Objective To study the inhibitory effects of Probucol on the expressions of serum promatrix metalloproteinase-2(pro-MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The levels of serum Pro-MMP-2 and MMP-2 were detected by zymograph and total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were measured by enzyme method in 30 CHD patients before and after treatment with Probucol.Results After treatment of Probucol,the expression levels of pro-MMP-2,MMP-2,TC and LDL-C in serum were decreased than those before treatment,respectively;there were obvious differences of various indexes mentioned above between before and after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Probucol can inhibit the expressions of pro-MMP-2 and MMP-2 in serum as same as TC and LDL-C.Probucol,as one of TIMPs,may be applied to stabilize plaque..

Objective To evaluate the performance of a prediction system built with LASSO regression model and Baidu search query data.Methods Based on a strategy using a combination of Bagging and multi-measure optimization method,this study proposed an ensemble LASSO regression model which had an obviously improved performance,and applied it to predict the epidemics of influenza in China.Results The results showed that the improved model had significantly smaller prediction error rates than that of the conventional LASSO regression model for influenza cases during the study period of 2011-2015.This study designed an open source R package,SparseLearner,which was conveniently used and further developed.Conclusion The combination of Bagging and multi-measure optimization method is an efficient strategy to improve the performance of LASSO regression model.The proposed ensemble LASSO regression model in this study can be applied for the prediction of infectious diseases epidemics.

BPPV is the most common cause of dizziness in adults, and the symptoms, causes, behavior of adult patients are clearly defined. Pregnant woman may also suffer from BPPV. To our knowledge, there are few reports on BPPV in pregnant women. In this paper, the clinical characteristics and results of 3 pregnant women with BPPV are reported.

Objective To analyze the long-term survival of patients with middle and distal cholangiocarcinoma,and to explore the influence of nerve invasion on the survival time.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 161 patients with middle or distal cholangiocarcinoma in General Hospital of Fushun Mining Bureau between January 2012 and June 2016.All the patients were divided into nerve group and control group according to the nerve invasion.And then the perioperative and prognosis data of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results In our research,all patients were successfully completed surgery,the incidence of neural invasion was 47.2％ (76/161),more common of the nerve invasion in distal cholangiocarcinoma and phase Ⅱ cholangiocarcinoma.The perioperative mortality rate was 3.7％ (6/161),and the incidence of complications was 27.3％ (44/161).The 1 years,2 years and 3 years survival rates of middle and distal cholangiocarcinoma were 78.7％,42.1％,20.0％,the average survival time was(23.8 ±1.2) months.The 1 years,2 years and 3 years survival rates of nerve group and control group were 67.1％,29.8％,9.4％ and 89.0％,52.6％,26.8％,the average survival time were (18.6 ± 1.4) months and (27.3 ± 1.6) months.The prognosis of nerve group was significantly poor than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Nerve invasion is a common way of invasion and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma.And it has a poor prognosis in cholangiocarcinoma patients with nerve invasion.

Objective To investigate the correlation between Dishevelled protein expression and the proliferation and invasion of glioma cells.Methods 67 cases of brain glioma specimens were collected.The expression of Dishevelled protein was detected with immunohistochemical method.The immunoreactivity score (IRS) of Dishevelled protein,and proliferation index (PⅠ) and invasion index (Ⅱ) were measured and their correlations were analyzed.Results The positive rate of Dishevelled protein in glioma was 65.7 ％ (44/67).IRS,PⅠ and Ⅱ were 4.15±3.13,(30.93±17.92) ％,(20.38±13.36) ％,respectively.Both PⅠ and Ⅱ significantly increased with an increase in the pathological grade of brain glioma (P ＜ 0.001).Furthermore,PⅠ and Ⅱ were significantly higher in the Dishevelled protein-positive group than those in the Dishevelled protein-negative group [(38.27±17.60) ％ vs (16.02±8.92) ％ of PⅠ and (30.03±13.81) ％ vs (10.63±4.41) ％ of Ⅱ,respectively,P ＜ 0.001].PⅠ and Ⅱ of glioma cells were positively correlated with IRS of Dishevelled protein (r =0.940 between PⅠ and IRS,and r =0.953 between Ⅱ and IRS,respectively).Conclusion Dishevelled protein plays an important role in the proliferation and invasion of brain malignant glioma.

This paper has reported the effect of preservation myceh'al fungus by the methods of slant and rubber plug. The mycelial fungus preserved include 29 genera, 69 species, 128 strains. The preservation time is from 2 years to 17 years. By slant inoculation, their survival conditions are still good keep their original charaters. The result shows that it is simple and effective preserving some mycelial fungus by the methods of slant and rubber plug.

Objective To compare the placement of peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC)by using vascular ultrasound guidance system and traditional method.Methods Totally 938 patients undergoing PICC were divided into the traditional method group and the vascular ultrasound system and microintroducer techniques group according to the puncture time.The differences in the one-attempt success rate and the overall success rate of the placement and the incidences of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The one-attempt success rate was 93.01％ in the traditional method group and 98.76％ in the vascular ultrasound system and microintroducer techniques group(P =0.005).The successful rate of PICC placement was 100％.The incidence of complication was 11.29％ in the traditional method group and 2.47％ in the vascular ultrasound system and microintroducer technique group(P =0.000).Conclusion The PICC placement using vascular ultrasound guidance system and microintroducer techniques can increase one-attempt success rate and decrease complications.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the antiviral effect of Gankeshuangqing capsule on virus infected mouse model.METHODS:The virus infected mouse model was established by administering influenza virus through nose,and then Gankes_ huangqing capsule was given intragastrically,the antiviral effect was observed by experiment of viral pneumonia and viral multiplication.RESULTS:Gankeshuangqing capsule could significantly reduce the lung indices,and lessen the pulmonary histopathological change;It also significantly inhibit virus multiplication in lungs of mouse.CONCLUSION:Gankeshuangqing capsule has a strong anti-influenza effect on virus infected mouse model.
