1.Recent Progress of Studies on Endogenous Angiogenesis Inhibitive Factors and Their Possible Effect in Therapy of Hepatocarcinoma
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(02):-
Objective To introduce the possible effect of endogenous angiogenesis inhibitive factors in the therapy of hepatocarcinoma. Methods Recent relevant literatures were reviewed. Results Endogenous angiogenesis inhibitive factors can suppress the growth of tumor blood vessels, which might head off the development and metastasis of hepatocarcinoma effectively. This might provide a new approach to the therapy of hepatocarcinoma. Conclusion Recent studies on endogenous angiogenesis inhibitive factors will be helpful in the prevention and treatment of hepatocarcinoma.
3.The targeting expression of IL-2 gene driven by alpha fetoprotein promoter and hepatitis B virus envelope in hepatic carcinoma cell
Cancer Research and Clinic 2014;26(1):20-23
Objective To observe if IL-2 gene can express in hepatic carcinoma cells by double targeting of hepatitis B virus envelope (HBVE) and alpha fetoprotein (AFP) promoter. Methods HepG2 cells,L02 cells, and HepG2.2.15 cells were cultured in vitro.HBVE was obtained by PEG8000 concentration assay, and the acquired HBVE was used to pack recombintional gene.Human AFP promoter-IL-2 recombinational gene was obtained by PCR.Then HepG2 cells and L02 cells were transfected by transient transfection and the expression of IL-2 was detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. Results IL-2 was detected in HepG2 cells by RT-PCR and Western blot but not in L02 cells. Conclusion By using HBVE as a gene transporter, human AFP promoter-IL-2 recombinational gene can express in hepatic carcinoma cells, thereby it can increase the safety of exogenous gene transfection of hepatic carcinoma cells.
4.Therapeutic Observation of Moxibustion plus Cang Gui Tan Xue Needling Method for Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(7):660-662
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion plus Cang Gui Tan Xue (dark turtle seeking hole) needling method in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Method Sixty patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by moxibustion plus Cang Gui Tan Xue needling method, and the control group was by simple needling method. The symptom and sign score was observed before and after 2-course treatment, and the clinical efficacy was compared. Result The total effective rate was 90.0%in the treatment group versus 83.3%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the symptom and sign scores were significantly changed in both groups (P<0.05). There was a significant difference in comparing the symptom and sign score between the two groups after intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion plus Cang Gui Tan Xue needling method is effective in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.
5.The Training Mode and Appraisal Mechanism of Clinical Community Skills in General Practice
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
Clinical communication skills are the one of seven lowest requirements of global medical education. This review emphasizes the importance of cultivating communication skills in general medical, indicates the defections of curriculum installation and discusses the training mode and examination mechanism.

Objective To observe the effect of pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) of different intensities on the biomechanical properties of the femur in ovariectomized rats so as to determine the intensity for the best therapeutic efficacy. Methods Fifty female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into (1) a sham-operated control group (no PEMF treatment) , (2) ovariectomized control group (no PEMF treatment) (3) ovariectomized group Ⅰ (PEMF treatment at 8 Hz and 0.77 mT intensity, 40 min daily for 30 days) (4) ovariectomized group Ⅱ (PEMF treatment at 8 Hz and 3.82 mT intensity, 40 min daily for 30 days) and (5) ovariectomized group Ⅲ( PEMF treatment at 8 Hz and 9.87 mT intensity, 40 min daily for 30 days). Except for the 10 rats of the sham-operated control group, all the others received a standard ovariectomy. Serum estradiol (E2) and the biomechanical properties of one femur (peak load, maximum displacement, maximum energy absorption, maximum stress, maximum strain and modulus of elasticity) were assessed after 30 days of PEMF treatment. Results In group Ⅱ the biomechanical properties of the femur were significantly better than in group Ⅰ or the ovariectomized control group. In groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ the biomechanical properties of the femur were not significantly better than in the sham-operated group. In group Ⅱ the biomechanical properties of the femur were significantly better than in groups Ⅰ or Ⅲ. Conclusion PEMFs at 3.82 mT can improve the biomechanical properties of the femur significantly.
8.Surgical treatment of Tibia plateau fracture:a clinical analysis of 32 cases
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(7):465-467
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of surgery treatment of the Tibia plateau fracture. Methods Thirty-two cases diagnosed Tibial plateau fracture were performed internal fixation and bone grafting surgery treatment. Results According to Rasmussen Evaluation, there were the gifted 22 cases(68.8%)excellent,6 cases(18.8%)good,2 cases(6.3%)ordinary,2 cases(6.3%)poor.The good rate Was 87.6%.Conclusions Surgery is effective to trot Tibial plateau fracture.A stable internal fixation,as far as possible, reduces the blood supply to fracture block interference and protects joint subsidiary structure to correct joint function rehabilitation treatment.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2009;25(6):862-864
Objective; To explore the possible effect of hyperthermia combined with Prog on a human tongue cancer cell line Tca8113 and drug-resistance cell line Tca8113/BLM in vitro. Methods; The effect of hyperthermia combined with Prog on Tca8113 and Tca8113/ BLM cells were determined by MTT. The concentration of ADM, the expression of P-gp and MRP were detected by flow cytometry (FCM). Results;Compared with Prog or hyperthermia, the hyperthermia at 41 X. for 1 h combined with Prog showed obvious inhibitory effect in Tca8113 and Tca8113/BLM cells(P<0.01). The concentration of ADM in Tca8113 and Tca8113/BLM cells increased obvi-ously(P<0.01). Expression levels of P-gp and MRP in Tca8113 and Tca8113/BLM cells decreased significantly. Conclusion:The hyperthermia combined with Prog can increase the intracellular concentration of ADM in Tca8113 and Tca8113 /BLM cells, which reverse the drug-resistance of Tca8113/BLM cells to BLM and down-regulate expressions of P-gp and MRP.
