Objective To explore the effect of cryotherapy and compression system in rehabilitation treatment for reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament. Methods One hundred and twenty patients who had been treated with reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament were randomly divided into treatment group (60 patients, treated with cryotherapy and compression system) and control group (60 patients, treated with traditional method). All patients was treated for 3 months and followed up for 6 months. The scores of visual analogue scales(VAS),degree of swelling,Lysholm and IKDC scores were observed and compared. Results The scores of VAS in treatment group postoperative 6,24 and 48 h were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.01).The degree of swelling in two groups postoperative 6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,1 week,2 weeks had significant difference(P < 0.05).The degree of swelling in treatment group postoperative 4 weeks,3 months and 6 months was lower than that in control group, but there was no significant difference (P >0.05).The scores of Lysholm and IKDC in treatment group postoperative 4 weeks were (65.2 ± 12.3),(65.3 ± 14.3) scores,in control group were (60.2 ± 12.5),(59.4 ± 13.5) scores, there was significant difference (P <0.05).The scores of Lysholm and IKDC in two groups postoperative 3,6 months hod no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion The cryotherapy and compression system in rehabilitation treatment for reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament can improve the effect of early-term rehabilitation training, but has little impact on the long-term rehabilitation training.
2.Application of 18F-FDG PET-CT in nasopharyngeal carcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(6):443-447
The application of 18 F-FDG PET-CT in the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma includes early diagnosis, clinical staging, contouring target volume, predicting the sensitivity of tumors to radiotherapy and effect evaluation, and monitoring the residual and recurrence.However,18 F-FDG uptake of tumor cells is under the influence of various factors,so false positive and false negative are unavoidable. Therefore it is need to develop more specific tracer agent in order to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment,as well as to carry out multicenter clinical trial to identify the correlation of standardized uptake value (SUV)and radiation target volume.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2000;0(06):-
11?-hydroxylase deficiency is one of the main causes of congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH),which is caused by the mutation of CYP11B1 gene that encodes the enzyme.Researches have shown that mutations of CYP11B1 gene would result in decreased activity or inactivation of the enzyme in classical 11?- hydroxylase deficiency, and their relationship between genotype and phenotype of 11?-hydroxylase deficiency is not clear.

Objective To observe any changes in spinal cord hemodynamics after spinal cord injury and to investigate their mechanism. Methods Twenty female Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into a control group and a moderate injury group,10 rats in each group.A rat model of spinal cord injury caused by moderate compression was established using Nystrom's method.Changes in the velocity and volume of blood flow and in the diameters of vessels of the spinal cord were monitored for 6 hours using laser speckle imaging. Results No changes in the velocity or volume of blood flow or in the diameter of vessels were observed in the control group, but all of these indices diminished significantly in the injury group. Conclusions Laser speckle imaging can be used to monitor changes in spinal cord hemodynamics.Such changes after acute spinal cord injury indicate progressive post-injury ischemia. The occlusion of veins may be an important contributor to post-injury ischemia.

Objective To observe the influence of Ginkgo laminae on serum lipid, serum level of homocysteine (HCY) and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) of patients in recovery phase of cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients in recovery phase of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group were given aspirin enteric coated tablets 0.1g qn po., atorvastatin calcium capsule 20mg qn po.; the treatment group on the basis of the control group were added Ginkgo laminae, 1 tablet per time, three times daily. The blood liqid and HCY levels pre-treatment and 1, 3 and 6 months post-treatment and IMT value pre-treatment and 6 months post-treatment were collected. Results The triglyceride level had no significantly change in two groups. The high density lipoprotein cholesterol 3, 6 months post-treatment in treatment group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). The cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterin 1 ,3, 6 months post-treatment in two groups significantly decreased compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05), while there was no significant difference between two groups at each time point. The cholesterol in treatment group had a smooth decreasing, while it had an increasing trend in control group 3 months post-treatment. The HCY 3 months post-treatment in treatment group was significantly lower than pre-treatment and control group 1, 3 and 6 months post-treatment (P<0.05). The IMT 6 months post-treatment in treatment group was significantly lower than control gorup(P<0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo laminae combined with atorvastatin for reducing lipid, which could raise high density lipoprotein cholesterol and reduce cholesterol smoothly and lower IMT, with the effective protection on vessel. The blood homocysteine level decreases after taking Ginkgo laminae for three months, which also could improve impaired endothelial function induced by high level of HCY and slow down the process of atherosclerotic plaque.

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2017;25(6):503-506
Objective To analyze the changes of Tpeak-Tend interval (Tp-Te) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM),and to explore the relationship between the changes of Tp-Te and ventricular arrhythmias. Methods A total of 112 patients with T2DM were selected from the Department of endocrinology of our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 (T2DM group),and 65 subjects underwent healthy physical examination in our hospital were selected as the normal control group (NC group) during the same period. The general data, fasting plasma glucose (FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),Tp-Te,Tp-Te dispersion (Tp-Ted) were compared between the two groups. The changes of Tp-Te in patients with or without ventricular arrhythmia in T2DM group were also analyzed. Results The FPG,HbA1c,LDL-C,TC and heart rate were significantly higher in T2DM group than in the NC group (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,V5 lead Tp-Te and Tp-Ted in T2DM group was significantly prolonged (P<0.05).IN T2DM group,V5 lead Tp-Te and Tp-Ted were significantly longer in patients with ventricular arrhythmias than in patients without ventricular arrhythmia (P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the increase of HbA1c and FPG were independent risk factors for prolonged Tp-Ted,and Tp-Ted was an independent risk factor for ventricular arrhythmia. Conclusion Patients with T2DM are more likely to have prolonged Tp-Ted.The prolonged Tp-Te and Tp-Ted could increase the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias.
