Objective To summarize the experiences of tension-free method in inguinal hernia recurrence.Methods Using the PHS Ethicon Ine,42 patients with recurrent hernia were performed tension-free hemioptasty.Results The operation time was from 40 to 150 minutes.The patients could walk up within 1 d after the procedure.No incision infection was found.The eomplicatiom included 4 retention of urine.3 large serotal hematoma requiring surgical drainage.The follow-up period ranged from 6 months to 3 years,no recurrence and foreign body sensation in inguinal region were observed.Conclusion PHS call be anatomically adapted to repairing and augmenting the myopectineal orifice.It is suitable to the patients with recurrent inguinal hernia.

OBJECTIVE: To prepare lincomycin hydrochloride glycerol paint and to determine its content. METHODS: Lincomycin hydrochloride glycerol paint was prepared using lincomycin hydrochloride and dyclonine hydrochlorideas as main components; the contents of the two main components were determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The linear ranges of lincomycin hydrochloride and dyclonine hydrochloride were 20～200 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 8) and 10～100 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9),respectively. The average recoveries(n=5) were 99.61% and 99.28%,with RSD stood at 0.439% and 0.818%,respectively. CONCLUSION: Both the preparative method and determination method for lincomycin hydrochloride glycerol paint are simple and feasible.

Objective To examine the relationship of calcium channel, voltage-dependent, L type, alpha 1C subunit (CACNAIC) gene polymorphism with schizophrenia. Method A total of 118 patients with schizophrenia and 122 healthy volunteers were selected in succession. Denaturing high performance liquid chromatography (DHPLC) was used to analyze the genotypes of CACNAIC gene (rs10848683, rs2238032 and rs2299661). Medical record data of patients with schizophre?nia and the clinical manifestation of the patients (sensation and perception disorder, thought disorder, affective disorder and behavior disorder) were collected. The clinical phenotype databases of all patients were established. Result There were statistical differences for genotype and allele distribution of the rs2238032 and rs2299661 between patient group and control group (P<0.05). The TT genotype of rs2238032 (OR=0.394) and the CG genotype of rs2299661 (OR=0.326) associ?ated with the risk of schizophrenia. The genotype distribution of rs2238032 was related to the thought disorder, the emotion disorder and the PANSS score of schizophrenia patients (all P<0.05). The genotype distribution of rs2299661 was related to the perceptual disorders and PANSS score of schizophrenia patients (all P<0.05). Haplotype analysis showed that CTC (OR=1.811), CTG (OR=0.432) and TGC (OR=1.771) were significantly associated with schizophrenia (P<0.05). Conclu?sion The CACNA1C gene polymorphism is associated with schizophrenia and its clinical manifestations.

[ Objective ] To investigate the relationship between tongue manifestations and immune function in chronic hepatitis B with HBsAg, HBeAg and HBcAb positive. [Methods] Among the cases of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBcAb positive from the out - patient department and health screening survey, 200 chronic hepatitis patients and 100 asymptomatic HBV carriers with glumatic - pyruvic transaminase at normal level were included. Thirty healthy volunteers served as control. Relationship of tongue manifestations with phytohemagglutinin (PHA) skin test and the serum levels of immunoglobulin (Ig) G, IgA and IgM was analyzed. [Results] With the development of chronic hepatitis, the immune function became disordered and tongue manifestations abnormal. Reddish tongue with or without yellowish greasy fur or yellowish fur showed the hyperactivity of immune function; whitish swollen tongue with or without whitish greasy fur indicated the hypoactivity of immune function; dull purplish tongue was the sign of disordered immune function. Objective To treat femur fracture in neonates using a new homemade harness designed and observe the effec of this harness. Methods Designed a new harness used in femur fracture in neonates,and used this harness in 7(8 femur fracture)csses,including 6 boys(7 femur fracture)and 1 girl,the age from 1 day to 12 days(average 4.7 days).Those cases included proximal thirds(2 cases)and middle thirds(6 cases)of femur fracture.The angle of fracture was from 44°to 83°(average 62.4°)before treatment. Results The angle of fracture was from 0°to 22°(average 14.0°)after treatment using the harness.Hespitalization was from 2 to 3 days.There were no skin sloughing or harness breaking off.All cases were followed up 6 to 36 months(average 21.3 months).All femur fracture healed in good alignment with leg-length discrepancy＜1 cm.Movement of hip and knee was normal. Conclusions The harness is a better method to treat femur fracture of the proximal and middle thirds in neonates.Advantages of it include simply operation,minimal hospitalization,minimal cost,and easy nursing.

L- 1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution- methanol- acetonitrile ( 6∶ 3∶ 1) . The UV detection wavelength was set at 272nm and the sample size was 20? L. RESULTS: The liner ranges of atenolol, hydrochlorothiazide and nifedipine were 10～ 250? g? mL- 1 ( r=0. 999 4) , 6～ 150? g? mL- 1( r=0. 999 6) , and 5～ 125? g? mL- 1( r=0. 999 2) respectively. The average recovery rates of the three constituents were ( 98. 51? 0. 98) % ～ ( 99. 12? 0. 98) % , ( 98. 87? 1. 10) % ～ ( 99. 69? 1. 43) % , and( 98. 80? 1. 27) % ～ ( 99. 38? 1. 13) % , respectively, with RSD at 1. 00% , 1. 17% , and 1. 25% , respectively. CONCLUSION: The established method is simple, sensitive and reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of xueyaan sustained release tablets.
