1.Related Anatomy Study and Transjugular Interventional Treatment of Iliofemoral Deep Venous Thrombosis
Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(03):-
To study the related anatomy of iliofemoral deep venous thrombosis (DVT) through autopsy, CT and venography. Anotomic factors are very important in iliofemoral DVT. 4 cases iliofemoral DVT were treated with transjugular catheter-directed thromobolysis with urokinase or thrombolysis + PAT + stent. Technical and clinical success rates were 75% (3/4) There were no serous complications. Conclusion: This method is safe and effective.
2.The diagnosis and treatment of traumatic duodenal injury
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the prognostic factors and managements of the duodenal trauma.Meth- ods Clinical data of duodena trauma from January 1988 to September 2005 were collected and retrospectively anal- ysed. Results One case(4.76%)got preoperative diagnosis, and 20(95.2%)missed and 4(19.04%)died,compli- cations occurred in 6(28.5%),duodenal fistula and abdomina abscess were the major complications. Conclusion The rate of confirmed diagnosis is quite low,and early laparotomy,anti-infection and surgical nutrition are the key factor to reducing death rates and its complications.
5.Cell transplantation in treatment of bradyarrhythmias: an update
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
The deepening of our understanding on the cardiac electrophysiology mechanism and the progress on cell transplantation technique have expanded our view in treating various kinds of cardiac diseases. Over the past few years literatures have reported many kinds of cell transplantation techniques for treating various types of bradyarrhythmias, such as complete heart block and sinoatrial node dysfunction, and impressive achievements have been made by far. This review discusses the advantages and flaws of the existing strategies and the future of biological pacemakers.
6.Dendritic cell vaccines in glioma treatment
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):596-598
Dendritic cell ( DC)-based tumor vaccine is applied to the gliomas treatment. Target selection heightens the specificity of DC vaccine, while obtaining of highly immunogenic long-lived and more effective DC vaccines by genetic engineering to antiapoptotic protein gene transfer. With the accumulation of clinical experience, the clinical curative effect of DC vaccine has been materially improved.
7.A summary of service for persons with dyslexia in libraries of USA
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(3):43-47
Described in this paper are the definition of dyslexia, service for persons with dyslexia in domestic and foreign libraries, and the practices in relation with the service for persons with dyslexia in libraries of USA, such as law support, service provided by US Congress Library, and Bookshare service, in an attempt to provide reference for such service in domestic libraries.
8.The mechanism of STAT5-ROS signal pathway to mediated imatinib resistance of K562 cells
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2017;52(7):979-983
Objective To investigate the mechanism of STAT5-ROS pathway to mediate IM resistance of K562 cells.K562 cells were cultured with imatinib at gradually increased concentrations to generate resistance cell line. Methods CCK-8 assay was used to clarify the resistance ratio. The STAT5A and STAT5B mRNA levels were detected by RT-PCR.Flow cytometry assay was used to detect the level of ROS and cell apoptosis. The expression of STAT5 protein was detected by Western blot. Results Imatinib resistance cell line K562/G was successfully induced by gradually increasing concentrations of IM.The IC50 of K562/G was eighty times higher than K562 by CCK-8.Cell growth curve showed that K562/G was not inhibited in 20 μmol/L imatinib, whereas the K562 cell was significantly inhibited by up to 0.1 μmol/L imatinib.Intracellular level of ROS in K562/G was obviously higher than that of K562 cells(P=0.000 1).The apoptosis ratio of K562 was lower than that of K562/G when the same concentration of IM react on the two cell lines for the same time(P<0.05).The expression of STAT5A and STAT5B mRNA in K562/G was higher than in K562(P=0.000 1,P=0.017 0).Then,the level of STAT5 proteins in K562/G cells was significantly increased (P=0.009 0).Conclusion The STAT5 is highly expressed in CML.STAT5-ROS is closely related to the formation of imatinib resistance of chronic myeloid leukemia.
9.Analysis and Design of Database for Electronic Medical Tag Information System
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
Objective To accomplish the requirement analysis and design of database for electronic medical tag information system. Methods According to the principle and requirement of information engineering methodology, the operation requirement and data requirement were analyzed, and the database was designed including its concept, logic and physics models. Results The thought and method of electronic medical tag information database were proposed. Conclusion A basic data platform is established for casualties' information collection, storage, transmission, exchange and utilization in wartime.
10.Application of total spondelyctomy in the treatment of spinal tumor
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(39):-
To date, three techniques of total spondelyctomy were used for spinal tumor, including piecemeal technique, eggshell technique and total en bloc spondelyctomy, and each has specific features and indications. Due to limitations of technique, piecemeal technique and eggshell technique are gradually replaced by total en bloc spondelyctomy in treatment of spinal tumor. Moreover, with technical development, application of total en bloc spondelyctomy in treatment of spinal tumor becomes more rigorous and standard. However, it is controversial about its indications and surgical approach. Postoperative spinal stability reconstruction is achieved through various methods according to different conditions.
