1.The inflammatory predictors of restenosis after percutaneous transluminai angioplasty
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2009;18(11):876-879
A large number of laboratory and clinical researches have indicated that the occurrence of restenosis after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty is mainly related to the following factors: the inflammatory reaction, the injury of vascular wall, the aggregation of platelet, the formation of thrombus, the hyperplasia of vascular endotheliocyte, etc. The corresponding parameters related to the above mentioned factors can be regarded as the clinical predictors of restenosis after pereutaneous transluminal angioplasty. This paper aims to make a summarization of some kinds of clinical predictors which are related to inflammation.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2003;1(6):42-46
Surrounding puncture can stop pathogenic qi from spreading, consolidate the connection between local meridians and enrich local qi and blood, which can eventually supplement anti-pathogenic qi and remove pathogenic qi, and consequently remedy diseases. The author of this article summrized and analyzed the clinical application of surrounding puncture for the purpose of studying this technique and improving the therapeutic effect.
3.Deltoid-splitting approach and deltopectoral approach in the repair of proximal humeral fracture:a meta-analysis
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(35):5723-5729
BACKGROUND:Numerous studies confirmed that compared with deltopectoral approach, deltoid-splitting approach for proximal humeral fractures has good therapeutic effects, but precise superiority remains poorly understood. OBJECTIVE:To compare the therapeutic effects of deltopectoral approach and smal incision deltoid-splitting approach in the repair of proximal humeral fractures using meta-analysis. METHODS:We retrieved MEDLINE, Embase, the Cochrane library, Wanfang Database and PubMed by computer for articles on control ed trials of deltopectoral approach and smal incision deltoid-splitting approach in the repair of proximal humeral fractures published from 2010 to 2014. Neer score, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, length of hospital stay, Visual Analogue Scale score, fracture healing time, and Constant score were used as evaluation indexes of Meta analysis. RevMan 5.2 software was used for analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Eventual y nine articles were included, total y 721 patients, published from 2010 to 2014 years. There were eight in Chinese, and one in English. Meta-analysis results showed that compared with deltopectoral approach, deltoid-splitting approach in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures could shorten operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, shorten length of incision, elevate Neer score and Constant score (P<0.05). No significant difference in fracture healing time, hospitalization days, and Visual Analogue Scale score was detected between the two methods of surgical approach. These data indicated that compared with deltopectoral approach, deltoid-splitting approach in the repair of proximal humeral fracture has certain superiority. Deltoid-splitting approach can be firstly selected in the permit of hospital conditions.
4.Anti-angiogenic Activity of Ray Cartilage Glycosaminoglycans:An Empirical Study
China Pharmacy 1991;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the anti-angiogenic activity of ray cartilage glycosaminoglycans(RCG).METHODS:Primary culture of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC)was performed, and MTT was adopted to evaluate the effects of RCG on the proliferation of HUVEC;Corneal neovascularization(CNV)was induced by sutures on Wistar rats, and CNV area was calculated to evaluate the effects of different concentration of RCG on CNV in Wistar rats. The model of mice with Lewis lung carcinoma was made to observe the effects of different concentration of RCG on tumor growth, with inhibition ratio of primary tumor measured and microvessel density(MVD)quantitated by immunohistochemical staining.RESULTS:RCG obviously inhibited the proliferation of HUVEC in vitro, with IC50 value at 62.93 mg?mL-1.As compared with normal saline group,RCG groups showed smaller areas of new blood vessels(P
5.Myocardial perfusion imaging with a contrast agent at a low concentration in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction in the elderly
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2016;35(12):1288-1290
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of myocardial perfusion imaging with dual-source dual-energy CT and a contrast agent at a low concen.tration in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction in the elderly Methods One-stop cardiac imaging with dual-source CT was conducted in 138 elderly patients diagnosed with myocardial infarction between October 2015 and May 2016.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,Group A and Group B,each with 69 patients.Myocardial perfusion was performed for coronary imaging, using 70 ml Visipaque(270 g/L)and 50 ml saline for Group A and 70 ml iopromide(370 g/L)and 50 ml saline for Group B.Myocardial transmural perfusion gradients(TPG)were calculated, and the total iodine dose and the rate of iodine infusion were compared between the two groups. Results The procedure was successfully carried out in all 138 patients. There was no statistically significant difference in TPG between the two groups in the right coronary artery, the anterior descending artery and the circumflex artery(P>0.05).The total iodine dose for Group A was 18.5 g,27% less than that for Group B(25.9 g).The rate of iodine infusion for Group A was 3.5 g/s,also 27% less than that for GroupB(18.5 g/s).Conclusions Myocardial perfusion imaging with dual-source dual-energy CT and contrast agents at low concentrations is a promising approach, which is capable of achieving quality imaging for the assessment of myocardial infarction with reduced use of iodine and represents a clinically valuable option.
6.Role of Proteasome Peptidase Activities in the Ethanol-Induced Cytotoxicity on PC12 Cells
Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(01):-
Objective To clarify whether ethanol induced cytotoxicity of neurons was inhibited by proteasome peptidase activities. Methods A rat pheochromocytoma(PC12) was used in the present study. Cytotoxicity and proteasome peptidase activities were assessed in PC12 cells exposed to 50, 100, 150 mmol/L, 200 and 300 mmol/L ethanol. Results After 48 hours of treatment, ethanol inhibited proteasome peptidase activity in a dose-dependent manner at the concentration above 100 mmol/L. Moreover, the effect of ethanol on activities of proteasome was also in a time-dependent manner from 24 h. Cytotoxicity was still observed as ethanol concentrations increasing, started from 100 mmol/L, as assessed by MTT method. Conclusion Our results demonstrates ethanol may disturb the metabolism of protein by inhibiting proteasome peptidase activities, which is related to the toxic mechanism of ethanol on PC12 cells.
