2.Interphalangeal joint replacement arthroplasty for the treatment of traumatic arthritis
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2013;(6):650-651
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and operation key-points of interphalangeal joint replacement arthroplasty for the treatment of traumatic arthritis. Methods From March 2005 to December 2010,5 patients with post-traumatic arthritis undergoing interphalangeal joint replacement arthroplasty in our hospital were selected. The operation indications, treatment of intraoperative flexor and extensor tendon lesion and postoperative rehabilitation were evaluated. Results Operative incisions of 5 cases were primary healing in class I grade A.Stitches were taken out 2 weeks after the operation.Patients were followed up for 1.5 years. The range of interphalangeal joint motion was 0 to 90 (extension/flexion) with no pain at end of follow-up.The hand function was excellent in 3 cases and good in 2 cases according to total active motion (TAM)hand function evaluation. Conclusions Interphalangeal joint replacement arthroplasty is an effective treatment for traumatic arthritis.Preoperative indications evaluation and postoperative rehabilitation should be focused on the treatment.

Objective To investigate the influence of ozagrel sodium (OS) on cerebral ischemic tolerance in rat induced by focal ischemic preconditioning (IPC) and on expression of nuclear factor ?B (NF ?B) in rats Methods Fourty five rats were divided into 3 groups The animals were subjected to 2 h middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) 3 days after 10 min IPC, IPC+OS and sham surgery (SS) respectively. After 22 h reperfusion, the rats were killed and the infarct volume, brain water content and NF ?B immunoreactivity were compared among 3 groups. Results Compared with IPC+ MCAO group, there were a furtber decrements in farct volume (93 75?13 40 vs 130 92?14 59, P
4.Review on Working Principles of Brain Computer Interface System
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(08):-
Actual research on brain-computer interface system is analyzed. The basic structure and operational principle of this system are set forth. Methods of signal collection, feature extraction and selection classification of system signals are concluded.Latest analysis methods and existing defects of feature extraction and selection classification are introduced in detail.Problems existing in brain-computer interface system are also analyzed.Great advantages on feature extraction of wavelet transform & wavelet packet decomposition and wide prospects on selection classification of neural network are pointed out at last.

Cancer Research and Clinic 1997;0(03):-
Estrogen receptor(ER),an important transcription factor belonging to the nuclear receptor superfamily, comprises two subtypes ER?and ER?.Estrogen receptor is expressed in prostate cancer and ladder cancer and has a compacted relationship with them.In this review,we summarized the structure,distri- bution, function of different estrogen receptor subtypes and progress in study on relationship between different estrogen receptor subtypes and prostate or bladder cancer.

Objective To longitudinally analyze the unit costs and technical efficiency of the model of male circumcision in the different kinds of persons .Methods Unit costs were calculated by the person and period using longitudinal data from 3 kinds of persons ,and then technical efficiency and Malmquist indices were measured with an approach to data envelopment analysis . Results Theunit costs for changing the willingness to accept surgery changed dramatically ,decreasing from 7 166 .67 yuan(mean) to 737 .31 yuan ,while the costs for changing the ratio of the surgery increased from 666 .64 yuan (mean) to 744 .58 yuan ,and its technical efficiency was averaging between 0 .95-0 .96 .Conclusion The time series of unit costs for changing the willingness to ac-cept surgery dramatically dropped ,while changing the ratio of the surgery formed a U-shape curve with an inflection point before which unit costs dramatically dropped and another inflection point beyond which unit costs went up .These findings can inform pro-gram managers of the changing unit costs when extending or expanding the program .

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 1996;0(06):-
Objective To assess the conscious sedative effect of midazolam during the procedure of ERCP, in terms of general stress responses of the patients, the circulatory change, tolerance, patient cooperation and safety during and after the procedure. Method One hundred twenty patients undergoing standard ERCP using the same model of endoscope. Each patient received intramuscular injection of midazolam at 0. 15mg/kg 20 min before starting the procedures. The sedative score (OAA/S) and the major vital signs (mean arterial pressure( MAP) ,heart rate(HR) and atrerial oxygen saturation (SpO2) ) were recorded during and after the endoscopic procedure. The degree of amnesia of the patients and the extent of satisfaction on both patient and physician sides were also assessed. Results The procedures were successfully completed in all patients. There was no significant change in MAP,HR and SpO2 in these patients. The adverse reactions to the procedures were significantly reduced. No signs of respiratory suppression was observed among this group of patients during and in the immediate post procedure period. Conclusion Conscious sedation by intramuscular injection of midazolam at a dose of 0. 15mg/kg 20min before the ERCP ameliorates the stress of the patients , maintained and steady hemodynamic condition for the procedure and an amnesia status after the procedure. Hence, midazolam is a satisfactory consions selative agent applicable in the ERCP examination.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of tracheal intubation without muscle relaxant after induction of anesthesia with propofol-remifentanil given by target controlled infusion (TCI) .Methods Twenty-eight ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients of both sexes (15 males, 13 females) aged 18-67 yrs weighing 43-89 kg scheduled for elective operation under general anesthesia were studied. Midazolam 0.03 mg?kg-1 was given i. v. as premedication. Anesthesia was induced with propofol and remifentanil and both of them were given by TCI. The target effect site concentration of propofol was set at 3 ?g?ml-1 and that of remifentanil at 4 ng?ml-1. BP, HR and bispectral index (BIS) were monitored during induction and intubation. The results of tracheal intubation were graded as satisfactory, average and poor baaed on intubation conditions and intubation response including easiness of ventilating the patients via face mask, jaw relaxation, easiness of inserting laryngoscope and visualization of larynx, the vocal cord position and patients response to intubation such as cough, limb movement and response to cuff inflation. Results HR and BP were significantly increased within 1 min after intubation as compared to the baseline values before intubation ( P

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2015;35(4):492-496
The inheritance of famous old traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) doctors plays an essential role in the fields of TCM research. Qualitative interviews allow for subjectivity and individuality within clinical experience as well as academic ideas of doctors, making it a potential appropriate research method for inheritance of famous old TCM doctors. We summarized current situations of inheritance research on famous old TCM doctors, and then discussed the feasibility of applying qualitative interviews in inheritance of famous old TCM doctors. By combining our experience in research on inheritance of famous old TCM doctors, we gave some advice on study design, interview implementation, data transcription and analyses , and report writing, providing a reference for further relevant research.
