International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(9):1164-1165
Objective To analyze the results of gold labeled immunochromatographic assay (GICA ) ,enzyme-linked immunosor-bent assay (ELISA ) and time resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA ) detection for hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg ) . Methods GICA ,ELISA and TRFIA were employed to conduct the HBsAg testing in 11 058 specimens .Results The HBsAg posi-tive rates of GICA ,ELISA and TRFIA detection in 11 ,058 specimens were 15 .52% ,15 .64% and 15 .95% ,respectively ,with no statistically significant difference when pairwise comparison performed (P>0 .05) .In specimens which results of TRFIA quantita-tive detection was 0 .2- <2 .0 ng/mL ,the diagnostic compliance rates of GICA ,ELISA were 25 .0% and 75 .0% ,respectively .Con-clusion The diagnostic compliance rates of GICA ,ELISA detection in specimens with low concentration HBsAg are deceased .
2.Application of multiple tumor marker protein chip in diagnosis of digestive system tumors
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(8):615-617
Multiple tumor marker protein chip(C-12) quantitatively measures the level of twelve tumor marker proteins in human serum, therefore can assist the diagnosis of liver cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer and bile duct cancer. Compared with current diagnostic methods, C-12 is less time consuming, requires smaller samples, and still provides a wider detecting range and a higher accuray. C-12plays an important role in clinical dignosis of digestive system tumors.
3.Current Status of Multimodal Therapy for Advanced Gastric Carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2004;0(01):-
Objective To review the research advancement of multimodal therapy for advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods The literatures on multimodal therapy for advanced gastric carcinoma in recent years were collected and reviewed. Results The multimodal therapy, such as preoperative chemotherapy, preoperative adjuvant chemoradiotherapy, preoperative interventional chemoradiotherapy for advanced gastric carcinoma was effective because it could increase the rate of R0 resection for the patients with advanced gastric carcinoma. And it can decrease the mortality rate after operation, extend the overall survival time and improve patients' life quality. Conclusion Multimodal therapy is a promising method for the treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma and it should be further developed.
4.Geometrical Morphology of the Human Coronary Arteries
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
Five resin casts of the coronary arteries and the hislological sections of three hesrts with the arteries injected Chinese ink were prepared in human adult autopsy subjec s . 3187 branches of the coronary arterial trees were counted and measured . By Strahler's system the branch pattern of the coronary arterial tree was described . According to the analysis of the geometrical morphology data, the relationships between the diameter , the length and the number of branches in each order and the branch order show the exponential function respectively , which have high correlation significance (p
5.Study on Equilibrium Solubility of Aesculin and Its Apparent Oil/Water Partition Coefficient
China Pharmacy 2007;0(29):-
OBJECTIVE: To study the equilibrium solubility of aesculin and its apparent oil/water partition coefficient, and to provide basis for absorption mechanism study.METHODS: Equilibrium solubility of aesculin at the pH of 1.2~8.0 was determined by saturation method. The apparent oil/water partition coefficients of aesculin were determined by shaking flask method.RESULTS: The equilibrium solubility of aesculin at the pH of 1.2~6.8 was fluctuated slightly;it increased rapidly at the pH of 7.4;the maximum equilibrium solubility of aesculin was obtained at the pH of 8.0(10.58 g?L-1).The oil/water partition coefficient of aesculin changed slowly at the pH of 1.2~6.0;it decreased significantly at the pH of 6.0;the minimum oil/water partition coefficient was obtained at the pH of 8.0(0.03).CONCLUSIONS: The equilibrium solubility of aesculin and its apparent oil/water partition coefficient are associated with the pH of medium. The reason that aesculin has no effect on uric acid after oral administration is relevant to poor gastrointestinal tract absorption ability.

7.Optimal Problems of Coronary Arterial Branches
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
This paper reports the results of the study of 334 bifurcations in the coronary arterial trees of human adults and 245 dogs. The morphological features of the bifurcations ard measured by a microprojector and analysed with Murray's minimum energy principle. The results accord with the theoretical predictions based on the optimal principle, except a low percentage of errors.
8.Biomechanical Properties of Coronary Arteries in Human.Ⅲ.Static Elastic Moduli,Microstructure and Clinical Significance
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(04):-
For the 1st and 2nd pts.see ibid vol.11,no.4t p.241 & p.251 (1989).The anterior interventricular branch and the circumflex branch of the left coronary artery and the right coronary artery were excised from 7 autopsy adult subjects without heart diseases.A biaxial loading test lor the vascular specimens was completed, which was simultaneously finished in the internal thoracic artery (ITA) and the great saphenous vein (GSV) of the same subjects in order to compare with the coronary arteries.Elastic moduli of the vessels increased with increasing pressure in the vessels. As compared with GSV the mechanical properties of ITA ap-proach the coronary arteries. It is assumed that the coronary artery bypass grafting choose ITA before GSV in view of the mechanical properties of the vascular walls.A ratio of collagen per elastin may be used as an index of the arterial elasticity. It is discussed that the biomechanical properties of the arteries may influence the pathogenesis of the arteriosclerosis.
9.Bio mechanical Properties of Coronary Aiteries in Human Ⅱ.The Stress-Strain Relationship under Biaxial Loading
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(04):-
For the first pt.see ibid vol.11 no.4,p.241 (1989).The anterior interven-tricular branch aad the circumflex branch of the left coronary artery, and the right coronary were excised from 7 autopsy adult subjects without heart diseases.A biaxial loading test for the vascular specimens was completed, which was simultaneously finished in the internal thoracic artery(ITA) and the great saphenous vein (GSV) of the same subjects in order to compare with the coronary arteries.Stress-strain relationships of the vessels were expressed by the exponential strain energy function. The meaning of the two-dimensional material constants for the vessels are discussed.
