Objective:To investigate the rational use of antiplatelet drugs and provide references for clinical utilization. Method:The sales amount, defined daily dose(DDDS) and daily expense(DDDc) of antiplatelet drugs in senile wards of our hospital were collected and analyzed, and other kinds of drugs which had drug interaction with aspirin were monitored by the Prescription Automatic Screening System(PASS) during 2007-2008.Result:Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate Tablet was No.1 of all DDDs and Alprostadil Fat Emulsiom Injection was the most expensive of all the antiplatelet drugs, and the DDDs of aspirin was lower only than that of Clopidogrel Hydrogen;moreover, there were some problems in the clinical use of aspirin. Conclusion:The antiplatelet drug utilization in the senile wards almost meets with the guidelines and develops towards the direction to use new drugs with good action and few side-effects,but needs further standardization.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the generalization of automatic unit-dose tablet sorting and counting machine (ATM) in hospital pharmacy. METHODS: The preparative work and the working procedure of the ATM were introduced, and the advantages, the causes of medication errors and the problems related to the application of the ATM were analyzed. RESULTS: ATM helped to enhance the dispensing efficiency, improve the sanitation of drugs, ensure drug safety to great extent and improve the drug control. However, sometimes it might bring about medication errors. 236 (0.48%) of the total 49 059 medical orders analyzed in our study were found to be of medication errors. CONCLUSIONS: ATM has great application value. The wide use of ATM is consistent with the tendency of pharmacy automation, yet its use remains to be further improved.

In recent years, the emergence of single-port laparoscopic technology promoted the development of the technology of laparoscopy, but deficiencies like equipment conflict or lack of triangulation severely hampered the clinical application of this technology. The appearance of single-port laparoscopic flexible instruments makes up for those deficiencies to a great extent. The element is to add a wrist joint to the tip of the instrument to form triangulation and reduce equipment conflict. But this technique is still in an early stage of development. The purpose of this article is to summarize the characteristics and problems of existing flexible single-port laparoscopic instruments, and to provide information for the further improvement, finally the future development was expected.

OBJECTIVE: To improve the quality, efficiency and management of hospital pharmacy dispensing work. METHODS: Following the principle of logistics, the drug dispensing path was planned as a whole to reduce the ineffective drug handling, and the dispensing process was designed and machines were reasonable utilized. RESULT & CONCLUSION: Improving pharmacy dispensing work in line with the principle of logistics is conducive to the improving of both quality and efficiency of dispensing work, strengthening of management and lowering of labor intensity.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(6):427-431
Liver transplantation is the only way to treat end-stage liver disease. In order to overcome the shortage of donor, marginal donors have been used widely, which bring about a series of problems. Machine perfusion can stimulate the circulation in vivo and is beneficial for the protection of liver. It could also improve the graft function and reduce postoperative complications, which makes it a hot spot in recent years. The aim of this study is to summarize the current status and prospects of application of machine perfusion on clinical liver transplantation.

7.Pharmaceutical care for anti-infectious treatment of febrile neutropenia:a case report
Journal of Pharmaceutical Practice 2016;34(4):363-365
Objective To discuss the pharmaceutical care experience of the clinical pharmacist in anti-infectious treatment of one patient with febrile neutropenia .Methods The clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of the patient with fe-brile neutropenia .According to the patient's laboratory indices and vital signs ,the pharmacist assisted clinicians to formulate the anti-infection regimen ,recommend for rational use of drugs ,carried out drug education to the patient ,and track drug effi-cacy and adverse drug reactions (ADR) .Results The patient's infection was well controlled and effectively avoid the occurrence of ADR .Conclusion With pharmaceutical care through clinical pharmacists ,infection in the patient with febrile neutropenia would be controlled ,the patient's life quality could be improved .

Predicting protein-coding genes still remains a significant challenge. Although a variety of computational programs that use commonly machine learning methods have emerged, the accuracy of predictions remains a low level when implementing in large genomic sequences. Moreover, computational gene finding in newly sequenced genomes is especially a difficult task due to the absence of a training set of abundant validated genes. Here we present a new gene-finding program, SCGPred,to improve the accuracy of prediction by combining multiple sources of evidence.SCGPred can perform both supervised method in previously well-studied genomes and unsupervised one in novel genomes. By testing with datasets composed of large DNA sequences from human and a novel genome of Ustilago maydi, SCGPred gains a significant improvement in comparison to the popular ab initio gene predictors. We also demonstrate that SCGPred can significantly improve prediction in novel genomes by combining several foreign gene finders with similarity alignments, which is superior to other unsupervised methods. Therefore, SCGPred can serve as an alternative gene-finding tool for newly sequenced eukaryotic genomes. The program is freely available at http://bio.scu.edu.cn/SCGPred/.

This study shows the case of a patient with peroneus brevis tendon rupture in ankle fracture. The patient com-plained of swelling, pain and activity limitation in her right ankle caused by sprain. She was diagnosed with ankle fracture, supina-tion-adduction (Lauge-Hansen typing) by medical history, physical examination and imaging. The peroneus brevis tendon was not-ed complete ruptured when suturing the incision after ORIF, which was then repaired by "8" shaped suture. Based on literature re-view, the injury mechanism of the case may be because of overload inversion force toward to lateral inferior from the fracture of fib-ula on the peroneus brevis tendon. Additional attention should be paid to patients who suffered from an supination-adduction ankle fracture for whether peroneus brevis tendon tears before and during surgery.
