Mid-ventricular hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (MVHOCM) is a rare type of cardiomyopathy thatcan be accompanied by apical aneurysm. We presented here a case report of MVHOCM with cornary artery disease. The sixty-fouryears old man was sent to hospital because of ventricular tachycardia.Large inversion T wave was showed on electrocardiography in the presence of abnormal coronary arteries and normal cardiac enzyme.Echoeardiogmphy showed an hourglass appearance of the leftventricle with an aneurysm in the apex and a pressure gradient between the outflow tract of left ventricle and the middle of the leftventricle was revealed by left-heart catheterization.

Objective To investigate the expression of antinuclear antibodies(ANA) ,anti‐cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (anti‐CCP) in elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) ,and analyze its relation with depression .Methods ANA ,anti‐CCP were detected in 58 elderly RA patients ,50 non‐RA and 50 healthy people .Self‐rating Depression Scale(SDS) was used to assess the incidence of depression .Results The positive rate of anti‐CCP in RA group was significantly higher than that in control group and non‐RA group(P<0 .05) ,while there was no significantly difference in positive rate of ANA compared between RA group and non‐RA group(P>0 .05) .The positive rates of anti‐CCP and ANA in active stage were significantly higher than those in stable stage(P<0 .05) .The positive rates of anti‐CCP and ANA in RA complicated with depression were significantly higher than those in RA without depression(P<0 .05) .Multiple linear regression analysis showed that positive rates of anti‐CCP and ANA were all in‐dependent influence factors of depression in elderly RA patients(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Anti‐CCP and ANA in elderly RA patients over express ,and the positive rates are positively related with disease activity and depression .

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a kind of transcripts which are longer than 200nt and have not protein-coding ability due to the lack of an open reading frame. However, lncRNAs can be involved in tumorigenesis and progression in various ways at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. Bladder cancer associated transcript 1 (BLACAT1) as a lncRNA located on human chromosome 1q32.1, is ectopic expression in various tumors (bladder cancer, gastric malignant tumor, lung carcinoma, et al) and can regulate tumor cell proliferation, anti-apoptosis, invasion and metastasis by different mechanisms leading to occurrence and development of tumors. In this review, we summarized current studies of the functions and mechanisms of BLACAT1 in malignant tumors.
