2.Preparation and Quality Control of Anti-inflammatory Dental Ulcer Film

OBJECTIVE: To prepare anti-inflammatory dental ulcer film and establish its quality standard. METHODS: Drug-containing mortar and blank mortar were prepared to prepare compound film agent. HPLC was used to the quantitative analysis of indirubin. RESULTS: The preparation had well appearance and its detection of index was up to the standard stated in Chinese Pharmacopeia. The linear range of indirubin was 0.8~6.4 ?g?mL-1 (r=0.999 8) with an average recovery rate of 100.65% (RSD=1.07%,n=6). CONCLUSION: The formula of preparation is reasonable, the preparation method is simple and applicable and determination method is accurate and reliable.
3.Compatible Stability of Shuxuening Injection with Meglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate Injection

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the compatible stability of shuxuening injection with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate Injection.METHODS:The mixture of shuxuening injection and meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate injection in 5% glucose or 0.9% NaCl injection was investigated in respect of its appearance,particles,pH value and absorbability value,respectively using microscope,pH-meter and UV spectrophotometer.RESULTS:No significant change was noted in appearance,particles,pH value and absorbability value for the mixture at 25 ℃ within 6 h after mixing.CONCLUSION:Shuxuening injection was stable in meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate injection and the two drugs can be mixed to use.
4.Effect of doctor-nurse cooperation in multi-plane operation of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

Objective To discuss the treatment effect of doctor-nurse cooperation in multi-plane operation of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods 73 patients with multi-planar surgery due to OSAHS were divided into the observation group (38 cases) and the control group(35 cases) in our department from January 2008 to December 2012.Health care was strengthened throughout the course of treatment in the observation group and traditional treatment and care were adopted in the control group.Short-term and long-term efficacy,intraoperative and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results The operation of short-term effective rate was 100%,and significant differences were found in the long-term efficacy between the two groups.There were significant differences in nasal bleeding during surgery,one-time intubation success rate and the significances were found in postoperative pain,extubation time,lung infection and soft palate regurgitation between two groups.Conclusions The implementation of the multi-plane surgery for patients with OSAHS can effectively improve the short-term efficacy of the patients throughout the course of treatment.Strengthening doctor-nurse cooperation effectively improve the patients' long-term efficacy,reducing the patients' intraoperative and postoperative complications.

6.Comparative Analysis of the Instructions of Original and Domestic Generic Levofloxacin Injections

OBJECTIVE:To provide suggestions for improving the quality of the instructions of domestic generic Levofloxacin injections. METHODS:A set of instructions of original Levofloxacin injection and 20 sets of instructions of domestic generic Levo-floxacin injections(with three kinds of acid radicals)were compared and analyzed in warning,indications,dosage and administra-tion,medication for children,drug interactions,toxicology,pharmacokinetics,etc. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The rate of re-cording indications,dosage and administration and pharmacokinetics among the 21 sets of instructions is high,up to 100%. Among the instructions of domestic generic Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection,Levofloxacin lactate injection and Levofloxacin mesylate injection,the rates of mentioning a tendon injury in the warning section are 30.00%,0 and 33.33% respectively;those of recording antibacterial spectrum in the indications section are 10.00%,0 and 33.33% respectively;those of recording the specif-ic results of drug interactions are 10.00%,0 and 66.67% respectively;and those of recording toxicological information are 70.00%,85.71% and 33.33% respectively,all of which are lower than the recording rates of 100% for the instructions of original one. In the instructions of domestic generic Levofloxacin injection,there is a lack of clinical trial data in the sections of dosage and administration,medication for children and toxicology and of pharmacokinetic parameters for patients with impaired liver/kidney function and special population in the pharmacokinetics section. It is suggested that the manufacturers of domestic generic Levoflox-acin injections should improve the specific contents of the instructions;the instructions regulatory authorities should improve the ad-ministration of instructions examination and approval;and doctors and pharmacists should strictly follow the instructions.

The article introduced advances of pharmacokinetic studies of topiramate, a new antiepileptic agent, in recent years. Topiramate pharmacokinetic parameters were determined after the administrations of single dose, multiple dose and concomitant therapy. The changes of its pharmacokinetic parameters were determined in the influence of the factors, for example, age, disease, and so on. These results have revealed the regulations of metabolism and excretion of topiramate in the healthy volunteers and patients. The data provide a basis of clinical rational medication for the patiens with epilepsy.

