ODN could antagonize the increased expression of PCNA and VEGF caused by FSH significantly (P<0.01). It was suggested that FSH might promotethe development of OMC to some extent. Antisense ODN could inhibit the proliferative activity of OMC cells and the promoting proliferative activity enhanced by FSH.

Purpose:
The purpose of this study was to develop a Humanistic Practice Ability of Nursing (HPAN) scale adapted to China and validate its psychometric properties.
Methods:
The original HPAN scale was revised through a literature review. Sixteen experts who met the inclusion criteria were consulted 2 rounds by the Delphi method. According to their suggestions and opinions, the structure, content, and semantics of each item of HPAN were modified, and a HPAN scale was preliminarily developed. The HPAN scale was validated through item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, convergent validity, and reliability. The data came from 406 first-class hospital nurses.
Results:
A 5-dimension, 29-item HPAN scale demonstrated satisfactory fit with significant factor loadings. The split-half reliability coefficient of the scale was .98, the split-half reliability coefficient of each dimension was .86–.99, Cronbach's α coefficient was .96, and the Cronbach's α coefficient of each dimension was .87–.98. The model fit of the scale was good, and the items of the scale showed convergent and discriminant validity.
Conclusion
The HPAN scale indicated that the reliability and validity were good. It is easy to imply factors of HPAN. This scale can be used to assess the HPAN.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2021;43(12):1219-1225
Objective:To establish the UPLC fingerprint analysis method for Puerariae Lobamle Radix. Methods:The column was Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A)-0.1% formic acid (b), gradient elution, flow rate was 0.3 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The sample volume was 2 μl, and the similarity evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint was adopted. The cluster analysis, principal component analysis and partial least square method in SPSS software were used to judge the differences of Pueraria lobata from different habitats. Results:With puerarin as reference peak, 22 common peaks were calibrated, and 6 peaks were identified. The similarity of 25 batches of samples was above 0.990 except S22 was 0.935, which indicated that the samples were with good consistency. Through cluster analysis, principal component analysis and partial least square analysis, 25 batches of Puerariae Lobamle Radix can be clustered into 4-5 categories, and different components such as 3'-hydroxy puerarin were found. The extraction process of Puerariae Lobamle Radix was optimized based on analytic hierarchy process and multi-index orthogonal test. The results showed that adding 50% ethanol 40 ml and refluxing for 40 min was the best extraction process. Conclusion:UPLC fingerprint is suitable for Puerariae Lobamle Radix, and the results are reliable. It can be used as a quality evaluation method for Puerariae Lobamle Radix.

AIM: To establish a population pharmacokinetics (PPK) model of vancomycin in patients with hematological diseases who developed neutropenia. METHODS: Patients from department of hematology with neutropenia in our hospital were taken into oue study. The patients (n=77) were performed trough and peak serum concentration of vancomycin, and their clinical data and medication information were collected. The Nonlinear mixed effect modeling approach (NONMEM) was used to establish the PPK model of those patients and model assessment and validation was carried out. Goodneess of fit plots and visual predictive check plus Bootstrap approach were used to assess validate our model. RESULTS: The model was a two compartment model, the final formulas were: clearance rate CL=6.84×(BW/70)
