Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(03):-
Objective To study the role of chromoendoscopy with toluidine blue to diagnose gastric cancer and precancerous change.Methods572 cases were randomized into two groups.288 cases in testing group took gastroscopy with 0.1% toluidine blue sprinkles, while ordinary gastroscopy was applied in 284 cases of control group. We took biopsy in all of those cases for pathology examination. The biopsy was taken from heterochrome area if heterochrome area appeared in testing group, otherwise from suspected affection.ResultsDetection rate of gastric cancer of test groups(9.72%)was higher than that of control groups(5.28%).Both of the methods were significantly different(P

4.Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation for Stable Patients with Advanced Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2013;19(9):853-855
The addition of long-term noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NPPV) to a pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) program in stable patients with advanced chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) can enhance the effects of PR, continuely improve exercise tolerance and dyspnea, stabilize pulmonary function, enhance health-related quality of life. Moreover, it maybe improve the prognosis of the patients with COPD. This article introduced the implement of the combination of PR and NPPV in stable patients with advanced COPD.
5. Modeling method for allocation optimization of military medical equipments
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2011;32(5):532-536
Objective: To optimize the allocation scheme of military medical equipments based on the characteristics of modern war and the progression of the military medical equipment of People's Liberation Army (PLA). Methods: Aiming to optimize the allocation of military medical equipment, we designed the integrated framework of the allocation system and analyzed the need of optimized allocation. Using the linear programming and queuing theory, we established the optimized allocation models for both medical treatment equipments and evacuation equipments. Results: Based on the health service characteristics of military medical equipments, the optimized allocation models for medical treatment equipments and evacuation equipments were successfully established. The application of the established models was studied in the medical service station of the division level. Conclusion: The optimized allocation scheme of military medical equipment has been proposed in the present study, which provides evidence for decision-making on the future development of military medical equipments of PLA.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;38(9):837-840
Objective To establish the quality standard ofQizhu-Fuzheng Yin, and to conduct a preliminary study on its stability. Methods Corydalis tuber and licorice were identified by TLC. The content of astragaloside was determined by UPLC-ELSD. The initial stability was studied by accelerated test method. Results The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference in the blank reference. The response of astragaloside was linear in the ranges of 36.5-365.0 μg/ml (r2=0.999 2), and the average recovery was 102.8 %, and theRSD was 2.4%. After 1, 2, 3, 6 months tests, the average contents of 3 batches astragaloside were 61.6, 60.4, 60.6μg/ml.ConclusionQizhu-Fuzheng Yin was simple preparation, quality control and stability.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1996;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of emergency intracoronary stenting for senile patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Eighty-four senile patients with AMI underwent emergency intracoronary stenting were compared with eighty-eight non-senile patients with AMI. Results Eighty-six stents were implanted in eighty-four infarction related arteries (IRA), two patients died during hospitalization, the procedural success rate was 97.6% in senile group. Eighty-eight stents were implanted in eighty-eight IRA, one patient died during hospitalization, the success rate was 98.9% in non-senile group. There was no significant difference in characteristic of stents, bleeding complication and LVEF between the senile group and the non-senile group. Conclusion Emergercy intracoronary stenting was an effective and safe therapeutic maneuver for the senile patients with AMI.

Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the feasibility of using a new type carina type tracheal prosthesis made of complex material to replace trachea and carina defects. Methods According to biomechanics index, a new carina type tracheal prosthesis was designed and constituted with carbon fiber and silicon. 19 dogs were divided into two groups randomly: group A(n=11), the carina type tracheal prosthesis anastomosed directly to dog′s trachea and bronchus;group B(n=8), based on group A, meanwhile the diaphragm was incised and the pedicel caul was transplanted from abdominal cavity to thorax to enwrap the carina type tracheal prosthesis and anastomotic site. Results The average survival period post operation in group A and group B were (3.462?1.849)d and (6.475?1.062)d ,respectively. There was significant difference of the survival period between two groups(P
10. Ibutilide and amiodarone in management of new-onset atrial fibrillation after coronary artery bypass grafting: A comparison of safety and efficacy
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;31(11):1169-1173
Objective To compare the safety and efficacy of ibutilide and amiodarone in converting post-coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) new-onset atrial fibrillation (AF) to sinus rhythm. Methods This study was a prospective, singleblinded, randomized clinical trial. Totally 100 patients who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled and were intravenously treated with ibutilide (group A) or amiodarone (group B). In group A, Ibutilide was administered at a dose of 1 mg in 10 min, which was repeated after an interval of another 10 min if the arrhythmia was not converted; ibutilide was not given anymore no matter the conversion was achieved or not. In group B, amiodarone was administered at a dose of 5 mg/kg for the first 30 min, followed by 1 200 mg in the next 24 h; amiodarone was not given anymore no matter the conversion was achieved or not. Immediate conversion rate, conversion time and post-operative recurrence rate within 30 days were compared between the two groups. Results No severe adverse reactions were observed in both groups. The immediate conversion rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B (82% vs 58% , P<0.01) , and the conversion time was significantly shorter than that of group B (66 min vs 660 min, P<0.01). The post-operative recurrence rates were not significantly different between the two groups within 30 days after operation (7.3% vs 6.9%, P>0.05). Conclusion Ibutilide and amiodarone are both safe in converting post-CABG new-onset AF to sinus rhythm, and ibutilide is more effective, more rapid in functioning and with a higher efficacy.