To study ecology suitability rank dividing of the total alkaloid content of Coptis Rhizoma for selecting artificial planting base and high-quality industrial raw material in Chongqing province. Based on the investigation of PCB and DEM data of Chongqing province, the relationship between the total alkaloid content in Coptis Rhizoma and topographical conditions was analyzed by statistical analysis. The geographic information systems (GIS)-based assessment and landscape ecological principles were applied to assess eco logy suitability areas of Coptis Rhizoma in Chongqing. slope, aspect and altitude are main topographical factors that affect the content of the total alkaloid content in Coptis Rhizoma The total alkaloid content in Coptis Rhizoma is higher in the lower altitude, shady slope and bigger slope areas. The total alkaloid content is higher in the south areas of Chongqing province and lower in the northeast. Terrain conditions of the southern region of Chongqing are most suitable for The accumulated of total alkaloid Coptis Rhizoma content.

9.Biological effects of different fractionated irradiation on pancreas after

Objective To investigate the damages on pancreas after different fractionated irradiation in rats.Methods Eighy healthy adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups with 20 rats in each group as conventional fractionated irradiation group with 2 Gy per fraction to a dose of 12 Gy,hypofractionated radiation group with one fraction of 12 Gy,middle-dose fractionated radiation group with 6 Gy per fraction to a dose of 12 Gy in the interval of 4 days and control group without radiation.Changes in weight,fasting blood glucose and amylase were measured and morphological changes were observed in different periods.Results In the experimental groups,the reduction was observed in fasting glucose at 4 d,reached a minimum of (3.1 ±0.1 ) mmol/L,(LSD-t =20.06 -28.74,P <0.001 ) and the increase of amylase was found after 4th and 7th day,reached a maximum of (84.5 ±6.4) U/L(Dunnett's-t=23.10 -46.10,P < 0.001 ),both more obvious in hypofractionated radiation group than those of conventional fractionated radiation group and middle-dose fractionated radiation group ( LSD-t =8.72-9.71,Dunnett's-t =7.11,P < 0.05 ),however the levels in conventional fractionated radiation group was nearly to middle-dose fractionated radiation group (P > 0.05 ) and became normal at 14 d.Under light microscope,the necrosis of acinarcells was observed in hypofractionated radiation group at 4th d,interstitial fibrogenesis were found at 14 d,the fibrogenesis were found in pancreatic island at 21 d,and the hyperplasia of acinarcells was observed at 42 d.The same changes were found in conventional fractionated radiation group and middle-dose fractionated radiation group,which were gently and lately than those of hypofractionated radiation group.Conclusions Radiation injury is not more serious after middle-dose fractionated radiotherapy than that after conventional fractionated irradiation,when the proper fractional dose and intervals are chosen.
10.Determination of dynamic parameters of interaction between methotrexate enantiomer and dihydrofolate reductase by affinity capillary electrophoresis

Objective To develop a method for the determination of the dynamic parameters of interaction between methotrexate(MTX)enantiomer and dihydrofolate reductase(DHFR).Methods An affinity capillary electrophoresis(ACE)method was adopted.Using bare fused-silica capillary,the electrophoresis buffer was 50 mmoL/L sodium tetraborate with 0.2%Brij-35,pH 9.50.The temperature of separation was controlled at 25℃ and a voltage of 25 kV was applied.The separation of the reaction mixture was performed at a wavelength of 254 nm.The difference of peak areas about the product was used to calculate the inhibitory rate and IC50 values.Results We establish the detection method for the dynamic parameters of interaction between MTX enantioner and DHFR.The separation of the reaction mixture could be achieved within 30 min.The IC50 value of D-(-)-MTX and L-(+)-MTX were 3.17×10-7 and 2.48×10-8mol/L,respective.The IC50 value of the D-(-)-MTX was 31.67×10-8mol/L,the L-(+)-MTX was2.48×10-8mol/L.The IC50 value of the D-(-)-MTX was about 13 times higher than that of the L-(+)-MTX.Conclusions ACE is a rapid.simple and accurate method that can be used to monitor DHFRdynamic reaction.The IC50 values of MTX enantiomer were quite different.The result first indicated that reaction between MTX enantiomer and DHFR had three-dimensional selection.
