1.Application of multiple tumor marker protein chip in diagnosis of digestive system tumors
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(8):615-617
Multiple tumor marker protein chip(C-12) quantitatively measures the level of twelve tumor marker proteins in human serum, therefore can assist the diagnosis of liver cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer and bile duct cancer. Compared with current diagnostic methods, C-12 is less time consuming, requires smaller samples, and still provides a wider detecting range and a higher accuray. C-12plays an important role in clinical dignosis of digestive system tumors.
2.An analysis on results of different detection methods for hepatitis B virus surface antigen
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(9):1164-1165
Objective To analyze the results of gold labeled immunochromatographic assay (GICA ) ,enzyme-linked immunosor-bent assay (ELISA ) and time resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA ) detection for hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg ) . Methods GICA ,ELISA and TRFIA were employed to conduct the HBsAg testing in 11 058 specimens .Results The HBsAg posi-tive rates of GICA ,ELISA and TRFIA detection in 11 ,058 specimens were 15 .52% ,15 .64% and 15 .95% ,respectively ,with no statistically significant difference when pairwise comparison performed (P>0 .05) .In specimens which results of TRFIA quantita-tive detection was 0 .2- <2 .0 ng/mL ,the diagnostic compliance rates of GICA ,ELISA were 25 .0% and 75 .0% ,respectively .Con-clusion The diagnostic compliance rates of GICA ,ELISA detection in specimens with low concentration HBsAg are deceased .
3.Development of catheter ablation in children with tachycardia
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(13):965-968
With a high success and low recurrence, catheter ablation has become the standard of cure in children with tachycardia. With the innovation of mapping ablation techniques, catheter ablation for children with tachycardia has been developed. In this review, green cardiac electrophysiology, complex arrhythmias ablation with electroanatomic mapping systems and cryoablation in children will be discussed.
4.Analysis of application of clinical nursing pathway in maintenance hemodialysis patients
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;(10):36-38
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway on maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Totally 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis between January 1 and December 31 2009 were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group with 60 patients in each group. The clinical pathway was established and applied to the observation group. The treatment effect was compared between two groups. Results The incidence of complications and nursing errors declined with the application of clinical nursing pathway, and the doctor's orders compliance and the satisfaction and quality of care were improved significantly.Conelusions The application of clinical nursing pathway in maintenance hemodialysis patients is an effective method for improving overall care quality and the satisfaction degree of the patients with nursing,so as to improve their survival rate.
5.Preliminary discussion on application of game-learning idea in medical computer teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(8):803-805
Computer science is not important enough in the medical university curriculum and students do not like this course. Therefore, game-teaching methods were employed to enrich teaching methods,to make medical teaching more vivid and to promote medical students' learning interests. In this paper, application of game-learning idea in the medical teaching process was discussed from multiple aspects including the story of the game, incentives of the game and the punitive measures of the game.
6.Research progress on tumor-associated macrophage in gastric cancer
Practical Oncology Journal 2014;(3):272-275
It has been confirmed that tumor invasion and metastasis is not only dependent on the charac -teristics of the tumor ,but also dependent on the tumor microenvironment .Tumor-associated macrophage ( TAM) , which constitutes a large number of the tumor -infiltrating immune cells,is stimulated into M1 macrophage and M2 macrophage by different signals in the tumor microenvironment .Whereas the vast majority of studies with nu-merous tumor types show that the presence of M 2 phenotypes in the tumor microenvironment is associated with a worse prognosis ,most studies in gastric cancer also claim the same results .Hypoxia and coagulation factors may both contribute to it .It has identified that the function of TAM could be changed with their location of tumor ,but it has nothing to do with cell differentiation and cell type of gastric cancer .In this review,we summarize the differ-ent and controversial effects of TAM in gastric cancer .
7.Current Status of Multimodal Therapy for Advanced Gastric Carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2004;0(01):-
Objective To review the research advancement of multimodal therapy for advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods The literatures on multimodal therapy for advanced gastric carcinoma in recent years were collected and reviewed. Results The multimodal therapy, such as preoperative chemotherapy, preoperative adjuvant chemoradiotherapy, preoperative interventional chemoradiotherapy for advanced gastric carcinoma was effective because it could increase the rate of R0 resection for the patients with advanced gastric carcinoma. And it can decrease the mortality rate after operation, extend the overall survival time and improve patients' life quality. Conclusion Multimodal therapy is a promising method for the treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma and it should be further developed.
8.Geometrical Morphology of the Human Coronary Arteries
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
Five resin casts of the coronary arteries and the hislological sections of three hesrts with the arteries injected Chinese ink were prepared in human adult autopsy subjec s . 3187 branches of the coronary arterial trees were counted and measured . By Strahler's system the branch pattern of the coronary arterial tree was described . According to the analysis of the geometrical morphology data, the relationships between the diameter , the length and the number of branches in each order and the branch order show the exponential function respectively , which have high correlation significance (p

10.Optimal Problems of Coronary Arterial Branches
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
This paper reports the results of the study of 334 bifurcations in the coronary arterial trees of human adults and 245 dogs. The morphological features of the bifurcations ard measured by a microprojector and analysed with Murray's minimum energy principle. The results accord with the theoretical predictions based on the optimal principle, except a low percentage of errors.
