With the development of peaple's life and the change of diet,the incidence rate of colorectal cancer is increasing. There are Twenty-five percent of patients were found liver metastases in the first diago-sis. Surgical resection of liver metastases from colorectal cancer is known to be associated with long term sur-vival. So it is the key to increase the resection rate for colorectal cancer patients with liver metastases. The in-curruence of neoadjuvant therapy may be useful in therapy of colorectal cancer patients with liver mtastases.

Objective: Our aim was to evaluate the biocompability of porcelain compounded with nanostructured material. Methods：The proliferation of the NIH3T3 cells were investigated using a tetrazolium-based colorimetric assay(MTT assay).Maceration extract of four tested materials were added into culture plate .The samples were tested with ultraviolet spectrophotometer in 490 wavelength at 1，3，5，7 days after the addition of extract. Morphology of these cells was also observed with phase-contrast microscope. Results： There was no obvious difference among three kinds of prosthetic materials in the optical absorbance and the cells growing in the extract showed normal morphology. Conclusion: The toxicity graduation of the porcelain compounded with nanostructured material is 0. This material has a good biocompability and can be used clinically.

In recent years,a lot of researches have shown microRNA (miRNA) involved in every link of epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) regulation process through a variety of signaling pathways in tumor; even the same kind of miRNA plays significantly different roles in different tumors,inducing great significance to guide clinic.

AIM To establish a RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of four constituents in Canarii Fructus.METHODS The analysis of Canarii Fructus methanol extract was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Hypersil ODS column (4.6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile0.1％ phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 237 nm.RESULTS Gallic acid,protocatechuic acid,chlorogenic acid and epicatechin displayed good linear relationships within the ranges of 0.525-10.500 μg/mL (r =0.999 9),0.700-14.000 μg/mL (r =0.999 9),0.575-11.500 μg/mL (r =0.999 9) and 0.550-11.000 μg/mL (r =0.999 9),whose average recoveries were 99.05％ (RSD=1.4％),98.73％ (RSD=0.8％),98.69％ (RSD=1.3％) and 99.47％ (RSD=1.1％),respectively.CONCLUSION This simple,sensitive and relible method can be used for the quality control of Canarii Fructus.

Objective: To investigate correlation between the expression of Fas antigen in hemangioma and vascular malformation.Methods: Anvidin-biotin complex immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Fas antigen in 31 cases hemangioma and 10 cases of vascular malformaton. Results: The expresson of Fas antigen was positive in hemangioma and negative in vascular malformation. Conclusion: The expression of Fas antigen might be related to the natural involution of hemangioma.

ObjectiveTo analyze the association between type 2 diabetics and cerebral infarction and to guide the future clinical practice.MethodsA comparison study was conducted between 68 patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction(DCI) and 76 patients with cerebral infarction but no diabetic cerebral infarction (NDCI) .They were hospitalized during January 2007 and April 2010 and compared for the difference in blood pressure(BP), the cholesterol (TG), the triglyceride (TC), the lipoprotein cholesterol(LDC-C), the ages, the position of infarction, the amount of infarction, the clinical manifestations and the prognosis.ResultsThe patients with DCI had more lacunar infarction(41.2％)and multiple infarctions (33.8％)than those with NDCI(15.8％ and 19.8％) .The difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.01) In the diabetic patients group, compared with the control group, the systolic blood pressure was ([155.8 ±24.0]mm Hg) vs.([138.5 ± 22.0]mm Hg), diastolic blood pressure was ([89.6 ± 15.0]mm Hg)vs.([84.7 ±14.0]mm Hg),the TG([1.6 ± 0.3]mmol/L vs.[1.2 ±0.2]mmol/L),the LDC-C(1.3 ±0.7]mmol/L vs.[2.7 ± 0.3]mmol/L) and the ages(50.6 ± 6.4) years vs.(57.8 ± 6.5)years.These parameters in DCI group patients were significantly higher than that of NDCI group(P ＜0.01) .The DCI patients had a longer hospitalization period ([17.8±5.7]and [14.5±6.3]d,t=1.67,P＜0.05].ConclusionDiabetes is a risk factor of cerebral infarction and of the deterioration of cerebral infarction.Prevention or treatment at a early stage of diabetes and strict control of blood sugar,the blood pressure as well as blood lipids is essential to reduce the occurrence of ischemic infarction and improve the prognosis.

Objective To discuss the uterus artery embolization of uterine flesh tumour clinical curative effect and influence of ovarian function.Methods Participants included 52 routine uterine artery embolization of uterine flesh tumour patients,all patients were followed up for one year,observed the curative effects of all subjects and the influence of the rightness of ovarian function.Results After treatment,the results showed that the curative effects,after 3 months,6 months,12 months compared with the preoperative,uterine tumor size,volume were significantly smaller,menstrual cycle extended,menstrual quantity increased,uterine fibroids oppression,anemia patients were significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant (t =3.23,3.18,x2 =2.98,4.57,4.42,2.18,respectively,P ＜ 0.05) ; And after treatment with the extension of time,the symptoms and signs of patients were distinct improvement,the difference was statistically significant (t =2.66,2.57,x2 =3.45,5.12,6.54,3.67,respectively,P ＜ 0.05).After treatment of ovarian function results showed that the effects,after 3 months,6 months,12 months compared with the preoperative,serum levels of estradiol (E2),progesterone (P),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),corpus luteum erythropoietin (LH),prolactin (PRL) level had no change,there were no statistically significant differences (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Uterine artery embolization for treatment in patients with uterine fibroids has obvious curative effect,and the influence of ovarian function is not obvious.
